Tara is an amazing waitress--she has such a fun personality, makes us feel right at home, and practically knows our order by heart. We always enjoy chatting with her! We started out with the pretzels bites and it was a good choice since everyone got in on the action. I must admit I was impressed, the wings were really good. Sauces I'll need to come back and try again. The hot was definitely not hot. So on my next visit I'll move up the scale and go win the TNT. Habanero is just silly I want to feel my tongue and the rest of my meal. So hot for the sake of being hot is not for me. We had a great waitress (Halle or Holly I'm not sure). She said it was her first time on the floor and she did an exceptional job! I tipped her well! I like the atmosphere! Sports screens every where. I can see why this is a popular. The only drawback I have to say and I did not clarify this with our waitress but kids were supposed to read for .99 on Tuesday. I did not check the bill that closely since we were short on time to go get dessert before the store closed. Solid 4 stars on my first visit! This can easily be a 5 star!

Mediocre wings and fries at best…read more I know there's a nationwide wing shortage but the one's here at Wing Boss were from some scrawny ass chickens. Also, the taste was boring. I assumed with the description "pit smoked" and picking up from a Dickies BBQ that the wings themselves would taste fabulous. Not much flavor and definitely no smoke flavor. I don't own a deep frier but I just assumed a place that constantly cooks fries would be better at cooking them. Soggy. So soggy. The iced tea was pretty good and the pecan pie slice was good. The wings and fries - not ever going to order from Wing Boss again.

I live ten minutes away, so arrived right when the order was supposed to be ready. I entered the store - it was empty/no other customers and 0 diners present. I only saw 2 employees at 7:30 PM. The front desk person told me that my order would take another 35-40 minutes... I said "WHY?" And she said something about their app didn't take into account the orders their store was already working on. I told her "then your store/company shouldn't feature an app that's so misleading to its customers." I asked her how in the world they thought they'd earn any repeat business with unacceptable policies like this. I asked her if I would get any kind of compensation for having to wait an extra/unplanned 40 minutes for my order. She said she'd have to talk with the manager and walked to the back of the store. She came back a minute later and said "we can give you a drink or a dessert." I told her "don't bother - that's beyond pathetic!" Four other customers came into the store after I arrived to pick up their orders and were also told it would be another "20 or so minutes...". I can't believe the store manager didn't have the interest or professionalism to have the decency to walk to the front counter where I was, to apologize or explain what was going on. I finally got my order after the extra 42 minute wait and told the counter employee I'd never be coming back to their store (or any Pizza Hut.) She just looked at me like she didn't care. I regretted doing an automatic 18% tip when I'd paid my bill on the app tonight. To add more to the offense, the 2 pizzas were lackluster and were over baked. I strongly advise Granbury pizza lovers to get their pizza from ANY other store manager except Pizza Hut!

(June 2026 around 6:99-6:30 pm) The 5 or 6 employees that were working were absolutely busting their butts. The person I assumed was the manager (AL) was loudly barking orders at everyone. One young employee, who I believe may have had special needs, was stocking the cooler with bottled drinks. He accidentally mixed a few Mountain Dews in with the Pepsis, and you would have thought he'd committed a terrible offense. The manager pulled every bottle back out and made him do it all over again while speaking to him in a way that was completely unnecessary. The young man looked so defeated. It honestly broke my heart. I believe managers should have authority and hold employees accountable, but there's a way to do it with respect and dignity. People work harder for leaders who appreciate and encourage them not for someone who treats them like they're disposable.
