I know Chipotle very well and I know how much the quality can differ depending on the day, location, and time. Some locations have poor staffing and it results in a bad experience, some days the steak might be too gristly or the rice too salty, and going in during the last hour of them being open almost guarantees a drop in quality and freshness I've been going to this location for a couple of weeks now, almost always right before closing time. And every time, the staff is friendly, the food is good, and they're pretty quick about it too But last night in particular was basically perfect. I've had more Chipotle burritos than I can count, and the one that was made for me last night was just perfect. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, the burrito was rolled super tight, and the rice had the perfect amount of moisture. And note, this is all 5 minutes before locking up the store! The crew seems to have a real fun time working with each other and it gives a pleasant aura. Hell, even the grill looked clean as a whistle. All I have to say is; keep it up guys. There was trash coming out of the counter where the cash register is. If I owned this restaurant I would be in there making sure it was clean. It's a chipotle so pretty standard. Place was a bit small, but had indoor and outdoor seating. The staff moved at a good pace. When we went on a Sunday afternoon they weren't out of anything. It's always nice to have vegetarian and vegan options when out and about. He had the sofritas while I had a veggie burrito. Veggie burritos come with free guac so that's always nice. They had a few non soft drink options like watermelon lemonade so that was a good change of pace since we didn't feel like caffeine after hiking at the not far away Hockimg Hills. The bathrooms are single person ones. Didn't have any issues and we ate indoors. It was $21.05 for two burritos and a drink. There wasn't any wifi, but I was able to scan my rewards at least. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this Chipotle and always talk about how good it is, until today. I'm guessing they were having staffing issues as there was a tiny sign on the door saying online orders only. My husband missed it and walked up to order. The cook not so nicely pointed out the sign to him. So he placed our order and waited about 25-30 min for our food. A customer from earlier came in because his order wasn't right. The cook told him to come back IN A COUPLE HOURS to get it corrected or come back tomorrow!! My boys ordered tacos and those were fine, a little oily though. My veggie bowl was like soup. It had about a half a can of black beans that clearly weren't drained and very little of anything else. The liquid sloshed out, leaking into and out of the bag. On March 1 2023 we ordered two chicken burrito bowls. Upon arriving home we discovered both were missing sour cream and the chicken was burnt and chewy. We looked at the grill located in the back of the restaurant, the grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. I haven't eaten at a chipotle since they first opened but must say, I was glad one of the kids talked us into it. The staff members were friendly and helpful. It was an added bonus that it was a very clean store. The ingredients were fresh and we left with our stomachs satisfied. It started subtly at first, almost like a slight tingly sensation in my lower abdomen. I thought nothing of it, assuming my intestines were just doing their thang. Little did I know that my intestines were trying desperately to warn me of the horror that was on the horizon. By the time I got out of bed, it happened again, but this time it was followed by a sharp pain, as if the infernal hellion had orchestrated an attack upon my colon. I fought to contain the groan that tried escaping my lips. It was at this point I began to panic; something was going horribly long, and I needed to make it to the bathroom before it got any worse. It took absolutely no effort to expel this demon. Almost immediately, the floodgates of hell were opened and the damned, liquified soul of an entire bowl's worth of chipotle cried as it burned through my sphincter and into the watery abyss below. I had never felt such simultaneous relief and anguish in my life. After 30 more minutes of this, I wanted to go outside, dig a hole in my backyard, and enter my resting place. I leave with this; do not, I repeat do NOT eat at the satan's kitchen. Not only did they cause me to skip school and work, but the anguish I experienced is something I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The only place this god forsaken burrito bowl belongs is buried deep below the Earth's surface. I love Chipotle. But, I have mixed feelings about this particular locale. I've only come a few times, my last being the end-all. The line was back to the door, and it took 23 minutes to get to the front. The counter was full of workers, and they STILL couldn't get their crap together. Efficiency was non-existent. I vowed never to come back. Fast forward. We were planning to hit a fish joint, but detoured due to them closing early on Mondays (surprise, surprise!). We walked in and right up to the counter, there was no wait this time. The two gentlemen running the food/register were polite and fast. Fresh hot, juicy as heck, chicken was just pulled from the grill. In and out, excellent. Note the parking! AKA, it sucks! This a pretty good Chipotle grill. They folks in there a generally nice and you get similar portions no matter what time you swing in. If you want lunch or dinner during prime times I would definitely recommend doing a web order, it will save 20-40 minutes because they are so busy. I usually get a chicken or steak bowl with basically all their options, unless I'm feeling myself I will get a burrito. I tried their new carne asada, which is pretty much strip steak and it was very nice! I can't wait to till they build the new Chipotle on our side of town, it is supposed to have a drive thru and wait times should be lowered since there will be two locations. I ordered online for convenient pickup. Ordered a salad with black beans, sofritas, fajita vegetables, corn salsa, tomato salsa, cheese and dressing. I got about 10 pieces of lettuce, some black beans, a little bit of sorfitas, cheese. That's it. I wouldn't even classify it a salad it had so little lettuce. Not cool. They have a promotion for during the weekday from 2-5 where you can get 1 taco and a drink for 4 dollars plus tax. From start to finish I was served with a smile. After having a discussion with Chipotle corporate they are making changes to the way they sanitize the red baskets we all know well. On November 12th around 8:30pm I saw an employee at the Lancaster OH location eating tacos and after he was done he returned his dirty unwashed red basket to the baskets next to the register and the next customer got that basket without it being washed or at least wiped with a sanitary towel which is the current policy. Soon they will be washing and sanitizing every basket after it has been used vs just wiping them with a towel. I am very happy with the action they are taking to keep us safer. read more

This Chipotle CARES about their customers! My Mom arranged a huge order ahead of time for my wedding rehearsal. Somehow the dates got mixed up and when I called to confirm, two hours prior to my assumed pick up time, they had it in their system for the next day. After many calls and attempts to make this work they agreed to get this order worked out for me! They were timely and had my order ready half an hour before I needed it! I don't know how they made this work, it took a lot of effort and amazing performance on their part! I'm not sure if my mom ordered it for the wrong date or not but, regardless, it was in the system for the next day and they still made this work for me! Basic chipotle food and serving sizes! We have eaten here multiple times since moving to the area and I have to say the wait times are excessive. It doesn't matter if we are there on a weeknight at 9PM- the line will still be to the door with a 20 minute wait. Maybe it's less crowded earlier in the day. read more

Terrible experience at this location tonight. I had an online order that I put in at 6:01pm for a 6:45 pickup. Arrived at 6:43 did not receive my food until 7:29. The food I did receive was cold from just sitting on the counter and not put in a bag and two parts of my daughters meal was missing. I was not the only one in this situation. I sat with about 6 other people that have been waiting 30+ minutes for food. I can understand being short handed and training but meals were half made and sat on the counter getting cold. Management was lacking. It would have moved people out much faster with more direction and organization. Finish preparing a meal instead of jumping back and forth would be a great start to this. Personally, my family and I will not be visiting this location in the future unless I somehow hear they have changed their operating procedures! read more

A single meat serving is half of what it should be, and I have to pay double for the same amount of meat I get at all of the other Chipotle restaurants I visit. My husband and I tried Chipotle some time ago and it was less than edible. We decided to give them another chance and went there today about 2:00 pm for takeout. We live 9 minutes from the facility even in traffic. My husband puts carryout on the heated seat in the car to keep it warm. When we opened our lunch we didn't know which was beef and which was chicken so we opened and ate what was in front of us. This food still had a CHILL on it. It was not close to room temp let alone hot. I was afraid to eat the chicken so it was discarded. No taste, very little meat. I don't know how this place gets away with serving food like this. I am posting this so it hopefully will make people more aware of the present situation. read more

We both could not communicate with each other or the employees. There were three employees yelling all at once toward my mom about what she wanted and that completely stressed her out.
