I don't know what's up, but chipotle, you suck lately. Two bowls we ordered were missing cheese. Which, you know, is a necessity. Cheese is life. My kids cheese quesadilla was missing side of guac. It's really heartbreaking to find this out after we get home, with a baby, 25 minutes from the store. Can't go back and fix it. Just have to eat our sub-par, expensive food. We haven't been here in awhile and was craving today. Got a burrito and a bowl & the first girl starting kept putting the wrong items on that we were asking for. A simple sorry, eye contact literally NOTHING but attitude. As we move down the line the same person is getting the customer behind us queso and spills it all in my burrito. I'm pregnant and can't have queso. She acknowledged it and pushed my burrito down the line. The whole line is covered in food and as they push it down it touches your food. Where's a manager? Clean your workplace? Cross Contamination? Don't even thing about find a place to sit because every table is covered in trash and food because they seem to not think it's a problem for their customers. Terrible service person left my food in mid preparation to fulfill a different order used the same gloves that touched everything dirty in the restaurant then came back 5 min later to Finnish my order with the same gloves on reaching into the cheese and folding my food. When I asked for a new burrito someone else tried to Finnish the order I asked if they understood why I wanted a new piece of food I was patronized and said I did not wait that long then the two servers laughed and giggle about what they said about me under their breath. I've ordered online several times and I have been disappointed several times. Last night we ordered delivery and when I received the bag it was soaked with salsa. I looked and saw one of the bowls flipped upside down (hence the salsa leaking out). It was irritating, but not a huge deal. But when I opened up my bowl, I realized they only put one out of the four salsas I requested. It's obvious they did not read the order carefully. This place kinda sucks ass. I ordered online came in to find that my order was not on the rack. I asked the cashier where my order was and she went in the back to look. When she came back she looked at me funny and said she didnt know why it wouldn't show up. I pulled up the app on my phone to show her that it charged me and the order comfirmation and she still had no idea how to handle the situation. She continued looking at me funny and then asked if i could go back through the line and order all of my stuff once again and then she wouldnt charge me. I ordered all 6 of my items taking another 20 more minutes than it had to. Barely an apology out of the woman. The food is usually good, but the service is not always the best. They seem to be in a hurry to move you down the line so when I'm trying to tell them something about my dish they miss it or they have to come back and do it again. Love Chipotle. One of my go-to places to get food to bring home when I don't feel like going in and eating. I like getting extra rice in my bowl and also like the peppers and onions but unfortunately, the peppers and onions are burnt 75 percent of the time to the point where they ruin the entire bowl and occasionally the rice is hard. I can't really judge the meats as I usually don't get any and just stick with veggies, but the few times I have gotten it have been 50/50. Not busy at 1:30 pm so the cleanliness issue should have already been addressed or being worked on when we arrived. I never pass up a Chipotle! The food is always the best! There is almost always a line so that should tell you something. Don't worry though the line moves quickly. Seating can be an issue sometimes, but don't worry this isn't a place that people like to sit and socialize after eating because by nature the restaurant is very noisy. This location is small but the staff has always been friendly but lacks the art and design of other stores I have been to. The parking is always there however you may have to walk a little further during peak times. read more

I definitely recommend that you try out the steak but many of their other foods are very good tasting also. The employees were very nice and the place was clean. My boyfriend and I love Chipotle. However, the past few times that we have visited, the dining area has been a wreck. The food is always great, but when we visited last weekend, there were no clean tables and the booths were full of food. It would be a little more understandable if we came at a busy time, but this was at like 8:30 in the evening and most tables were empty. I arrive at 11:00 am for lunch, walk in and order a salad. No lettuce or dressing out so they use shredded . then moving down the line, no fajita and none is cooking, then no chicken. The employee is just starting to cut the chicken so the line worker waits till he has some cut. Then at check out, no iced tea is ready. Maybe they need $15.00 an hour to b ready to open at 11:00 am.
