Very unacceptable visit tonight at Pizza Hut on South Morgan Street in Granbury. I ordered 2 large pizzas on the Pizza Hut app and it said the pizzas would be ready in 19 minutes. I live ten minutes away, so arrived right when the order was supposed to be ready. I entered the store - it was empty/no other customers and 0 diners present. I only saw 2 employees at 7:30 PM. The front desk person told me that my order would take another 35-40 minutes... I said "WHY?" And she said something about their app didn't take into account the orders their store was already working on. I told her "then your store/company shouldn't feature an app that's so misleading to its customers." I asked her how in the world they thought they'd earn any repeat business with unacceptable policies like this. I asked her if I would get any kind of compensation for having to wait an extra/unplanned 40 minutes for my order. She said she'd have to talk with the manager and walked to the back of the store. She came back a minute later and said "we can give you a drink or a dessert." I told her "don't bother - that's beyond pathetic!" Four other customers came into the store after I arrived to pick up their orders and were also told it would be another "20 or so minutes...". I can't believe the store manager didn't have the interest or professionalism to have the decency to walk to the front counter where I was, to apologize or explain what was going on. I finally got my order after the extra 42 minute wait and told the counter employee I'd never be coming back to their store (or any Pizza Hut.) She just looked at me like she didn't care. I regretted doing an automatic 18% tip when I'd paid my bill on the app tonight. To add more to the offense, the 2 pizzas were lackluster and were over baked. I strongly advise Granbury pizza lovers to get their pizza from ANY other store manager except Pizza Hut! read more

We order take out everyone was nice especially the employee that goes by V and the pizza was so good hot lot of toppings the wings were tasty we have never had with our order read more

Arrived for two large pizzas. Waited an hour and 22 minutes. Pizza was rushed and undercooked. Pretty sure the people on the back had no idea what they were doing. Never going back. If you want to wait for horribly undercooked pizza made by incompetent staff and management this is the perfect place for you. No phone numbers or email address available for management - probably for a reason. This is not my first issue with this location. read more

Really good pizza. Consistently good. I just don't understand why people don't go here. Every time I pick up a pizza there's maybe one or two people in the dining room and that's it. Unless they do a whole lot of business and to go, they're just almost always empty. The service is OK, I think the lack of business kind of Waze on the people that are working. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of motivation with the workers on duty. Again, not saying that they're bad or anything it just seems like if they had a full restaurant or more business they would be even nicer. I will continue to get my pizzas from here. read more

Just got off the phone with Granbury Pizza Hut Manager: My complaint, 1. Delivery guy was very seedy and had an attitude on delivery. He looked like he was just released from prison. 2. I complained to manager about the attitude and his seedy appearance. I told the manager I put on the online delivery instruction that I requested parmesian. All the manager heard and could deal with was, they don't give away parmesian anymore and laughed as if smirking over the phone. LOL So the appearance/dress of their drivers is not an issue. Okay. Hello Dominos, I would like to order a delivery please... read more

The food is so flavorful and delicious. I love the variety of food really good for a good Friday night dinner. The service is great no issues, but nothing top-notch and amazing. is pretty good as far as a place to take your children and have a good lunch or dinner. I love this place a lot, but it's not somewhere you can eat frequently. read more

So disappointed in the 8pc Garlic Parm Boneless Wings. Flavor was great but the teensy size of these pale in comparison to Wingstop. Will never order again, ever for $8.49. Should've been $5.00. The Brownie pan was delicious as was their cheesy sticks and pizza. It's rare to not like my order but this time was an exception. read more

Food was great, service excellent, atmosphere like the Pizza Hut sit-down restaurants of your childhood. We really want to keep this unique Pizza Hut, so please show your hours on the door, get an OPEN sign, or let the employees park where their cars can be seen. We almost drove off, but tried the door. After we parked, many others came. We came on a Sunday, and it looked closed. Thanks for a great throw back experience, and shout out to our server, Hayley. Sweet girl! read more

This Pizza Hut exceeded our expectations. We really just wanted to try a different pizza option in Granbury. As much as I try to avoid chains, dad expressed curiosity about the Granbury Pizza Hut, so we decided to give it a try. What we found was a pretty good pizza. We went with the thin and crispy crust, which was quite good, and the "Spicy Sicilian" toppings (sausage, jalapenos, onions). Topping quantities were generous (for Thuy the jalapenos were a tad too generous, but that was fine by me as I got hers). The sausage had that nice fennel taste I like in Italian sausage. This large pizza was $10 and struck us as a very good deal. Thuy also made a trip to the somewhat limited salad bar for $2. We also tried an order of wings (8 for $6) and they we good. We liked the fact you can get them traditional, i.e. without breading. All in all, pretty good. Dad has already expressed interest in the lunch buffet. read more

Food is pretty good but the customer service from the guy with a limp in the front is shitty. Part of my order was made incorrectly so I called (politely) and just for this asshat to tell me "well they got the food they paid for" and I replied "no like I said the 24 count wings were supposed to be boneless and they are bone in" and then I said "I just wanted to see if the wings can be made correctly while I'm on my way back so I don't have to wait" and he said "we'll see" and hangs up in my face. So I get here and go address him about being rude and I get "I am being the upmost of nice" when you fucked up you fix it, you don't hang up in customers faces when they are not being rude, especially after they've already drove there, tipped, went all the way home and drove all the way back. Absolute bullshit on that man's part. He should not be working here, oh and he was training a new girl like she was a complete moron when I was there the first time. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. But let's start at the beginning. Called to Order and have it delivered. Med pan, sausage, onion, bell peppers and extra cheese. Please be sure and include some red peppers, Parma cheese and plates. We're in a motel room. AND SHE REPEATS THE ENTIRE ORDER BACK TO ME. INCLUDING THE RED PEPPERS, PARM CHEESE AND PLATES. The bill is over $20, kid shows up just about when we expect him. I give him $25 and he digs my pizza out from under another order. Box is half open. He hands me the box. Ask about the extras, his response, he can bring me back some plates but they are out of peppers and cheese! No he didn't say he'd get the plates out of his car so I am only to assume he has to go back to the store. Slammed the door. Had to put it in the microwave to warm it up. ABSOLUTELY tasteless. If it was a pan pizza then it's a new recipe for their crust - somewhere between thin and pan - FLAT!!!. You could ALMOST see the sauce under the cheese if you looked hard enough. If they were out of condiments she should have said so when I called or returned the call before they delivered that POS they called a pizza. Really expensive too - One pieced consumed - dinner in my room - husband didn't eat - $25/slice!!! YUP, I'm less than happy. I WON'T order from them again!!!!!! read more

1014 S Morgan St, Granbury, Texas 76048 Rude Employees !!! A little after7 pm my family and I came in for dinner. Took a bit to get seated but employees did look busy, waitress came asked us for drinks took a bit for her to come back but when she did we asked for specials and she actually said i don't have a clue I just started, so I asked for the special on window which was a large meat lovers for 10 bucks, we then added a med pep and cheese pizza, when she finally brought it to us we had 2 medium pizzas, asked why and she said she just assumed we wanted a medium cause it was the same price, we asked for manager and she still continued to argue so we asked for boxes to go cause we were uncomfortable by that point so I paid the bill and quickly exited as she kept saying thank you in a rotten way. Will not be back. read more

This was a terrible experience. I placed my order online to be picked up at 6:15 pm with contactless delivery. I arrived at pock up at 6:08 & phoned inside to let them know I was there & was left on hold for 5 minutes. When someone finally came on the line he said that my pizza was not ready, & it would be about 5 minutes longer. I waited 10 minutes, & still no pizza, so I went inside. To find a line of people waiting. When I got to the counter, the young man checked his computer, check the warming oven, then went back to the kitchen. When he returned he said that there had been a mix-up in the kitchen & they were working on my order. Thirty minutes later my pizza was ready. There was never an apology for my wait time, no offer of something to drink while I waited, & no offer of a discounted pizza for my next order. i can only assume that had I waited for my contactless delivery, I would still be waiting. read more

I am giving you 5 stars because I am so happy that you have the correct BBQ beef pizza! Please please don't ever get rid of it. That said, please go back to your old bacon bits at the salad bar. The new ones are scary. read more

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza for carryout week of April 20, 2020 during the coronavirus isolation. The pizza was amazing, and I try to give kudos when they are due. We added extra sauce and cheese, which might have made a difference. Regardless, the crust was flavorful, plenty of toppings, fresh tasting and all-around good. That was one of the best pizzas from a chain restaurant that we have had in many years. We made pigs of ourselves. read more

I really love the pizza here for a reasonable price. The lunch buffet is wonderful and always fresh and delicious.

We usually have ok service but here lately they have hired some real winners!!!! I ordered delivery like usual and was told my order would be here about noon. My order didn't arrive until 12:40 COLD!!!! The lady who delivered was not even in any kind of uniform and her clothes were not clean!!! She proceeded to tell me how she was just pulled to the side of the road arguing with ATT about her Phone!!! She also expected me to be sympathetic to her and console her!!!! REALLY my lunch is cold and I'm starving and you want me to tip you I think NOT!!! Horrible at least the manager gave me $10 on my next purchase which I may not use. read more

We have ordered from this restaurant for years. A large supreme pizza no green pepper and a supremo sandwich no tomato. I tipped the delivery person 6.00 on a 29.00 order. The pizza had a ton of green pepper and the sandwich had tomatoes.. so we could pick them off ok.. but the sandwich was cold and "wet" like it had not been toasted. I called the manager to let them know about it and was yelled at " you called to tell me my kitchen needs fixed?" and talked sarcastically. She said "so we put green peppers on your pizza and tomatoes on your sandwich." "I put that sandwich together myself." "I've got kids working in the kitchen so..." I was not asking for a comp or new order. Just trying to let them know the kitchen was not putting out an acceptable product. ( my family has owned restaurants) and we would have wanted to know. Really disappointed. If the owner or general manager would like to talk to us please contact us. Not asking for compensation but concerned for your business, we have been regular customers for years. read more

Ordered a pizza at 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. Delivery driver arrived at 9:00 with a stone cold pizza that I didn't expect to be outstanding (they never are) but this one was way worse than the usual garbage pizza this place dishes out. I live not even 5 minutes from this location and as usual, Pizza Hut totally disappoints. Sadly, due to the insane insurance requirements for delivery services by the good old City of Granbury, the options are extremely limited (as in, there are only 3 pizza joints in the entire town that deliver and nothing else). Yet another colossal waste of money as usual with most of the restaurants in Granbury. read more
