Ordered the wholesome bowl and came missing guacamole, had a couple tiny pieces of chicken about 1 oz total chicken. About 4-5 fajita veggies, it was basically all lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Total scam. read more

I recognize they are trying hard with the pandemic. I have adjusted to ordering off the app now and today even noticed that you can't go in and order from the counter as you see in the sign in the picture. It's basically a kitchen and I have to wait with the rest of the delivery drivers and app orderers. All good but.....if they get swamped which is what happens, then the pickup time is 15-20 mins later than the promised time. You would expect that their algorithms tell them to not promise a time if they can't have it ready by then. It's not like they don't have data on this. Food is generally good. The new menu item (quesadilla) is tasty and has a good combination of cheese and meat. The burrito bowl is my standby. Someone made the guacamole today with extra salt - ugh. Not my favorite visit. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - You can't order in person right now. - Fast Food Near Me - Millbrae, California

A standard Chipotle cafe. Good to come in and have lunch. Self-service, but the line moves quickly. The place is not super clean, but it's not dirty either. The price seems good for this portion. I don't think I'll visit this place often, but once in a while... why not? read more

Food is good but the ordering process is a total mess. They are understaffed. The online order kitchen isn't open during off peak hours, the staff is overwhelmed, the same people who make online orders also have to make orders for people in line. So there are long delays. There are always delivery drivers waiting, the cashier has to tend to them and cash people. All the employees look burned out, and I've been going here for years and the you see new sets of employees every few months means people quit. Fix this place. Hire one more person to keep the online order kitchen open at all times. Have the delivery driver orders be out 8n the open so the cashier doesn't have to keep looking in the back for the orders, they'll say they'll get stolen but at least have a numbering system or something. If any place needs a digital kiosk it's this place. Be way more efficient. Basically chipotle is a billion dollar company they should have at least 1 or better yet 2 people tending to online orders at all times, they can prepare the food and call peoples names out this will take a load off the rest of the staff, this combined with a digital kiosk will make things much faster. As a customer it's not pleasant to come here and see employees not be able to handle the amount of people who come here. So many times I've wanted to eat here but chose Taco Bell because they are way more efficient, even though the food is not as good. Having a couple more employees to tend to the online orders will speed things up dramatically, it will more than pay for itself with less staff turnover and online customers who don't get long delays, cold food and will reorder more. read more

My main draw to Chipotle is good burritos or bowls that aren't salty. It's amazing to me how many Mexican restaurants over salt their food. I came here after being in the area all day. I ordered a veggie burrito, wearing masks I know it's hard to hear people, but I kept getting asked what kind of meat I wanted, veggie, veggie, lol!! The service was decent, the burrito hit the spot. Chipotle is pretty consistent with their quality!! read more

I understand that COVID has increased costs for all businesses. However, when a customer adds items like extra meat and cauliflower rice for an up charge, there should be a decent quantity added. Maybe Chipotle should shrink the size of the container so customers will feel like they are getting a lot. We ordered 3 bowls: Extra chicken with cauliflower rice, extra pinto beans, pico de Gallo and lettuce. The bowl was not satisfying because of the quantities. The next bowl was chicken with rice, fajita veggies, pinto beans, pico de Gallo, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. This bowl was more satisfying, probably because of the cheese and sour cream. The last bowl was barbacoa with brown rice, fajita vegetables, black beans, corn salsa and hot red salsa. This was the really small bowl, with almost no brown rice and beans, which are cheap items. The meat portion was small, but I expected that since it's the costliest item in the bowl. There was a lot of corn--looks like they tried to make the bowl look full with corn since I didn't add lettuce or cheese. In summary, the food tasted fine. However, don't pay for extras here and don't order from here if you are hungry. read more

First of all the beans in my bowl are soupy and make the whole bowl taste like . One of the other bowls had barbacoa that was all fatty. Server was rude when making bowls. Wanted to get a bowl for someone who can't eat cilantro but they had mixed all the white rice with cilantro and left none left??? So people with allergies don't matter? read more

Every time I order through the mobile app here it takes very long. Few times I've walked in and no one was in the restaurant to where I could have just ordered at the counter and be on my way out. Also commonly goes over the pick up time. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt because I know it can get hectic. But when the store is empty is kinda weird. read more

I've always had good experiences with this location, even pre-COVID! I have been in store a couple times to order and I have been ordering via Doordash and their Chipotle app. I always get the Chicken bowl, sometimes Steak, but the meat can be kinda tough at times. They give a good portion and I don't think they skimp out. Maybe depends on who you get! Nonetheless, I will be ordering again soon since it's so close by and quick and easy! read more

We had to wait over 40 min for our online order and the back was heavily understaffed. There were so many others waiting just as long as us.

Not sure what the heck is going on at this Chipotle but the service has been rough here. We order takeout out of this Chipotle pretty frequently since one of our close family friends lives in the area. Often the orders are wrong but I'm usually forgiving, they're huge orders with multiple items. This time we went in person and the amount of confusion was just ridiculous. There was confusion about who's order was getting billed to who. There was confusion about whether there was a quesadilla on our order or not (there was). (15 minutes later) There was confusion about whether said quesadilla was made or not (nope, never got made), and the guy taking the order had a big attitude about this. The manager in charge was kind and got us our food as quickly as possible but it was just so unnecessarily stressful for a fast food place. Hoping for better luck in the future but we haven't had a reliable experience here. read more

Chipotle overall has the WORST customer service EVER! Specifically for catering. You can not talk to a person ever only a phone tree and if you try to contact the actual individual store you get back to the phone tree or no one answers the phone.Do you need Mexican food for an event?? Go somewhere else.... Maybe La Tapatia in South San Francisco? read more

The Latin manager who works here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My son ordered a kids Taco vegetarian meal and when we told him that we wanted guacamole he said that it would be extra for guacamole even though we were getting no meat. We have ordered this meal many times and know that the guacamole can be substituted for the meat. Then he only filled up the guacamole 75% and proceeded to say that this was the normal portion amount. He started arguing with me in front of customers and when he was serving the food in the tray he was throwing it and unpatiently, like he was frustrated. This is a very unacceptable type of behavior for the manager of a Chipotle branch. Due to this person's lack of professionalism, we will never be coming to this establishment again. read more

I don't know how many times I have to write a review; it's the fourth time I've received the wrong order. The last time I placed an order for a Pellegrino, but they mistakenly included an empty cup in the to-go bag. What am I supposed to do with a Chipotle paper cup at home? This time, I have attached a copy of the receipt, and as you can see, this is what I just received. Considering the continual errors and inconvenience, I believe I deserve more than a $200 gift card to compensate for this ongoing problem. I know you guys going to apologize for it but what else can you guys do to satisfy your customers? read more

I have loved Chipotle since 1999, when they were new and I was living in Denver. Fast, fresh, filling, inexpensive and delicious! I was in Millbrae yesterday and needed a snack to tide me over until dinner. Ordered chips and guacamole. Got to the cash register and a super friendly staff person said it was on the house. Made me smile! read more

I've been to many chipotles but today I came here and ordered a steak bowl. The steak did not taste like steak like the other chipotles it was like almost a meaty shredded mushy taste on each bite. Now I have stomach pains and don't know when it'll stop. This is my 5th time going to the restroom right now. Food poisoning?? Idk. But never coming back here again. read more

I didn't believe my mom when she complained about chipotle..:so we gave it another shot. She was right, the food was dripping salt, the lettuce didn't taste fresh, the guacamole was brown (eww), meat tasted funny. Who knew chipotle could be so bad?! read more

Read the other reviews. This is consistently the worst Chipotle I've been to. If you order an online order here for pickup, expect to wait. My most recent order had me wait 30+ minutes after they marked the order as complete in the app (hmm, maybe to hide their mess-ups from corporate?). This isn't even the first time it's happened to me here. I felt bad for all of the delivery drivers stuck in the same situation as I was. As I was waiting, I noticed that all online orders were being ignored for in-store orders. I'm familiar with Chipotle deprioritizing online orders for some reason, but this was ridiculous. I would have saved time just getting in line and re-ordering my bowl. After 35 minutes, an employee finally took pity on me and personally made my order after I complained. I got home and unfortunately found it to be incredibly small portion-size and missing ingredients. No apology or offer of compensation, and you can't get help from Chipotle's AI support because the restaurant marks all online orders as completed on time (even though it wasn't even made yet). Don't think I'll come back here again despite living literally across the street. I'd rather drive to a different location. read more

In the last 4 months I've mobile ordered from the location at least 7 times and every time I go to pick it up, I am left waiting just as long as it would've taken me to get through the line. The cashier will either completely avoid eye contact or look at me and ignore me. We've been coming here since 2010, so far it has been a great experience until yesterday. Yesterday night came from a trip since i am so tired to make dinner, I asked my daughter to drive to Millbrae branch and grab some dinner for the family (total 5). She came home and was upset saying "i will never do this again" apparently she was told when oredering that she cannot order 5 and was so emabarassed at the long line. I was so tired from my trip and was furious that because someone is lazy doing 5 orders for a kid would embarassed someone infront of a long line. Hey guys, when you go to In n Out or any food establishment do they tell you that you can only order 1? Seriously???? Chipotle management don't you want to ensure you service customers food needs to up the sales and to keep this branch open? Why are your employees telling customers that that they cannot group order coz supply and short staff? Seriously so unprofessional! Well, we have been doing this and this is the first time. Are there any changes? And btw, when we open all our burrito bowls there is not enough (not like the usual) Or maybe employees wanted left over so they can bring it home and give it to their friends for free when they come in? Come on! You are in food service industry to not sell your food to customers does not make any sense! read more

Total fail on digital order / pickup. Ordered online via Chipotle app. ETA of 8PM, it is 817pm now. No updates, no food. And, no idea how long to wait. Chipotle Mexican Grill - 8PM ETA for delivery, still waiting at 826PM. - Fast Food Near Me - Millbrae, California

I used to come here consistently for a late dinner before my night shifts, and this location was always decent. However since they started closing around 11pm, I wouldn't bother coming in after 10pm. They didn't have lettuce, veggies, mild sauce, guac, corn, or chips (and only a couple meats left) yet they still charge full price for the meal. If you aren't going to make any more food for the remaining hour, then don't even bother opening late, it's really misleading for people coming in. I feel like they just want to get rid of the scraps so they don't have to toss them out, but still want people paying full price for a cold meat and cheese burrito. To make it worse, the worker didn't even bother to warm up the tortillas! Save yourself the trouble and just go to a good Mexican food truck or restaurant close by. The convenience and fast service of chipotle is not always worth it. read more

COMPLETELY DISGUSTING EATING AREA!! Service was subpar at best. Nothing to look forward and pls go somewhere else if you like chipotle

Beware of this location! I've ordered here for pick-up twice in a week via the Chipotle app; only to find out my bowl was swapped with another customer BOTH TIMES. Luis is the best burrito wrapper of all time! Boy got skills! Thanks for burritos! I'll be coming back real soon!

They hire a lot of high school kids. No problem with that but the times I have gone in they help their friends and then try to give discounts while there is a line out the door. One kid asked what I wanted and I said a bowl and a burrito, ignored me while he was talking to the guy at the register for literally two mins before looking back at me and asking what I wanted. While there was a line out the door They were out of chicken, corn and chips. Worst chipotle ever and highly recommend not going to this one read more

THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN EXISTENCE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Yoooo so here's the deal. I literally never write reviews on Yelp unless I absolutely have to (good or bad). Unfortunately, it's bad in this case. Employees are extremely inattentive to customers at this location which results in super long wait times, when it should be 5-10minutes max. On top of that, they will seemingly always find a way to f*** up your order. I placed a mobile order for a double steak burrito and the burrito had ZERO meat in it. It was literally just rice and beans. WTF! Long story short, do not go here. Please. read more
