Evidently, this place is still trying to workout the kinks from newly opening (I hope)??? First visit was three weeks ago. It was ok for the middle of the afternoon. Nice employees & ok food. Latest visit was Friday evening (5/5). It was crowded, but there were plenty of tables open. After being seated, it was a solid 20 minutes before our waiter stopped by to ask for drinks. Come to find out, he had walked passed our table several times during this 20 minute period. Our drinks & appetizer arrived fairly promptly after ordering, so we ordered entrees ( 2 of us in this party). After an hour of waiting for the entrees that still hadn't arrived, I asked for the check. I cannot think of the last time that I did that. During this hour, I will say our server did stop by about 3 times to keep apologizing. The last time he stopped by, he said,"I see we have several burger orders in the window. I just don't know where they all go." Seriously??? During these two visits, management was nonexistent. No one stopping by tables or helping the waitstaff. Too many other better options in Granbury to choose from. read more

I've been to Wings, Etc. probably a half dozen times the last couple of years and they never disappoint! If you like tasty wings and ice cold beer, this is the spot for Hood County. I especially enjoy the Hot and Habanero-Mango flavored traditional wings. Natalee was our server on this Saturday night visit. Very personable and accommodating. We love their wings special on Mondays and go most every Monday because it is an affordable way to go out to eat. We've tried pretty much every flavor and depending on your personal taste, they are all good. The traditional wings are big and have never been under or over cooked. Sometimes the dry rub wings don't have enough seasoning. Now as for the service, it's hit or miss. We have had to wait a long time for our food, we've had our server not return soon enough, we've had a bartender that was not at all concerned about being pleasant. Other than waiting on the kitchen, we chalked it up to people just either not being very good at their job, not being trained well enough or just hating being there (don't be a server then). Nothing has kept us from coming back though because the wings are good and the Monday special is well worth it. The vibe of the bar is very sport bar-esque, though it is just fine to bring kids. Wow we went there tonight and the staff denied to seat us since we had a service animal. Our small service dog was wearing a vest with his registration card attached to the vest. This was from the very joint staff of teenagers, so I asked to speak to the manager. Having waited for some time I asked to go to see the manager, and the young lady took me to her office. The very busy blond woman seemed very upset and bothered to have to have to deal with me. She came out to where we were waiting and said dogs are not allowed except for outside. I again stated that this is a registered service animal, and stated that there was only one out the way table she would seat us at, even with him being a service animal. The manager was so rude and hateful that we walked out. I am very disappointed and will not be back. read more

When the best part of your meal is the celery, that's a problem. Server was inattentive, talking to his friends next to us about which female servers he wanted to hook up with. He walked by us at the bar about 4 times when we were clearly ready to order. We were trying to make eye contact with him and he didn't even look at us. Got on his phone and was showing his friends (who were sitting right next to us) something on it. My wings were almost burnt and came out with the wrong sauce. My boyfriend's boneless wings had blood marks, or maybe tendons inside. This was our worst experience at a restaurant in Granbury. read more

I have been there four times and it's very consistent. Food and atmosphere is great but the service is slow but ok.

Wings were good but service was great! Overall love the sauces but the chicken and the breading was just okay. We also had the ultimate nachos which were GREAT. But the best part was our waitress, Bliss! She was very funny with back and forths and also considerate and quick with our requests! Thank you Bliss keep it up! read more

Wings Etc. has a big bar and a clean spacious dining area, the hostess seated us promptly. Three of us went for lunch, ordered burger--- fries---club sandwich---onions rings----hot wings---beer and margaritas'. Service was polite but the food orders took almost an hour and the place was not even busy. Some of the workers were just standing around and talking. The food is not great or really good as we had hoped for.... but just Ok, nothing that you want to tell your friends that you just have to try this new place. Our biggest complaint was not even how long we waited for our order but when it arrived the burger--- fries---onions rings and hot wings were not hot but just barely warm to the point of should we even eat them..... How long were they sitting after they were cooked? Maybe we will give them a try a few months from now to see if anything has changed. read more

We have been here several times since moving to Granbury it's a great location very nice bar and good food if you can get service every time I leave the place I tell myself that's it never again so I try to go back today at 1:30 no one at the front to greet you as usual sat myself at a table across from the bar was there for 6 minutes nothing no welcome in we will be with you nothing so I went back to the front got my menu went back to my seat at a table across from the bar waited and waited 1:48 I decided get up and leave the place no one said anything as I left the wait staff is way understaffed and the ones that are working have no customer service skills whatsoever this place could be a gold mine but management is terrible. Wait staff is clueless if you want to make money you need to have good food and great customer service. This place has neither the worst customer service in Granbury I decided to go across the street to Randy's bar and grill I was greeted promptly got a table and was served my beer in less than three minutes. This was our first time here & we aren't so impressed. The food tasted delicious, BUT service & communication between workers was AWFUL. Literally every aspect of our dining experience was off right from the get go. We walked in & waited to be seated, then a huge party steps in after my husband and I. The host guy came back & tried seating them first, when we were there before them. Then once seated our waiter quickly came over and said he'd be "right back". He came to take our drink order AFTER he got the drink order of the couple who got seated AFTER US. Okay... but no big deal. It's busy maybe he was flustered. He finally comes to take our drink orders and by that time we knew what we wanted to order. I ordered boneless wings half lemon pepper and half mild & my husband a jalapeño burger. Our food didn't take long, BUT my wings came bone-in, half lemon pepper & half plain... my husbands burger didn't have any jalapeños on his jalapeño burger, but also he never got asked if he wanted fries or tots on the side so they just gave him whatever they chose. We're chatting about the mix up, and brush it off. We wait to ask the waiter for jalapeños for his burger and casually hear the other waiter explain to the other table that they messed up their order & they ran out of celery. We ask our waiter for the jalapeños for the burger that was missed and turns out, they are out of that too... We ordered an extra side of fries and they smelt sweet... so after the waiter had explained the jalapeño situation and my wings coming back wrong the manager came over to chat with us & apologized. He didn't know however how EVERYTHING was pretty much wrong. We were kind and understanding to it being a new restaurant and new crew leaning the ropes. I asked him about the oil they use to fry their desserts and fries, if they were separate or they used the same oil. He claimed with certainty that they fry them in different oils, but I knew that hadn't happened. I asked him to smell my fries & sure thing they smelt like a funnel cake. He was so embarrassed Poot guy. We reassured him, we were not upset, but wanted to bring the issues to attention. I was expecting a small carry-out place. This place is large, both inside and out. It has a full menu of food and drinks. Including a large draft beer selection, wirh a good sized bar. You sit and order from your table. The food we had was great, which included wings. I am happy to have a place like this in town. We will definitely frequent it. read more

Good variety of food and drink options, good service and sports on several TVs. I've visited twice and pleased both times.

It took 10 minutes before anyone came to serve us. The Bahama Mama drink was not good at all. All our other food was great and came out quickly. My biggest complaint is the atmosphere. If you have sensory issues do not go to this restaurant. read more
