Food is somehow cold, even though it's wrapped in foil immediately after being prepared. The people working cannot wrap the burritos without ripping in the middle. They don't put enough meat even when you pay for extra. One time I ordered and couldn't find any chicken! I do really love chipotle, and this location used to be great which is why I kept going back. I want to preface by saying I was a retail store manager for majority of my professional career, so the whole "Karen taking to the internet to complain" is just NOT me, but I have never seen such a terribly run establishment that I have to say something in hopes that corporate sees and figures this out. Every single time I have ordered online for pickup or delivery my order is wrong. This is the only chipotle that makes me sick, every single time, which seems to be a trend based off the rest of the reviews. The place is always filthy. And tonight I had a long day and wasn't getting home until 10 pm that I thought "let me put an order in to pick up before they close" I put the order to be picked up at 9:40 when they close at 10 through the mobile app so i paid for it before getting there. I get there at EXACTLY 9:40 and the front doors are already locked. All of the employees were inside cleaning, which okay they close soon sure but 20 mins until close and you have doors locked and cleaning the store. I'm knocking on the FULL GLASS doors with every employee inside ignoring me, I try to call and go through hoops of automated calls, just for the phone to keep ringing, again, every employee ignoring me. After about 5-10 mins of trying to get one of the six people STARING AT ME THROUGH THE WINDOW attention, I go to leave and see the side door is open, when I walk in IMMEDIATELY I'm told they're closed. They had about 10 pick up orders on the shelf and have the doors locked and immediately telling customers they're closed when they ALREADY PAID FOR THEIR FOOD. I have never been so appalled, I would be MORTIFIED if my staff ever did this, cleaning before close is one thing and I could understand if I was trying to buy food and they told me they were out of certain items with it being the end of the night, but to have your doors fully locked and completely turning away customers when you still have 20 mins left of the store being open is not only bad business, but EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. And of course when I get home I'm missing items from my order. I've been limiting my visits to this location because every single time has been a poor experience, but this completely put me off to this location. I suggest getting a real manager/team lead in there that knows the importance of customer service to fix this, I've been in plenty restaurants and retail stores close to their closing time, and have been the employee having to help a customer 5 mins before close, so I can understand the frustrations of last minute customers and am never offended with the gentle "we're closing soon hint hint" but to completely ignore customers knowing you have pick up orders and still 20 mins left just shows how little anyone in this location cares. Hire better workers than idiot 20 year olds and high school kids that use this job to support their vape and weed habits or be a manager and teach your employees not to be so selfish and rude read more

Ordered take out and when I got there the employee ( A short dirty blonde female )was extremely rude. Everyone is outside of the building waiting on food and I asked if she could check on my order and she rudely barked back that she wasn't going to help me without a mask on. The only requirements written and posted on chipotle property is a requirement to wear a mask inside the building. There were several other people that had been standing around without one it'd be nice if that was posted or announced as oppose to us standing around blatantly being ignored for a rule that is not posted. Worst experience EVER, went in yesterday mind you it's 6:35 on a Saturday night . I wait 35 minutes to get to the front of the line to order and they are out of white rice e,chips and salsa. I'm upset as upset can be because it's my cheat day I eat healthy all week minus Saturday . No explanation of why they are out of white rice at 6:35 in the afternoon. I asked to speak to a manager (Jennifer) since a'm a business owner myself and her attitude was oh we'll choose something else. I asked for the information of corporate and her rep id# she disregarded and walked away . The cashier had to go back to her 3 times to get the information . That is not a way to treat a customer what's so ever that's a real bad representation of your store. Will not go back again and her body language was she dint care . As a chipotle it's what you'd expect. I came to write a review though about this one particular girl that works there! I'm not sure her name but she has very short curly blond dyed hair and she absolutely KILLS HER JOB! Next time I go I need to ask her name. As a person who's worded in food service for a long time, SHE is the employee we all aspire to have. She showed up and decided to give it her all! She greeted every customer, showed cup sizes, asked about utensils, apologized for having to use a smaller bag and wished us a great day. She worked fast and radiated a great working energy. I hope someone sees this post and recognizes her because both my boyfriend and I watched work her in amazement. She inspiring and deserves recognition. Your staff was very rude and the restaurant was totally trashed with messy tables (we could not find a clean one to sit at) and overflowing garbage. When they were making my one bowl they barely put a half of scoop of chicken on it. I asked for a full scoop as the young lady hardly lined the bottom of the bowl with rice and I dont eat beans. Another staff member said that was ample enough and I told him maybe he should take a look because it was nothing like any other Chipotle I have ever been to and he said that's the way the manager has advised them to do it. I suggested maybe the manager should take a look around at how nasty everything is in this location...how gross everything was running together on their side of the counter and how sloppy they were. He indicated that this chipotle is one of the busiest in the area. For one it is the only Chipotle in the area and if it is sooo busy then perhaps the owner or manager should hire more people to work there and keep it up to par with the restaurant brand. I will not come back to this location. I can just as easy go to Middletown or Danbury. Claiming your business is to busy is no excuse for poor management and snippy employees. Ok first time here. Very friendly environment the crew here where very friendly and accommodating. That alone gives this place 2 1/2 stars alone. The food is what brings it up to 4 stars. It was very delicious I tried the 3 crispy tacos. Each with different meats so I could sample them. By far hands down the carnitas where the best tasting. Then the beef the chicken was the first one I tasted it was good but a little dry. If I would have eaten it last it would not have been good at all. When I say the carnitas is the way to go trust me it's the way to go. Not dry lots if flavor. My Lord I had to eat the taco. I did not do that for the others. Now the only reason I did not give 5 stars was the cleanliness of the place. Even though I was watching the girl clean up she spent way to much time on Windows when tabkes was clearly need of cleaning. The turnover is fast you need to get the tables wiped down quick and the chairs why do these kids forget the chairs. And the floor as well. Fix that and you get 5 stars. Looking forward to eating here again. Oh one thing for my gluten free people. Even though I'm sure they can accommodate and as long as they give you the food from cook area. I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was extremely pleased with the customer service. It was our first time and the people helping us were very patient and friendly. Chipotle has great pricing, great taste, and vegan protein option (Sofritas = flavored tofu)... hopefully someday other restaurants will offer more organic and sustainable options... but until then... Chipotle is my choice for quick, healthier fast food. This particular location is smaller than most Chipotle restaurants, but larger than the one I frequent in downtown NYC. There is plenty of room to sit and our kids can get Five Guys next door, while my wife and I have Chipotle. Chipotle is usually very generous with portion sizes. read more

Listen! I love their food, BUT THEYRE STAFF SUCKS! I brought my mom here for the first time and my mom is handicapped they were rushing her, without a line! The woman behind the counter got upset at my mothers PACE, due to her never being here before and unsure of menu, ask questions we received no answers, leaving us to figure it out for ourselves. We are regular customers who order weekly. This store used to be great, but over the past 2 months, it is apparent that this store is poorly managed and has no leadership. They are constantly out of menu items. While I understand that sometimes, you may run short, to be out of Brown Rice (a main menu item) at 8:30pm when you are open till 10pm simply boils down to mismanagement and lack of leadership. It is the manager's job and the shift leader's job to make sure all menu items are available. Also, they have a separate prep counter that they use to prep the mobile orders. At 8:40 that counter was already closed and they were cleaning that counter - leaving 2 workers to man the main counter. The 2 workers at the main counter were overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume. There were 11 mobile users waiting for their orders, and we waited almost 30 minutes past our order times to receive our orders. Then they never told any of us, they were out of certain menu items. read more

Gets 2 stars from me because food was decent (not great). Restaurant was VERY dirty, tables and floors had food scraps all over the place from previous customers. Incoming patrons have to watch where they're stepping while standing on a long line and there are way too many tables squeezed into a small space. Not too many people sitting at tables for obvious reasons stated above and for noisy atmosphere. Today I ordered food with my family. When I was told We were ordering chipotle I was excited. I was expecting good food like always. But once I got my order and started to eat it I was very VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I ordered a steak bowl with white rice cheese lettuce sour cream and hot sauce which is my favorite. Today it was HORRIBLE! The steak pieces were very big and most of them were very fatty. The rice was in clumps everything was just off. I am so disappointed with my order today. Not only was my order off but all of my family's orders were off. We are so disappointed because we order from you guys all the time. Please discuss this with your employees. Presentation is everything and so is quality. I've worked in fast food restaurants so I know how this goes. The order we made was under the name Dawn Santiago.
