If I could give this place zero stars I would, sat in line for over 30 minutes to get my food. 20 of those was just me waiting to order food. Honestly, I think the person forgot I was there cause as soon as I pulled up the employee asked me to hold on a couple seconds while I dealt with a customer in front of me.. nearly 15 minutes later I said hello and the guy answered and said "oh my bad you're good to order" and then when I started to order makes me wait another five. Then the gentleman couldn't figure out where the item I wanted was on their system.. so I had to order something else. Then it took another 10 minutes to get my order. During that time about six or seven cars pull up behind me so there was an entire line when I left. The food felt like it was cold like they just gave me whatever was sitting around.. the chicken sandwich was missing half the ingredients it was supposed to have. I'm honestly afraid to try the burrito that I got for fear that it was contaminated with because I complained about the wait. Also, there was no napkins or anything no condiments included either. Overall, the worst experience I've had at a Jack in the Box. Ambience is horrible because you have to wait forever. This is not the first time I've had this kind of experience at this Jack in the Box either. Last time I went here and had to wait a long time online the drive-through employee actually gave me my order for free because of the wait. read more

I was trying to rate this place ZERO because every single time I come here they fuck something up. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a teriyaki bowl combo. For the teriyaki bowl I asked if they can make it 3 egg rolls instead of 1. She repeats the order back to me so i thought she understood the order. Anyways I pull up to window and she starts listing all these items and I was like "Um no, I just got the teriyaki bowl combo and spicy chicken sandwich". She says "oh okay" and takes my card and still charges me for all the other items. She starts handing me a whole bunch of drinks and food and I was like "what the hell are you handing me? I just ordered 2 items..." and she got upset talking about "No, you said you wanted this." I was so fuckin dumbfounded. I told her to give me a refund and I'm still awaiting the refund. This location for Jack is horrible, I only go to it cuz I'm too lazy to drive down HW-111 to the other location near Dune Palms. Very inconsiderate when they make a order wrong. Was the goto jack always ordered no cheese. Multiple times order made with cheese and would have to ask for a remake and the food was always returned. This happens again 5th time or so(I know I went here too much) and they really told me "they heard about me and I always do this". Well if you know why isn't it made how I "always complain". Aroubd 1255 on November 24 the drive through teller is by far the rudest person in fast food I have ever dealt with. After ordering our food she told me to pull up. No confirmation of the order verbally or on the screen. We waited over 25 mintues in park. Then when we get to the window she is asked me to confirm my order. Her English is hard to understand but growing up in California you can generally understand most accents. I could hardly hear her or understand her. After I confirmed the order she gave me an amount over 50.00. I was shocked. I asked for a cooy of the order to review before charging my card. She told me no not until after she charged my card. She stood there with her arms crossed and a disgusted look on her face. By this time I have hadn't enough of her attitude and wait we drove off. Now I get working over shift is not the most glamorous/desired shift but there is no reason for us to be treated this way. We are paying customers and did not ask for anything out of the ordinary. This is the worst jack in the box I've ever been. This review is based off of several visits. Food quality is always poor. People taking orders consistently get the order wrong. Understanding English is to blame for some of it. Gave up one time completely and just drove thru the drive through when they couldn't get my order right. Last experience takes the cake, ordered a sausage sandwich and they took the liberty to replace it with a chicken sandwich and charge us for something different. We caught it and called them out and they said they ran out of and gave us the sandwich instead. But charged us. Never did they say sorry and seemed really annoyed that we called. I went in to place 2 large door dash orders. The young lady that assisted me was really pretty amazing. She was polite on point with everything and was multitasking like you have never seen. I would have to assume that it would be crazy if she wasn't there. Definitely below standard service after hours. I pulled up to the menu and I asked for a moment to decide on my order. I was told to back up to look at the other menu if nobody was behind me. I decided to ignore her since it took me a few seconds to decide on my order. Guess what? Pulled up to the window and the thing I want was unavailable. Yikes.
