They did not tell me just packed the rest of my order and i checked bag before i left. They said they were out and i had to get refund from app. They only give you a complimentary on your next order. They will not refund my money and were not even going to tell me my order was missing items. I picked up on time and food was ice cold and top secured only in two spots so it spilled across my car. I have never been to a worse Chipotle... Was passing through and they were out of so many staple items. Their burrito heater was broken so no burritos. The staff was incredibly rude, when my mom asked for a fork and water (because there were no forks available near the tables) they practically threw it at her. I have been to Chipotles from California to Florida to Syracuse, NY and I have never been to any where portions were so stingy. Likely the franchise owner is trying to cut costs but this will only lead to more unhappy customers. Today was the first time I actually felt that I was being given a fair portion and I soon realized that it was because the server (whose name is Michael) must have been relatively new. Read: Fair, not extra or heaps. I was also impressed by his accuracy and speed. However, his coworkers were quick to reprimand what they considered to be "large portions" and rudely so. Stopped going a long time ago. Poor service and believe it or not I'd order online only to get there and they would have signs on the door at 7pm saying "closed no food" people who had paid and ordered were banging on the door. I purchase regularly from this chipotle through DoorDash. They are always forgetting something, be it the chips, the drink, the tortilla on the side. I never complained until today I purchased a kids build your own and a rice bowl, both with steak. Apparently they were out of steak because they decided (without calling us) to substitute for the shredded beef (barbacoa) which I'm not a fan of and my son won't eat. So basically instead of calling to see what we wanted substituted or if we wanted to cancel they took it upon themselves to give us something we won't eat...and of course the tortilla on the side was ROCK HARD...good job chipotle never ordering from here again. Went in there tonight and their burrito bread press was broken, therefore no burritos. Every day it's something new, inconsistent service.

Waited in a long line, ordered 2 burritos and then found out they were out of lettuce, guacamole and queso. They still had a long line and 30 min until close. They gave up making food. Brought home 2 messy burritos covered in sour cream and not really folded. We started eating and discovered that the rice was not cooked. It was hard. Omg how bad can this location get? Last 2x before this visit they were randomly closed, this spring, not a Covid excuse. I'd actually like a refund on this one, pathetic. Also the place was filthy and the bathroom smelled like someone had an accident on the floor and they moved it around with a mop. That should've been my clue to leave. Although chipotle drives me nuts very few places have vegetarian or vegan options that are quick and delicious. Chipotle delivers with their Sofritas burrito bowl. Despite the large amount of people, the staff looked very capable and levelheaded! I hadn't been to a Chipotle before and was confused, but the staff was understanding and patient, which I very much appreciated. I got a salad with a bunch of fillings and it was absolutely delicous. You get a lot of food for what you pay for, and they do have to go containers if you cannot finish it. I want to preface by saying I was a retail store manager for majority of my professional career, so the whole "Karen taking to the internet to complain" is just NOT me, but I have never seen such a terribly run establishment that I have to say something in hopes that corporate sees and figures this out. Every single time I have ordered online for pickup or delivery my order is wrong. This is the only chipotle that makes me sick, every single time, which seems to be a trend based off the rest of the reviews. The place is always filthy. And tonight I had a long day and wasn't getting home until 10 pm that I thought "let me put an order in to pick up before they close" I put the order to be picked up at 9:40 when they close at 10 through the mobile app so i paid for it before getting there. I get there at EXACTLY 9:40 and the front doors are already locked. All of the employees were inside cleaning, which okay they close soon sure but 20 mins until close and you have doors locked and cleaning the store. I'm knocking on the FULL GLASS doors with every employee inside ignoring me, I try to call and go through hoops of automated calls, just for the phone to keep ringing, again, every employee ignoring me. After about 5-10 mins of trying to get one of the six people STARING AT ME THROUGH THE WINDOW attention, I go to leave and see the side door is open, when I walk in IMMEDIATELY I'm told they're closed. They had about 10 pick up orders on the shelf and have the doors locked and immediately telling customers they're closed when they ALREADY PAID FOR THEIR FOOD. I have never been so appalled, I would be MORTIFIED if my staff ever did this, cleaning before close is one thing and I could understand if I was trying to buy food and they told me they were out of certain items with it being the end of the night, but to have your doors fully locked and completely turning away customers when you still have 20 mins left of the store being open is not only bad business, but EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. And of course when I get home I'm missing items from my order. I've been limiting my visits to this location because every single time has been a poor experience, but this completely put me off to this location. I suggest getting a real manager/team lead in there that knows the importance of customer service to fix this, I've been in plenty restaurants and retail stores close to their closing time, and have been the employee having to help a customer 5 mins before close, so I can understand the frustrations of last minute customers and am never offended with the gentle "we're closing soon hint hint" but to completely ignore customers knowing you have pick up orders and still 20 mins left just shows how little anyone in this location cares. Hire better workers than idiot 20 year olds and high school kids that use this job to support their vape and weed habits or be a manager and teach your employees not to be so selfish and rude read more

Every time I come to chipotle, if I order more than one item they can't seem to comprehend it and always screw up the order. I ordered 3 burrito bowls and they were all wrong.
