Every time I go to this location they're out of multiple proteins and usually something else. Usually in the evenings and on weekends. The location is never busy so it's not because of rushes. Not sure why it's so consistent but it's every time. Most likely it's the 17 year olds they have working there. read more

I've been to a couple of different branches of Chipotle and I've had completely different experiences in both. We were visiting friends in Tempe and we had Chipotle for dinner; it was great! Based on this experience, I've gone to our neighborhood Chipotle a few times and in all the times we've gone there, the food was just ok. I order the same thing every time, a Barbacoa burrito with brown rice and some toppings. Today, my husband got us take out for dinner and it was very disappointing. First of all, the size of the burrito is half the size of the Tempe branch. The rice was undercooked, it was cracking under my teeth. I cut my burrito into two halves and as you can see in the picture, the second half did not have any meat in it, just salsa/pico! My mother who is visiting from another state was also very disappointed with the quality of food in this branch. She's a big fan of Chipotle where she lives and this meal was way below the standard she got used to in her town. She ordered the burrito bowl and only usually order it with brown rice, chicken and guacamole. The rice was so undercooked, she didn't eat it at all. So she ended up eating chicken and guacamole only! We're most likely gonna stop eating at this Chipotle location and will try to find another relatively close one. Hopefully, our experience in another location will be better! For the amount of money we are paying here, we expect better quality food to be honest! read more

Once again a terrible experience. I visit this chipotle quite often due to living in the area. I enjoy the food quite a bit and never have a problem pertaining that (except poorly wrapped burritos.) It's been awhile since we have been here. It has really gone downhill. The food options were missing such as the grilled veges & the server said it would take 15 minutes for more. This was at 12:30 peak lunch time hours. The chips are always a favorite but our chips were over cooked & hard. Two of the soda options were out & the ice was overflowing in the drain grill probably because of the soda issue. The floor was filthy & no one was keeping the tables clean. The front door had parts of the door handle missing! We won't go back, they need new management. Totally unacceptable. read more

They won't remake any food after 8pm, they put up all the chairs so no one can sit, they lock the doors early, and the employees give a lot of attitude(telling you "it's your fault you're coming in late). We came in today at 3:30, there was nobody in line besides us. My boyfriend ordered two bowls, one for him one for his brother and i ordered one. The guy working seemed very bothered by us being there. When we were at the register cashing out my boyfriend politely asked for two side tortillas and a side of chips and queso. He laughed and very sarcastically asked "anything else". We both work in restaurants/service industry and I just couldn't imagine treating people the way he did. Made me feel very uncomfortable for even being in there. We've visited this location quite a few times and every time we leave disappointed. July 31 I ordered my usual at my favorite chipotle restaurant. This time I got my good to go. Not only were the chips plain (no lime or Salt) but the guacamole had a huge un ripe chunk that took most of my small Container. I was super bummed I paid for them and it was not the usual. I sent a message to management with no response. That was a huge disappointment. Then I finally get to the front and they are out of steak again. The girl snarking tone told me to try the chicken. I am sorry Chipotle I am not going to spend $10 on a burrito and not get what I want. So I log into yelp to actually make a review for once. I see this location has only a 2 star rating. The food has decent flavor most of the time. Sometimes the rice is heavily cilantro or the beans are heavily jalapeno. I don't like the places where they just heat up the food but a little consistency would be nice. I never know if my kids are gonna be able to eat the beans or not when I get home.
