10/10 my fav place in the valley, i love the tacos and aguas it's honestly super good, tortillas are top tier

Had to run it back Dos times. This time I ordered my food which was Pollo Tacos with everything on it, an order of Carne Asada Fries and a Strawberry lemonade Agua Fresca. I sat at the patio to enjoy my meal and I must it was a great choice. The food was seasoned well and tasted so good like For Real, For Real . Next time I will order more tacos because two is never enough. Stop sleeping on One Stop Taco Shop is the best taco shop in the Coachella Valley period. read more

I love this place. I found it three years ago. We have a vacation home in the Palm Desert, and anytime I'm here, I give them a visit. Tonight I thought I had a problem. I placed my order and I got a receipt and it was about half the price that I normally pay. They only charged me $2 for tacos. They were super busy. Two young gals were working the front cash registers and handling a huge crowd with ease. When I got there attention in between customers, I explained to them that I think they made a mistake on the Bill. Then they explained to me that it's taco Tuesday! All their tacos were half price or less. They were so kind to me and made me feel like they valued me as a customer. I highly recommend this place. It's in a gas station. I stopped by because I was headed to Juan Pollo, but saw them cooking a bunch of chickens next to Indio Blvd. Got my chicken there instead. Plato de Barbacoa is irresistible! When the half chickens are done, they are marvelous. Haven't tried any of the usual stuff yet. Will get a burrito next time. read more

Family of 4 went for dinner because of rave reviews. Left hungry, broke and disappointed. Way too pricey for what you get. Could count the pieces of meat on the tiny street taco sized tacos. Quesadillas were same, a bit of shredded cheese with a couple of meat pieces on two tiny tortillas not even melted. We thought we'd be able to share the quesadillas, what a joke, not even big enough for one person. Food was very bland and salsas didn't help any as they too were bland and runny. Ordered a big food order to go by phone. When I went to pick up my order I was charged 4% for using my card! I know businesses have to pay for these machines to swipe your cards, but they have already hiked their food prices up so high, why are they still charging their patrons to use their own money? They should post BIG signs and inform you about the 4% credit card fee! I will not patronize this restaurant or any restaurants that charge you to use your own money. I will not be going there again. First time at this taco shop. I was very impressed. Nothing beats homemade flour tortillas. It really makes the tacos taste delicious and so much better than any store bought tortilla's. The service is great, there were no other customers so my order which was quite big was given to me at a decent time. My only concern was that I tried ordering by calling the number that appears on Google but the call would only ring once and go straight to the full mailbox. I did notice people going in and picking up their orders not sure how but I'm thankful my order was done quickly. read more

I honestly had one of the worst taco experiences at One Stop Shop in Indio. The food was disappointing from the first bite. The tacos were bland, greasy, and tasted like they had been sitting out way too long. The meat lacked flavor, the tortillas were soggy, and nothing tasted fresh. For the prices they charge, I expected decent quality at minimum, but this was far from it. The overall experience left me regretting spending my money here. There are so many better taco spots in the area that actually care about flavor and quality. I would not recommend this place and definitely won't be coming back. Save your money. read more

Taquerias are a dime a dozen in California. However, this place makes delicious homemade corn and flour tortillas. The homemade tortillas combined with a healthy portion of meat and beans takes the tacos to another level. We come to the Valley once a year and will be coming back for years to come. So today I'm shopping at food 4 less in Coachella. There is a guy in the produce section wearing clothing advertising this place. I'm in the produce section and he and his cart are blocking the entire aisle while he and another guy are on their phones. I asked if the cart was theirs and could I please get by. Thanks to our 'Uber' driver, he recommended this little place after my wife had asked him where we could get good menudo. Located at a gas station, we may have passed this up not knowing it was a hidden gem. It seems to be known by locals, as it had steady foot traffic. Everything takes authentic! The burrito is a good size with perfect meat to rice & bean ratio. Tried the green and red salsa's not spicy but good enough. Stayed and ate in there, it was clean had plenty of space. Haven't been here under new ownership. We came on a Saturday. There were several people waiting for food & to order. They definitely need more help on weekends. All tables outside were dirty. The young woman working the front inside was friendly & efficient but couldn't take a breathe between people coming inside & phone orders. Nobody available to clean. The chair I sat on outside was broken as well. Tacos weren't as good & as big as before & price went up to $2.49 a taco. My chicken tacos weren't seasoned much & Jamaica was simply okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to frequent this place. They definitely need some help. read more
