I order a bowl and the older lady gives me 1 grain of rice and no more than two pieces of steak.

Do not order from here. I do not put bad reviews because I ran businesses of my own and I know how hard it is to run a business. But this is long overdue. This year we ordered several times from here. Every time, without fail, they messed up the order. First they did not deliver any food and charged my card twice. Next time they delivered 2 hours late and missed 1 item. The 3rd time they again missed 2 items. Today after 1 hour late they delivered the wrong food and missed 1 item. If you call, it goes to a long queue only to get disconnected and the one time I managed to connect with someone they said it was DoorDash's fault but will give me a free meal anytime I go. I went and of course nothing like that happened. I know I will never order from here again. I suggest you never order from here. The food that we did get was good like any Chipotle. I hope they fix their management. read more

The workers at this location were making fun of another coworker just trying to do her job. It's so fun to know that the staff thinks it's so cute to bully and harass people That girl was doing a great job under pressure, so I would like to know why the others decided to blatantly make fun of her within open view of the customers?? It's almost like a team is supposed to work together but idk, maybe that's just me. So if you were planning on eating here, be aware it might be some stink attitude that gets on your food if the wrong person makes it. If you were going to apply here, don't. And if you are the manager, I suggest you review your behavior with your staff or hire nicer people, since there are plenty of people who would like a job. read more

This is the worst chipotle ever. They are always out of food and the service is horribly slow. The manager running the floor is always having side conversations instead of keeping the line and flow of customers moving. I plan on reporting to the corporate office and leaving a review on better business bureau. There needs to be another food provider in this location. This service is below sub-standard. They literally have one persons making meals while the line is out the door. If there is a capacity problem and they need to hire more employees for peak hours then they need to do that. I don't get how this franchise is still profitable. Also after reading through several reviews and seeing the generic response to click on a link so they can follow up directly is pretty preposterous when nothing has changed at this location in months. Close this store please and open up some other franchise. read more

If you are thinking about going to this chipotle, don't. They continue to forget my chips and multiple things in my order every time I come here. Save your money and time. read more

Pathetic service! Wish -5 stars was an option. Ordered a salad just before lunch, not even busy yet. At checkout, after making the food, they inform me they have no dressing. How hard is it to communicate that at the very beginning when you ask for a SALAD! Not even busy. Clearly no training at this store and no desire to provide quality service. read more

Choosing this for dinner on Tuesday evening was not a good choice. There were several food items missing in order to get my regular and best order. I was buying for 3 people in the household and this location did not have, corn, carnitas, steak, fajitas and the guacamole was browned. So all of my orders did not get all of desired toppings and one order had to change to a different protein since there was no carnitas. There were people ahead of me just standing in the way as they waited for the steak to come out. I was told that there would be no carnitas coming out so I also had to wait for the steak since one order was originally a steak burrito and one of the other orders was changed to steak since there was no carnitas in sight. The front line staff was as helpful and polite as possible but there is something wrong in the system here. Not my first time experiencing it but this time I chose to write a review. read more

Last two times here I ordered the brisket, which at $14+ is several dollars more than any other meat, and I did not get my money's worth. Noticeably skimping on the meat. I got hardly any sour cream or cheese, weirdly. Just a few measly peppers (they were running out so I assume they were trying to make it stretch). Plenty of black beans and corn filler though. I didn't see the brisket price posted, which they should do. One time recently they ruptured my burrito while rolling it and just immediately dumped it onto another burrito to double wrap it. Now, their wraps are 320 calories each. Who wants 640 calories of tortilla? I just went to the gym. I asked them not to do that so they unceremoniously dumped the contents into a new wrap. My poor abused burrito. This place is a mess everywhere. Doors are broken. Entrance is highly slippery when wet. Can't believe I'm leaving a bad review for a Chipotle but sorry, this location is not up to standards. There is always low or no inventory on food items after you wait in an epically slow line and now with $14 bowl leaving me still hungry, I will go to the local small business Mexican place instead. read more

Not a good location. No lettuce or guacamole available on a Sunday night. How does that happen? Where is the manager? Go to the store and buy lettuce and avocados. They should at least have a sign up telling you that before you order. Rice is also undercooked and hard. Chipotle has really gone downhill. Unfortunately people will still go because it's one of the only semi healthy quick meals you can get in this country. Ice machine was also broken read more

The negative reviews are absolutely justified. Came in at nine when they closed at 10. Most of the restaurant was already in the process of being cleaned up so they could go home. No chips. Some chipotles are great and some are this kind. I have no idea why. The outside lights were off as well. They are clearly trying to discourage customers from coming in. read more

Most disappointing Chipotle ever. Had no lettuce, no quac, no veggies. And they don't tell you they are out of things till your meal is half made. There were 6 employees so would think someone could go to the Walmart super center and buy the missing ingredients so they could make complete meals. Dining area needs a good cleaning, the lights over the dining tables are layered in dust. And the bathrooms do not disappoint, need a good cleaning. Guessing no staff had checked bathrooms in a while as I used the last bit of t.p. read more

4 different people touching your food during prep, the person wrapping my burrito spilled the contents everywhere. Proceeded to pick things up off counter and place them back in the burrito... Asked for regular salsa and they drenched my burrito with an entire ladle full of hot sauce, ruining the entire thing. Seriously can't imagine a burrito that I couldn't even take a bite of. The smell of hot sauce and the soggy burrito wrap was absolutely repulsive. I won't go back here again. read more

Another great experience. Came in for chips and guacamole and ended up ordering a bowl. Food looked nice and fresh. Keep up the great work!

I would have rated a 5 but unfortunately there is never any chips. This is unacceptable, how do you offer something and are always out of it. I think they are too lazy to make more. Be ware of ordering on the app they will charge you and not put chips in the bag. Or reimburse you. read more

Has to be the worst Chipotle ever. I've finally given up ordering from them after they messed up my order for the 3rd time in a row. For some reason they simply can't get it right. Not sure where any of the fresh lettuce, fajita vegetables or salsa are. Also... no black beans. It looks like my dog threw this up. GROSS. read more

I don't understand the hype, I got a steak burrito and the steak was 80 percent fat, now my stomach hurts. Soda flat to.

Every single order of my 4 person group was wrong (to the point that they were not edible to some). The kitchen was horribly messy and it seemed like the workers didn't know what they were doing (as i observed while waiting for my order to be fixed). the floor was also covered in juices left by the trash that was sitting on the floor. i had to tiptoe around the puddles literally everywhere. they were out of napkins at the drink station, out of medium lids, and nearly out of utensils. tables were insanely messy as well. read more

Orders are frequently messed up. Orders frequently cold. Ordered online and items not available (chips and salsa) and still charged for them. They did not tell me just packed the rest of my order and i checked bag before i left. They said they were out and i had to get refund from app. They only give you a complimentary on your next order. They will not refund my money and were not even going to tell me my order was missing items. I picked up on time and food was ice cold and top secured only in two spots so it spilled across my car. Consistently shabby service. read more

A great listening staff and friendly people... Danielle is a very great and friendly cashier and so is the rest of the crew! They got my order exactly on point and put an extra rice when I asked and it was a large amount... Just as expected. These people work hard for their jobs and they're doing a great job at it. Keep it up everyone! And when you order online, they leave it on the shelf since it's already pre-paid read more

I have been to Chipotles from California to Florida to Syracuse, NY and I have never been to any where portions were so stingy. Likely the franchise owner is trying to cut costs but this will only lead to more unhappy customers. Today was the first time I actually felt that I was being given a fair portion and I soon realized that it was because the server (whose name is Michael) must have been relatively new. Read: Fair, not extra or heaps. I was also impressed by his accuracy and speed. However, his coworkers were quick to reprimand what they considered to be "large portions" and rudely so. Completely and unnecessarily mean; eye rolls and whispering behind his back included and he was doing an amazing job! If this is the kind of service that's taught here? Shameful. read more

Very good food and friendly staff. Location is convenient as well because it's near a few hotels. Would definitely recommend!! Oh

I have never been to a worse Chipotle... Was passing through and they were out of so many staple items. Their burrito heater was broken so no burritos. The staff was incredibly rude, when my mom asked for a fork and water (because there were no forks available near the tables) they practically threw it at her. Not to mention the tables and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I truly hope I don't get sick after eating here. Go to five guys next door! read more

I purchase regularly from this chipotle through DoorDash. They are always forgetting something, be it the chips, the drink, the tortilla on the side. I never complained until today I purchased a kids build your own and a rice bowl, both with steak. Apparently they were out of steak because they decided (without calling us) to substitute for the shredded beef (barbacoa) which I'm not a fan of and my son won't eat. So basically instead of calling to see what we wanted substituted or if we wanted to cancel they took it upon themselves to give us something we won't eat...and of course the tortilla on the side was ROCK HARD...good job chipotle never ordering from here again. PS- I have never left a bad review for any company but I own a restaurant, if your out of something you call the customer to ask what they would like to do NOT JUST ASSUME ! read more

Waited in a long line, ordered 2 burritos and then found out they were out of lettuce, guacamole and queso. They still had a long line and 30 min until close. They gave up making food. Brought home 2 messy burritos covered in sour cream and not really folded. We started eating and discovered that the rice was not cooked. It was hard. Omg how bad can this location get? Last 2x before this visit they were randomly closed, this spring, not a Covid excuse. I'd actually like a refund on this one, pathetic. Also the place was filthy and the bathroom smelled like someone had an accident on the floor and they moved it around with a mop. That should've been my clue to leave. This location needs an overhaul, management to step in or something. read more

Although chipotle drives me nuts very few places have vegetarian or vegan options that are quick and delicious. Chipotle delivers with their Sofritas burrito bowl. I hope one day they drain the sofritas dry at every Chipotle across America. The management at this Fishkill location is amazing. The service is great. Worst chipotle ever. Poorly run, dirty, out if item's constantly. How do you never have chips? I don't think there is a manager here, If there is they need to find a new line of work! Pitiful, don't waste your money. read more

Stopped going a long time ago. Poor service and believe it or not I'd order online only to get there and they would have signs on the door at 7pm saying "closed no food" people who had paid and ordered were banging on the door. Restaurant messed up a $60 pickup order and wouldn't pick up their phone. Got through on the third try, got no apologies, got one item comped before realizing all seven items were wrong. And they decided not to label any of the 6 bowls. Just close this location, it's awful read more

As my daughter and I walked in, we were notified IMMEDIATELY that they weren't taking food orders (ON A SATURDAY) and ONLY online orders was allowed...it was her birthday today and I wanted to treat her and use cash, I did not want HER to order for US on HER birthday. I was HIGHLY disappointed to say the least and she got so turned off by their actions that she didn't want it now. We had planned this over a week now. Also although there are NO tables ALLOWED for indoor seating, the manager there was happily eating at a table. That is pretty hypocritical. read more

Went in there tonight and their burrito bread press was broken, therefore no burritos. Every day it's something new, inconsistent service.

This location was a filthy dirty mess. The tables were not clean, or cleaned after a patron left. The bathroom was disgusting. The food was at best mediocre and they had no brown rice! How do you run out of staple items? Everyone in the line asked for brown rice and the counter person had to tell each and every one that they were out. Horrific. Never again. I know we are going through some tough times right now but the employees here today were horrible. The food was great, but I paid for double meat and what he gave was not that. Chipotle is fine, however, it depends on who you get when you are paying for your meal, it is always hit-or-miss when you come into the restaurant, for some reason they are ALWAYS putting the new person, or someone who doesn't have enough sense to deal with the register!!! I have had such bad luck with people who have over charged me, or doesn't know how to count or ring up any simple orders!!!!! My advise, do not put new people on the register!!!!! they will only make the line and restaurant experience worse!!! read more

Clean restaurant, but definitely on the smaller side so at peak times it gets really packed and overwhelming in there. Despite the large amount of people, the staff looked very capable and levelheaded! I hadn't been to a Chipotle before and was confused, but the staff was understanding and patient, which I very much appreciated. I got a salad with a bunch of fillings and it was absolutely delicous. You get a lot of food for what you pay for, and they do have to go containers if you cannot finish it. On the way out, the manager held the door open for us and I thought that was a very nice touch. read more

My food was cold and I ordered a burrito that was so carelessly rolled that I couldn't even hold it in my hands. The burrito fell apart and I had to put it in a bowl to eat it. Most people who roll the burritos make sure to re-wrap the burrito with a second tortilla and this person couldn't even do that. This definitely made me lose my appetite because I wanted a burrito and I basically had to settle for a bowl.... so disappointed!!!!! read more
