And the past few times we had gone in there they didn't have vegetables either. So I asked the woman if they even make them anymore and she was extremely rude to me, saying that they didn't have time to get them off the truck or something and just order. So we paid for a full price burrito bowl without any vegetables and they wouldn't even put in a scoop of queso to make up for it. The employees were filthy, the prep area was absolutely disgusting, and everyone had super bad attitudes. It's like no one is managing, because every single time we've gone in there it has been chaos . We will never step foot in that location again, and it really needs to be investigated. On the night of Wednesday, April 30, 2025, I had a deeply upsetting and inappropriate experience at the Chipotle in Keene, New Hampshire. Around 10:30 PM, my boyfriend, two friends, and I walked in, only to be told by a blonde male employee working the register that they were closed and had no food left. Strangely, we then witnessed another family (who did not appear to be part of the LGBTQ+ community) enter moments later and get served without hesitation--visible from the window. What's worse is that this employee mouthed an extremely offensive and discriminatory slur at us. It was a clear, targeted act of hostility. There were no name tags, so we couldn't get his name, but he was the blonde male working register that night. This behavior is not only unprofessional but blatantly discriminatory, and it left us feeling unsafe and disrespected. No business should tolerate this kind of conduct from their staff. I plan to file a formal complaint with Chipotle corporate. For what it's worth, the larger man working the line was kind and professional in contrast. But the overall experience was shocking, offensive, and completely unacceptable. If this is who Chipotle chooses to represent their brand, I will not be returning--and I will encourage others to think twice as well. read more

Last visit they were "out" of guacamole, blamed the morning crew for not making it. They told me what they had was "reserved" for those who ordered on line. Got a burrito from this location and the rice was hardly cooked. Crunchy and had to throw the whole thing away. The bare minimum of a decent burrito is atleast fully cooked rice. The staff do not care. read more

My experience is that the Chipotle in Keene, NH never carries the veggie mix (peppers/onions), are consistently missing some protein choices, and are also randomly short on dressing and utensils. For years I have been told, "there's a shortage of (the item), until they are available". I have asked at the corporate level about the location getting help with ordering, because, to be frank, I eat at several surrounding Chipotle's and there are never shortages of these items at the other locations. Today I inquired with the manager on duty, who initially gave me the "shortage" line, but after I shared that recently I had reported the ongoing issue at the corporate level, she shared "We're understaffed and because we can't afford all the products, we're told which ones we should actually keep, and which ones to stop ordering". This has been years of never having certain menu or utensil items. I asked the manager on duty to have access to talk with the Regional Manager and was told that they can't provide that kind of information, and that Regional Managers don't do that (talk to customers for inquiry and review). So here I am, and I'm hoping the Regional Manager and any other staff that should be offering support to this location, sees this review. read more

It's now 40 minutes later and still no food. It's not the worker fault, Chipotle only has three people working and trying to fill orders plus keep the place clean ( which it's not.) AGAIN I see the employees working extremely hard and as fast as they can for the crowd of people waiting for their food. Funny how chipotle wants to make money, but doesn't want to spend money on workers so they don't have overworked employees trying to keep customers satisfied. The three people that I see working are very nice and polite, which I can't imagine it's easy to do when they have tons of people mad that their orders are not ready. Review: 2/5 Stars Went to the Chipotle in Keene, NH about 30 minutes before closing and was told by a college-aged guy working there that the place was already closed--despite it clearly still being open. I've been here multiple times, tried giving it a few chances as I know everyone has bad days but this place is bad everyday. Food is never ready to be served. They start closing everything down and stop cooking hours earlier than closing time. Staff are just standing around while one person creates burritos and cashes you out. This place is just an absolute mess and never looks clean. Such bad vibes just avoid this specific location at all costs. What could improve? This location is startlingly dirty. Unfortunately, I only noticed just how dirty it was after I had ordered my food. The floor is filthy, the tables aren't wiped, the counter in front of the food is not wiped. There were no napkins at all available and when I asked for some, I was told just a minute, and then the lady I asked, just continued to fill a takeout order while I stood there and waited... We ordered lunch from Chipotle today. It was inedible. My quesadilla was so greasy I couldn't eat it. I ordered sides which was an additional cost, none of the side were in the order. Chipotle doesn't deliver. We had to use door dash which was $13. My quesadilla lunch with tip and delivery cost $27.00. I call Chipotle but their phone line is completely automated. Could the outside eating area be cleaned up? The concrete needs to be powerwashed at the front eating area. There is no cover for the outside garbage can. The one umbrella has a wasp nest in the eating area and I saw wasps flying into the nest. The door has a plastic sign holder that is half falling off the door. There is a white pole by the entrance that stands at a 45 degree angle that should be at a 90 degree angle. The outside tables needed to be wipe down for santitary purposes. Where is the manager? I amongst I'm sure many others have severe food allergies and just today I had went to get a rice bowl with no changes I even watched them make it and not even 5 minutes after eating, a full blown allergic reaction happens due to cross contamination. I just ordered a bowl with double brisket and guac and it was 26$ I was a little surprised and when I asked for the receipt I was told no. When I got home and opened it the guac was not mashed and in large slices through the bowl. Not the worst I just believe I was over charged. They also NEVER put cilantro in the white rice. I went with my friends, but was greatly disappointed. I was really excited to go to Chipotle, but let down greatly. They lacked many ingredients, including guac, queso, cheese, salsa, and brown rice. Their tortillas were stale and for a restaurant that claims "to not have freezer", my corn was hard and frozen solid. Their work station was a mess and the ingredients were all mixed together. The building was far from inviting with lights out and the floor covered with food. After completing my order I moved to the drink station to find only 2 working drinks (the water didn't even work) and none of the agua frescas. Finally topping it off they didn't have any forks or spoons.
