Worst experience EVER, went in yesterday mind you it's 6:35 on a Saturday night . I wait 35 minutes to get to the front of the line to order and they are out of white rice e,chips and salsa. I'm upset as upset can be because it's my cheat day I eat healthy all week minus Saturday . No explanation of why they are out of white rice at 6:35 in the afternoon. I asked to speak to a manager (Jennifer) since a'm a business owner myself and her attitude was oh we'll choose something else. I asked for the information of corporate and her rep id# she disregarded and walked away . The cashier had to go back to her 3 times to get the information . That is not a way to treat a customer what's so ever that's a real bad representation of your store. Will not go back again and her body language was she dint care . I did make a complaint with corporate because I feel that is not my responsibility to make sure her store has enough food to supply the demand if not make people aware that you what you are advertised is not what you are selling and before we get to the line after waiting 30 minutes I could have gone somewhere else .... read more

The food was very good but the portions are rather big and can be hard to finish. They have vegan and vegetarian options. They tend to be rather busy so there seems to always be a line. Great indoor and outdoor seating though. read more

Ordered take out and when I got there the employee ( A short dirty blonde female )was extremely rude. Everyone is outside of the building waiting on food and I asked if she could check on my order and she rudely barked back that she wasn't going to help me without a mask on. The only requirements written and posted on chipotle property is a requirement to wear a mask inside the building. There were several other people that had been standing around without one it'd be nice if that was posted or announced as oppose to us standing around blatantly being ignored for a rule that is not posted. Employee could have been nicer about it and definitely had dropped the attitude. She needs to be retrained in customer service. read more

As a chipotle it's what you'd expect. I came to write a review though about this one particular girl that works there! I'm not sure her name but she has very short curly blond dyed hair and she absolutely KILLS HER JOB! Next time I go I need to ask her name. As a person who's worded in food service for a long time, SHE is the employee we all aspire to have. She showed up and decided to give it her all! She greeted every customer, showed cup sizes, asked about utensils, apologized for having to use a smaller bag and wished us a great day. She worked fast and radiated a great working energy. I hope someone sees this post and recognizes her because both my boyfriend and I watched work her in amazement. She inspiring and deserves recognition. Hopefully corporate will fire him for his lack of common sense. They need to really take look at this location. Your staff was very rude and the restaurant was totally trashed with messy tables (we could not find a clean one to sit at) and overflowing garbage. When they were making my one bowl they barely put a half of scoop of chicken on it. I asked for a full scoop as the young lady hardly lined the bottom of the bowl with rice and I dont eat beans. Another staff member said that was ample enough and I told him maybe he should take a look because it was nothing like any other Chipotle I have ever been to and he said that's the way the manager has advised them to do it. I suggested maybe the manager should take a look around at how nasty everything is in this location...how gross everything was running together on their side of the counter and how sloppy they were. He indicated that this chipotle is one of the busiest in the area. For one it is the only Chipotle in the area and if it is sooo busy then perhaps the owner or manager should hire more people to work there and keep it up to par with the restaurant brand. I will not come back to this location. I can just as easy go to Middletown or Danbury. Claiming your business is to busy is no excuse for poor management and snippy employees. I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was extremely pleased with the customer service. It was our first time and the people helping us were very patient and friendly. When they heard it was our first time they turned to the cashier and said, "You know what to do." and she gave us a free meal! That's a nice welcome. Ok first time here. Very friendly environment the crew here where very friendly and accommodating. That alone gives this place 2 1/2 stars alone. The food is what brings it up to 4 stars. It was very delicious I tried the 3 crispy tacos. Each with different meats so I could sample them. By far hands down the carnitas where the best tasting. Then the beef the chicken was the first one I tasted it was good but a little dry. If I would have eaten it last it would not have been good at all. When I say the carnitas is the way to go trust me it's the way to go. Not dry lots if flavor. My Lord I had to eat the taco. I did not do that for the others. Now the only reason I did not give 5 stars was the cleanliness of the place. Even though I was watching the girl clean up she spent way to much time on Windows when tabkes was clearly need of cleaning. The turnover is fast you need to get the tables wiped down quick and the chairs why do these kids forget the chairs. And the floor as well. Fix that and you get 5 stars. Looking forward to eating here again. Oh one thing for my gluten free people. Even though I'm sure they can accommodate and as long as they give you the food from cook area. Chipotle has great pricing, great taste, and vegan protein option (Sofritas = flavored tofu)... hopefully someday other restaurants will offer more organic and sustainable options... but until then... Chipotle is my choice for quick, healthier fast food. This particular location is smaller than most Chipotle restaurants, but larger than the one I frequent in downtown NYC. There is plenty of room to sit and our kids can get Five Guys next door, while my wife and I have Chipotle. Chipotle is usually very generous with portion sizes. read more

Listen! I love their food, BUT THEYRE STAFF SUCKS! I brought my mom here for the first time and my mom is handicapped they were rushing her, without a line! The woman behind the counter got upset at my mothers PACE, due to her never being here before and unsure of menu, ask questions we received no answers, leaving us to figure it out for ourselves. We are regular customers who order weekly. This store used to be great, but over the past 2 months, it is apparent that this store is poorly managed and has no leadership. They are constantly out of menu items. While I understand that sometimes, you may run short, to be out of Brown Rice (a main menu item) at 8:30pm when you are open till 10pm simply boils down to mismanagement and lack of leadership. It is the manager's job and the shift leader's job to make sure all menu items are available. Also, they have a separate prep counter that they use to prep the mobile orders. At 8:40 that counter was already closed and they were cleaning that counter - leaving 2 workers to man the main counter. The 2 workers at the main counter were overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume. There were 11 mobile users waiting for their orders, and we waited almost 30 minutes past our order times to receive our orders. Then they never told any of us, they were out of certain menu items. read more

Gets 2 stars from me because food was decent (not great). Restaurant was VERY dirty, tables and floors had food scraps all over the place from previous customers. Incoming patrons have to watch where they're stepping while standing on a long line and there are way too many tables squeezed into a small space. Not too many people sitting at tables for obvious reasons stated above and for noisy atmosphere. Really wish they had a drive thru so I'd never have to walk in there again, if and when, I give it another try. read more

Today I ordered food with my family. When I was told We were ordering chipotle I was excited. I was expecting good food like always. But once I got my order and started to eat it I was very VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I ordered a steak bowl with white rice cheese lettuce sour cream and hot sauce which is my favorite. Today it was HORRIBLE! The steak pieces were very big and most of them were very fatty. The rice was in clumps everything was just off. I am so disappointed with my order today. Not only was my order off but all of my family's orders were off. We are so disappointed because we order from you guys all the time. Please discuss this with your employees. Presentation is everything and so is quality. I've worked in fast food restaurants so I know how this goes. The order we made was under the name Dawn Santiago. It was a salad a simple salad except I wish they left the lettuce out. Well not all the lettuce just the big chunks of the core. I couldn't send it back because it was take out.
