It still ended up being a pretty good deal, with a huge bowl for about $12-$15. I decided to try the new pollo asado, and yes, it was well-flavored, though it could've used a bit more salt. The service was good, and the guacamole was tasty, but the chips, they dropped the ball big time. The tortillas weren't separated, which made it a bit messy to eat. I am blown away at the transformation of this location. We've been coming here for the past 3 years but this year is different. The people who work here are smiling and engaging. The food seems better ~ Fresher. The inside is spotless! The people who work there seem to take pride in their store. I appreciate that. I was watching one employee working his buns off cleaning and even picking up trash outside and cleaning off tables. He was amazing. I asked him his name and he said it was Pedro. We need more Pedro's in the world. We've been here twice this week. The food tastes so good! So fresh!! So impressed with their management!! Good job Chipotle on Jackson St.! Placed an online order for pick up through Chipotlelane and I ordered 2 quesadilla's and a bowl for me and my co workers. When I opened the bag I seen that there wasn't a lid protecting the quesadillas. Straight up cross contamination, so gross, and unprofessional. $55 later for lunch and we get a soppy, messy wet burrito where the tortilla is inedible- partially because of the foil- and I had to drain out the excess liquid. That's a first. And this is the reason why we rarely come to Chipotle. I'm just thankful the bag didn't rip with all the moisture. read more

Came here once and never went back. I went to pick up a burrito during a lunch break and when attended the person who took my order didn't even really know how to speak English which isn't a dealbreaker however at a food service place you'd expect them to understand. Secondly my burrito made me unhappy as there was barely any meat and way too much rice. Even inside it was pretty dirty didn't even get a welcome when you walk in, I'd recommend just going to Castanedas for some better food for a better price. read more

It was great! The only problem I have is that i have very little spice tolerance, and what i got was still spicy for me.

Not even joking my burrito was only 3x2", had a half scoop of stuff. And out of cheese and gauc an hour and a half before close? More like too lazy to uncover a new gauc and open a new bag of cheese and put it into containers. Picture this: You are driving from Arizona only to be salivating waiting for a delicious bowl of chipotle goodness. Well, if you thinking about satiating yourself here, I would look elsewhere. We arrived at 8pm on a Sunday night and they were out of rice, multiple meat selections, and veggies; yet didn't think twice about charging us double for the amount for meat despite lacking of most of the ingredients required to make a complete Chipotle bowl. The staff seemed overwhelmed and from the site of the place I would be too. Every single trashcan (both inside and outside) were overflowing with discarded food and drink and who knows what else. When I used the restroom, both toilet rolls were empty. My pregnant friend had to wipe her butt with a toilet seat liner and I luckily unwrapped a spare toilet paper roll that I happened to see out of the corner of my eye. If you are looking for a meatless, riceless, veggieless meal, this is your place. You can use the restroom anywhere in the whole restaurant because they seem to be treating it like a dump. We came in the afternoon and right away we were attended to even with a good amount of people in front of us. When it was time to order the staff were very professional and kitchen and countertops were very clean. Once we sant an ate the food was cooked well and tasted great and was fresh. This staff is very well trained and takes their standards above and beyond. I have no complaints whatsoever and will be back more often. The chips were extremely stale, I asked everyone with me to test the chips to see. Everyone said yes so I went back to ask for new chips, the first employee I talked to so extremely nonchalantly said "oh yeah, they are all going to be stale". She went to get the manager that simply offered me new chips. I told him that the previous employee told me that all (probably 30 bags on the shelf ) were stale and he could just give me a refund. The staff was kind, and sorta left on their own to fend why there was no fresh "greens" and had to double check if they had any meat. So... this was my second time coming to this location. The first time was not at all pleasant and, unfortunately, this time around wasn't any better. I refrained from rating the first time because they had just recently opened and I chocked it up to working out the kinks. However, this experience just emphasized the lack of attention to detail and the poor customer service. The first time I went, the line staff rushed me through my order, disregarding social distancing guidelines and then proceeded to rush the next person through, again disregarding social distancing guidelines. This time, I placed a mobile order so that I would avoid any invasion of personal space. The girl at the window handed me two bags and quickly left so that I couldn't ask or verify the order. Since it was labeled and taped together, I assumed that it was all there. When I got home, there were several items missing from the order. I leave my warm food, get in my car and drive back up to the window to get the missing items. The girl at the window was happy to get the missing items but nothing other than an apology was offered for the inconvenience. So, I drove back home with the previously missing items to enjoy a lukewarm bowl with a soggy bottom half container. To add further insult to injury, there are pieces of rice and various meats in a bowl that was supposed to be vegetarian (sofritas) with cauliflower rice. I'm used to a little cross-contamination, but this was just carelessness while serving. Details matter. Customer service matters. read more

We're so excited to have the New Chipotle by our home. We have been there 3 times now and are very disappointed. There are always plenty of staff there but all three times we went around 6:30 PM the place was a dirty mess. The drink station had trash around it and ice everywhere,out of tea. My husband likes Coke Zero and two of the three times they were out. It was hard to find a clean table even though we were the only ones in there. Trash cans full. The floors had napkins, food everywhere. We picked up a salt shaker that was on the ground that a person used their foot to get it out from under a table and we gave it to a staff member who was getting a drink telling him it was on the ground. The staff member put it back on the rack! I think we will have to drive to La Quinta Chipotle a longer drive but it is cleaner. read more

My favorite thing to get from here are the bowls and the chips with Guac. I usually get a chicken bowl. I have tried the burritos as well and let me tell you, those are BIG. However, I prefer the bowls. I feel as if you get more food in a bowl compared to a burrito. It fits nicer. If you'd like you can add a Tortilla on the side for .25 cents, I know, they're not free anymore . But still can't beat the price for how massive they are plus you get to make your own burrito and still have some food in your bowl for later. The wait time normally isn't too bad, since they are usually very busy. There were a couple of times that I had to wait longer than expected though. Im talking 10 minutes longer. Context: Not busy, multiple staff on hand... should be in good shape??? If you're kids are hungry this tale is a horror story. -Chipotle Dropped the Ball- Indio, Ca location Drive-thru sensor not working properly, okay no big deal. So when the person came to the window, he requested that we go inside (as he had the ability to provide the online order, as design by Chipotle.) So apparently, the person at the window is not able to deliver online order-because of their note about the sensor??? Side note: the drive-thru service is only for online orders. Once inside, the order had not been fulfilled, which they had to verify and begin preparing to make the online order. After another 5mins, one of the gracious crew members mentioned, they'll have to remake the order... then asked to have me get in line and make the order again/live, which was a good length. So after waiting the additional time, we made it to the front of the line after another 5min. The crew took care of the order after looking up the details of the order as they didn't know how to bring it up. Thank goodness for digital info. Thus, after original online order was placed, waiting 15mins before arrival at location, it took an additional 20mins. But we had time and received our order. If we're on a schedule we would have had issues and since they didn't know how to find the original order... think how much of challenge it would have been to refund our online payment. Perhaps this won't be an issue in future considerations to choose Chipotle, but the structure of the problems came from several origins. How the drive up window inability set this whole situation, would have been even more problematic. Worst chipotle I have ever gone to. This is coming from someone that loves chipotle, and has been a long time customer. Very unprofessional, they were nearly empty and yet they were OUT OF EVERYTHING. No beans no rice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL then the ugly lazy lethargic cook looked at me as if he was bothered that we wanted some of the food that they ran out of. This should not be happening at Chipotle.
