Pleasantly surprised with the this place, being a wing snob I liked the options to choose from! A quick visit passing through to visit my daughter & family and this was their choice. We started out with the pretzels bites and it was a good choice since everyone got in on the action. I must admit I was impressed, the wings were really good. Sauces I'll need to come back and try again. The hot was definitely not hot. So on my next visit I'll move up the scale and go win the TNT. Lot of flavor options. Nice covered outdoor seating with a few TVs. Inside, wow, so many TVs. Definitely a great place for sports. Service outside was a little slow, but not horrible. Outdoor area very kid friendly, as it's gated and enclosed. Wings were good, but I don't think cooked to order. They just came out way too fast. Also, the sauce was tasty, but just poured over the wings, not shaken in. We will likely be back, especially for sports, and trying other flavors. We love the food here, but that is where it ends. We have been here many times, and never once has our order been correct. We always order to go, and they always forget either half of our wings, forget to put sauce on our wings, forget our fries, forget a meal, it's honestly crazy. I will say, they do try to make to make it right if we call back. On top of that the servers or host that you encounter are incredibly rude and treat you like a major inconvenience. We went in and I had a $70 bill and didn't put a tip because the waitress was not friendly and we also had to wait about 25 minutes for her to come back to our table to give us the check. Loved it! I've been watching and waiting for this new spot in Granbury to open so I was happy to see the announcement this week. We stopped in for dinner and really really loved the wings. I ordered a pickup order and the young gentleman at the front counter gave me a ticket to sign which I did (this will be important later) and then they finished packing up the food and handed it to me. They were taking names to be seated so while they were packing it up, I stood back so people could get their names in. They handed me the food and I drove home. I ordered a 24 boneless wings, regular fry, curly fry, and tater tots and onion rings. When we opened the order we only had curly fries and mozzarella sticks. So I called back and the phone was going straight to voicemail. I figured it was busy so I'd call later. When I did, the person there said I was suppose to check my order before signing - "Sorry". Being my first time there, the guy at the desk handed me the ticket to sign so I figured that was more for a credit card signature. I should mention he didn't say to check the food and after a minute or two they finished packing it, handed it to me and started to take care of the next person. Talk about going downhill faster than a bobsled on ICE! Last night my husband and friend met up for dinner and a few beers to be greeted with the worst service and rude staff you could imagine. They sat at the bar, and the evening started off okay- but then the bobsled started down the hill. There were 4 customers at the bar, and only a few tables of people in the restaurant yet the bartender/server was more concerned with chatting with his friends and talking trash to them about his other customers at the bar then doing his job. 22 min before a pitcher of beer can be poured, and that only happened because they interrupted his chat session. Then they ordered their food at 6:45, at 7:33 (after trying and trying to get the bartenders attention away from his buddies) the bartender admits he forgot to even put the order in the computer (cause he was soooo busy visiting with friends) he says "I'll put it in and we will comp it".... Well 21min later food finally arrives they eat and wait for to go boxes and ask to pay for their beer. They are given the FULL check - no comped food... when they ask the bartender says "I don't have to give you shit" and turns to laugh and talk with his friends continuously making nasty comments about them. This kind of service is uncalled for and not worth the time to go back. Do yourself a favor- go to wing stop.. or hell get wings from a pizza joint... the service will be better and they are sure to remember your order- even when busy ‍ RUN, don't walk, as far away from this business as you can! Since u can't reply to your message I'll edit here- I never said I was there last night, clearly stated I was reviewing per my hubs and friend. This was our first visit and it will be our last! We arrived at 6:00 pm on a Friday night. We were told the wait would be 10min, even though the place was empty. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and sat outside on the patio. The service was fast and friendly and the food was really good. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. I like that the burger patties are hand-pressed and not just some frozen disk of mystery meat. Well I hate to bash a local restaurant, but I think in order for Yelp to be an effective resource, then the truth should be told. First attempt, we went for a sit down and the restaurant was only about 1/3 full. We were told an hour wait to be SEATED! No way! About an hour later, I spoke to others who expressed the same issue of ridiculous wait times to be seated AND another hour waiting for their food! We figured it was first month kinks, so we agreed to give them another try. It was the last in April we ordered take-out (3 ten piece wings of various types). Price was particularly high for what we got. Chicken was blah absolutely no flavor so they rely on the sauce for complete flavoring. Heck I could have went Wing Stop! There is nothing worse than having high expectations for a meal and being completely unsatisfied with cost, taste, and overall presentation. We decided we won't be going back! Since our last experience, we've talked to a number of people all who had similar bad experiences (service, food, price) and the consensus was they would never go back! It's a very unfortunate situation for everyone since the owner is a local guy and well known, so everyone wanted to be supportive of his business venture. Evidently, this place is still trying to workout the kinks from newly opening (I hope)??? First visit was three weeks ago. It was ok for the middle of the afternoon. Nice employees & ok food. Latest visit was Friday evening (5/5). It was crowded, but there were plenty of tables open. After being seated, it was a solid 20 minutes before our waiter stopped by to ask for drinks. Come to find out, he had walked passed our table several times during this 20 minute period. Our drinks & appetizer arrived fairly promptly after ordering, so we ordered entrees ( 2 of us in this party). After an hour of waiting for the entrees that still hadn't arrived, I asked for the check. I cannot think of the last time that I did that. During this hour, I will say our server did stop by about 3 times to keep apologizing. The last time he stopped by, he said,"I see we have several burger orders in the window. I just don't know where they all go." Seriously??? During these two visits, management was nonexistent. No one stopping by tables or helping the waitstaff.
