Ordered dinner for my family last night on the app. When we got there, there was a line already forming of people who ordered on the app whose food wasn't ready. We waited 20 minutes for our food and when we left there were still people coming in to get in that line of people who already ordered. :( the funny thing is, hardly anyone was there in the regular order line. The cashier was the only one who seemed like she felt a little bad about the situation.... it's a shame because we generally really like chipotle! I get that mistakes happen but I'm a little disappointed there wasn't any real apology or anything done to "make it right." Exactly what you'd expect from a Chipotle restaurant on cleanliness, speed and service! Even if the line is half way to the door, it normally takes 10minutes from the time you walk in to when you're walking out. They always have freshly brewed tea and cleared tables to eat in. The parking is a bit of a mess with multiple lunch stops in the area, but I love their To-Go spaces making it an even quicker trip. I tried their queso and definitely was not a fan :( but the staff coming over to check on us throughout lunch was a nice touch. I'll be back or sure! read more

You would think after all of the bad press and all of the controversy associated with this restaurant chain that they would try a little harder. They are the stingiest when it comes to lettuce and all of their ingredients; especially the meats. After reviewing their menu online, I went into this location and ordered a keto bowl and a Paleo bowl. I got three blank stares from the workers behind the counter who all said they didn't know what those items were. PLUS, TWO DOLLARS for mediocre guacamole! We are done patronizing this restaurant chain. Café Rio from now on. So disappointing. Time to close your doors. I regret that I could not give a rating of less than one star. read more

When Chipotle had all the issues I tried to stay loyal to them but they continue to nickel-and-dime people with their tiny portions and up charging you for everything! Like a fool I tried to give it a second chance because someone on my sales team told me that they really love Chipotle. I received amazing customer service from a young lady by the name of Taylor, I tried to inform the general manager of this outstanding service but he never returned my phone call or my email? While eating lunch in the restaurant one of the employees sat at a table and started to clean underneath his nails with a toothpick. I found this absolutely disgusting and was mortified thinking that this person had anything to do with the food that we ingested. I left a Google review as well because I'm so upset with my experience with the employees here... To start off we were waiting in line in the employee working the tortilla warmer and the rice and beans station literally spent five minutes scraping the brown rice from one container to another not even once looking up and saying "I'll be right with you or "sorry about this hang on one second he literally took his time scraping and scraping this rice into this other container. Strange. We get to the end of line after placing our order which consisted of a burrito bowl steak, a chicken Burrito bowl chips and guac and a small drink. We ate outside and when I did my chip in to my guacamole and took the first bite there was an avocado pit in the guacamole which I bit down super hard on my tooth which hurt really bad. I spit it out of my next bite of steak was full of gristle so I spit that out. The guacamole tasted very strange as if it was frozen and then thawed out it was very watery and very bland so I took it back into the restaurant and ask the cashier if I could get another serving of Glock from a different batch in the back because it's guacamole taste funny, she proceeded to argue with me that the guacamole is fresh made every day and there was no more in the back so she decided to give me another container from the same batch, I sat down to eat that and that guacamole tasted funny as well so I went back up wait in line and got my money back again arguing with the cashier that the guacamole was fresh made and treated me like I was some kind of idiot because I didn't like the taste of the guacamole, even though I've been eating chipotle for at least 10 years and know what the guacamole should taste like. She was having a hard time refunding my money for the guacamole and so she went back to get a "manager". This "manager "came up to the front tapped a few buttons on the screen turn around and walked away not once making eye contact with me apologizing offered me a free burrito and apology nothing... He was in and out so fast I did not catch his name but he was a young guy with brown hair that had very weirdly tight clothes on. I think the franchisee should know that he has super rude employees working the front counter from the person that supposedly doesn't greet people to the cashier at the end arguing with customers about the guacamole. Our family always chooses this branch of the restaurant chain when we want Chipotle. I recently used them to cater a party for 50 people. There was way more than enough for everyone to eat, and we had trays of cheese, guacamole, rice, lettuce, and salsa left over. Everyone went away satisfied, and quite a few took leftovers. If I have any catering needs in the future, I will definitely use this restaurant again. read more

I am not sure how this business stays in business. The quality of food is not good. Tonight we placed an order online and gave a 20 minute notice. After showing up, had to wait another 20 mins while they were focused on the customers in line and did not even pay attention to our online order. This happened last time so we are done trying the online order process. After getting home, had a chicken burrito and the chicken was so dry that I could barely get it down. It was almost entirely rice and very little meat. I know inflation is here and restaurants have struggled but there needs to be a balance of value for the money. In this area, there is not many restaurants other than fast food which limits the competition and choice. Being that Chipotle is a large chain restaurant, there has to be some quality control. Not sure if they are individually owned but I will not be going back for my mostly rice burrito that costs over $10. Will make a further drive to search for a better option or cook at home. read more

I have been to this location too many times to count and it started out ok, but has continually declined over the last two years. There have been many times they do not have certain meats or many meats. The other times they have meat they are poor quality where they are either full of gristle or completely under cooked. I have gotten sick twice after eating there and I cannot prove it, but I am certain it was from undercooked meat. This chipotle is the best restaurant in town!! Love the way they make sure you at satisfied. I have been to a couple chipotles.. And this one is close to home. The best part is this one is very clean, and also has one of the best atmosphere. They make you feel very welcomed and very happy. My family and I enjoy going to chipotle. Never had a bad experience. Their prices are worth the experience you get. Employees always seem happy and welcoming. My autistic son had an accident and spilled his drink. As a mother I felt bad for him and for the employee that came rushing and apologized and cleaned the mess. They offered us another drink and reassured my son it was an accident and it was ok.
