This place has really gone down in quality. The steak was tough and seamed steamed instead of grilled like it used to be. The chips that I ordered with my guacamole were over fried and tasted burnt. They used to offer larger portions, especially the burrito- an $11+ burrito with a tiny scoop of rice, beans, a few tough pieces of steak, and salsa and small amount of cheese is the size of other like places' small, making this no longer a good value, nor a good meal- very disappointing. Staff wise, no one is smiling and they all look tired on this slow day. You even have to ask for salt and pepper now- too cheap for salt packets. So I guess the new Chipotle model is charge more for less quality ingredients and put the bare minimum amount of items in a bowl or on a burrito. Sad - I used to love this place, not any more! Some people dog on Chipotle for various reasons, but I've always found the Granbury Chipotle to be quick, fresh, and tasty. It's a convenient location right off the highway in front of Home Depot. The interior is typical Chipotle--spartan and industrial, but clean and neat. The crew behind the counter is always efficient and polite. I typically get a salad with chicken or carnitas, and it makes for a quick lunch or dinner that I don't have to feel too guilty about. Pro tip--the Chipotle vinaigrette dressing is pretty yummy on the salads! read more

This place is terrible!!! We ordered two dinners, and also a side of queso. My husband checks the order there is no queso in there. He asked the guy about it. The guy says "oh we're out of queso" did not tell us did not take it off our bill trying to sneak one over us. I wouldn't recommend the Granbury location... food has gone downhill and the tables are never cleaned. We have always enjoyed the food, but in the last year things have changed. We tried it tonight after a couple of months of staying away... walked in and sure enough, the tables weren't cleaned while the employees were not busy. When there isn't a line, go wipe down the tables! Got our food... the rice was SO salty, it made the entree inedible. I asked the employee if they could remake my entree. They didn't know if they could do that. I said, ok, can I get my money back then? Then the employee went to ask someone if it was ok to remake the entree. Yes it was.... Hello! Of course it was! Then the employee says "there is a long line, why don't you have a seat and wait til the line dies down and then we will remake it" WRONG RESPONSE!! Wow. I called the customer service line and asked them to credit me for my entree purchase. They did that happily with no problem. Once the line died down the restaurant employee did remake my entree, but by that time my family was done eating. I took it as take out. Customer service lacking, food lacking and tables weren't clean. If you want a sad meal and experience go to the Granbury location. read more

If you're a local and have ever been to this Chipotle, then you already know. This location feels like someone forgot about, yet it still exists. The cooks always appear angry that they have to replenish the chicken or steak (mostly the steak). There are usually flies hovering over the food, which I found incredibly disgusting, but also amazed that the employees act as if the flies are invisible! I was in there no too long ago and watched the cook lose his frickin mind when the employee serving asked for more steak. The guy started yelling at the poor kid, throwing those metal containers, cursing and then blamed the poor kid! Dude why come to work if you hate doing your job! I have reached out to their corporate office after observing the cook's conniption, but you know they'll be no acknowledgment of my email or address the problem. I've never really payed attention to the Chipotle commercials until I realized how far from the health & safety standards they have here and wishing those guys on tv were cooking my food! For the most part the employees are nice and courteous, it just feels like some push the envelope and would probably be fired for their actions, which is why I said in the beginning the place seems to go unchecked by the owner and/or corporate! read more

Brand new location, only been opened for a few weeks. Definitely a great addition to this nice little town. They also start having the reward program. I didn't ask about it, so not sure if it's free to enroll or not. Worth checking out if you're a Chipotle fanatic. Stays open until 10pm everyday, which is later than most restaurants in this town, besides fast food restaurants of course. read more

We really liked it! Ordered at noon in the app, simple. Hubby got the steak burrito and I got the chicken al pastor Keto Bowl with extra fajita veggies. He said his was really good. Mine was soooo flavorful with many different spices coming through. There was plenty of chicken though in my pic it's under all the extra veggies I ordered. Just look at my pic at how awesome my bowl was! Colorful, vibrant, plentiful. The Al pastor chicken is a must! Went and researched copycat recipes after eating it mine was that good! I hope it stays and not really for a limited time bc I won't order the regular chicken otherwise. It is soooo delicious, moist, and well seasoned! The bowl itself has so many complex flavors. The cilantro, spicy heat level, chipotle honey vinaigrette, bell peppers, tomato salsa, red onions, and crispy fresh greens, all fresh and sit down restaurant worthy. I wanted to keep the leftover sauce and pour it over a small piece of leftover chicken from last nights dinner it was so good! I opted not to get the guac and didn't miss it. I went to chipotle at around 5 today and the customer service and overall appearance of the place was terrible. Two workers sat there talking and watched me and my family while waiting in and empty line. The seats and tables had spilt beans and meat on them at not just one but multiple tables. There was one person working by himself and the others were watching. My family and I left. The bar where the make the food was disgusting. I love this location and usually enjoy my food but I this is not okay. I'm not sure if there were some changes but I want the old Chipotle back. read more

They should rename this place Cilantro. I try to never rate a place on my personal taste, I just don't eat there. However the issue with Chipotle is not the food itself, it's one ingredient. Being one of the small percentage of people who find that cilantro tastes like soap and loving Mexican food so much can make an unpleasant bite from time to time. But even though the barbaqoa here is absolutely amazing, the only thing that I can have with it is the beans and cheese. EVERYTHING else in the food case contains major amounts of cilantro. Even with just a small spoon of their mild salsa (It's pico de gallo people) I can't get more than one small bite without biting into a piece of cilantro. My boyfriend likes cilantro and had everything on his bowl. Even he said there was way too much cilantro. So if you LOVE cilantro this is your place. Otherwise, skip it. read more

So glad they brought one here!!! We had one back home and it was a constant go to for work lunches either dine in or cater. I brought my husband here for lunch one day. He thought he was hungry enough to eat two burritos, I asked him to eat one and if he was hungry he could get a second... Ha!
