IF IT'S NOT BROKE, DON'T "FIX" IT. All I wanted was some floppy, soggy, long sweet and salty Wingstop® Fries. My boyfriend drove me all the away across town for said fries. Only to be stabbed in the heart when I realized Wingstop had completely gotten rid of the fries I have long known, loved, and was specifically craving. The new fries were hot and freshly fried, but nearly flavorless. The new "sweet and salty seasoning" is a far cry from what it was. Powdery, dusty and lack luster.. barely there. Not granules of sugar and salt like the old days. The potatoes seem like completely different potatoes. No skin. An unfamiliar golden brown color, and again, boring and near flavorless. Wings are still alright but I will not be coming back, because the signature fries they got rid of are what MADE the meal. Sad to know I never in my life will again get to experience REAL Wingstop® Fries. A damn shame. They also got rid of the tea machine that made my favorite green tea of course, the only thing I would get at Wingstop. Cutting costs by changing things that people love will continue to lose you customers! I hope Wingstop reconsiders their terrible decision in doing this. I had the new chicken sandwich tonight. I have to say I was impressed and satisfied. Chicken breast was huge and crispy. Getting to pick my sauce flavor was awesome. It was delicious and rivals any other chicken sandwich out there. Pickles were the perfect combination too. Restaurant was clean and the evening shift was friendly, helpful, and made the experience great. I ordered ahead and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. It was hot and fresh. You can tell care was taken by the staff in placing the items in the bag. I really appreciate the little things like that. Thank you evening shift for being awesome! Overall a great experience and delicious dinner. I'll be coming back to Granbury WingStop again for the chicken sandwich and more of their great wings. Try them out. I bought an 8 piece pack to share with a friend and what I got was two drumsticks and six of the less meaty halves. The carrot sticks are more like logs(I'll be making my own now). Very disappointing. read more

As usual, Wingstop continues to put out some damn tasty wings. Last night I decided to try their thighs. An order of three thighs with lemon pepper seasoning and 1 side was about $10. The thighs were pretty big and cooked to perfection. The bad...the Granbury Wingstop has always been FILTHY inside when I go there. Tables need bussing and to be wiped down, the soda machine was covered with sticky syrup soda spatter. The floors always seem to need to be wept and mopped and the men's bathroom...don't even het me started. C'mon Wingstop, you can do better. read more

Update: It would've been $1.71 cheaper if I'd ordered the Combo. I didn't need a drink so I ordered just the wings and a side of Cajun corn then realized I paid more to opt out of a drink. Love Wingstop!!! Been going since I can remember. I can safely say it's one of my fav places to go for some good chicken! My go to is lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and the original, all bone in baby! That's what gives it the flavor but boneless is good too! Great place! Good prices! Clean, neat, and fast! I was craving wings so we stopped in. I ordered bone in and they were so over cooked I couldn't eat them. They were understaffed with one person trying to answer the phone, take walk in and to go orders and give food to the dashers. By the time he has a second to call out the order was ready it had been sitting a while. read more

My husband and I come here frequently, very rarely have we had dry wings. I'd say 99%of the time the wings are cooked absolutely perfect, the veggie sticks are ALWAYS fresh, and ice cold. The ranch and blue cheese is amazing, taste home made and I always want to bring extra home with me, but never do because I eat it all up. Food is consistently delicious, and staff is friendly especially Sebastian and Angelica who have always gone out of their way to make our experience exceptional. read more

We stropped there today and ordered wings and I should have known better. I could have ordered some from KFC or Chicken Express. I paid $55.00 for wings which was so much more than I would have paid for a steak at Hofbraugh's. I got home with my order and I did not have the French fries I asked for to go with the 10 wings I did order. I had instead carrot sticks and celery (both were not edible and also not what I ordered). I have read the other reviews and I agree. This was only my second time to get wings there, but it will be my last. Get the problems fixed!!!!! read more

The guy who operates the place is rude. He has an attitude big time also and wont help you with the menu. The wings were mediocre and the fries sucked. Find another place to eat. This place does not cut it. Chipotle is right next door and I'm eating there from now on. read more

There boneless wings arent too bad, the parm garlic ones are decent. I don't like the seasoning on their fries. My husband got the cheese fries, he seemed to enjoy those and said his bone in wings were decent too. Maybe it's the sauce they use that didn't make them great!
