I would give this 0 stars if I could. I really wanted to give this chipotle the benefit of the doubt and at least try it after all the poor reviews I read online regarding portion sizes, timing, and order mistakes. It was a Sunday night around 9pm. I had just finished playing hockey at West Point and there are really no other food options in the area. There was one other person inside working for uber eats. I walked in knowing I had to order through the app, which is fine. I expected to order in the app and be able to pick up the bowl a few minutes later. Shake Shack does this well. I asked the employee how long it would take for the bowl. The employee looked at me with a straight face and said it would take 1 hour for me to get my food. What????? I understand there may be mobile orders in front of me, but where is the customer service. Essentially I'm standing there ready to give this business my money and they would make me wait 1 hour? If I had to guess, it takes 45 seconds to a minute tops to make a burrito bowl. Why would I wait 1 hour for that? I was shocked. I simply walked out. What kind of management would run a business like this? Valuing digital orders over a physical person wanting to support the business. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. First time reviewing a restaurant. Order and hour and 30 before closing The problem was they got all the toppings mismatched in my orders (it was a good portion) I realized about that once I was back in my house I came back to the restaurant and asked for a new bowl The girl was rude while remaking our orders. But still gave is our food and I went home thinking she was sure this time was right Maybe it's my fault for trusting too much When I got home my order was wrong AGAIN it was missing guacs on our bowls (and the portions were smaller) by then it was 30 min left for closing So decided to go back AGAIN and this lady just gave me one side guac asked if that's for the two bowls and throwed the second to the counter. Have ordered here a number of times and it is a staple in our office due to the low options of food in the area. This is a digital kitchen, so orders must be placed in the app and picked up. They are usually ready on time and sitting on the shelf. My office has experienced quite a few issues here, including missing ingredients, unavailable ingredients when ordering, meat overcooked, chips can be inconsistent - either too salty or not salty enough, brownish guac. I once ordered catering for the office and I received no white rice and an extra salad base. Lately, we have noticed some improvement, possibly due to change in management. The meals are generally pretty good overall with some inconsistencies. read more

I am still giving this 5/5. My food has been great consistency wise (Also way better than the Fishkill location, they started making my food so carelessly I almost asked the manager did I do something to them LOL). It looks like their workflow improved, as I no longer see a lobby crowded full of people. I'm glad to see that, as no one deserves to be slaving over a hot grill, forced to produce like robots in an assembly line. I did have ONE instance where one person stole my food (Thanks for being an adult), but they made me a new one on the spot. I wish 0 stars was an option. The portions are unbelievably small compared to other chipotle restaurants. If you order it there is a 50/50 chance you will ever receive it because if it takes too long they throw out the order. There are also no other options as you can't walk in and order. Worst chipotle franchise in the country and I think the company should shut this restaurant down so it doesn't tarnish the reputation of the chain as a whole. read more

We walked in not really knowing how their digital kitchen works. We've done pop-ups and ordered digitally via kiosks. BUT with no registers to take orders and when your APP which we QR downloaded is glitching- you really need an on-site kiosk! You lost business that day and so we walked 300 feet right, exciting your door, to a Mom and Pop Mexican restaurant next to a tavern. OMG their food was excellent and cheaper for AUTHENTIC Mexican food! And the owner was so pleasant! ***Also I suggest your staff don't play loud and brain-jarring music. Can only order online - which sounds fine on paper, but... No accountability from workers since they never actually see your face when you order. Consistently small portions and wrong orders. Ordered extra rice, extra beans, extra chicken along with several other toppings and not even half the bowl was filled. Paid extra for guac but no where to be found. Someone should tell Chipotle that if their food or service goes down...so does business. I eat here with my son about 2x a week, sometimes 3x for either lunch or dinner. We always spend roughly $25, sometimes $30/$35 if we both get chips and drink. It's been hit or miss lately (more misses tbh) and I ate my last overpriced soggy burrito tonight. FYI - Burritos shouldn't be wet on the outside. Seriously, someone slapped mine together and wrestled it shut (it was just chicken, peppers, beans, sour cream/light green sauce - that's it). It was sticky, wet, and falling apart. No thanks. Also, don't give people all onions and one pepper in their peppers/onions. Same goes for burnt chicken and clumped rice. Nobody should have to wait 45 extra minutes for food promised at a certain time (this was a couple of weeks ago). I get that businesses get inundated with orders but that's why you give an estimate. Stop lying about times. I could honestly go on. This place USED to be good when it first opened. Sad times but leave it to the cadets to waste their money here. They'll eat anything. Like mostly how the app is set up but they close at various time for no apparent reason and the app doesn't tell you why. Consistently late 10 mins but mostly more when I choose a pickup time they offer in the app. The app today offers "no available times" for pick up but was letting me order. I've had mostly good accurate Items but messy items and burnt items and provided feedback...no one reached out to me for a simple apology. They advertise no wait but this placed was packed with 20+ people just standing around. 2nd time I've been here and second time I've had to wait 30+ minutes. Cool concept. Not worth the money. At a normal Chipotle you get a lot of food. This place I paid almost $20 for a burrito bowl including the extra toppings that are normally free and I got about half the amount of food you get at a regular Chipotle. We have gotten food there twice in the last 3 weeks. The burrito my son got the first time was ridiculously small - much smaller than I have ever gotten at any other chipotle (and I have been to a ton of them). We decided to chalk it up to one bad day and got food there again tonight. This time my wife got my son two burritos (just in case). The first one was a bit on the small side, but the second one was again 1/2 the size I usually get(both burritos were supposed to be identical). It was so much smaller than I have ever received at any other chipotle it was laughable. Looked more like a 2 dollar item from taco bell(not knocking taco bell here just saying they price their food according to what you get). Im usually a big fan of chipotle, but this particular location is just absurdly bad. Its too bad because they are the closest one to my home and right near my wifes work - I guess I will just eat a whole lot less Chipotle :-( read more
