Today is Monday, they opened last Friday. There is adequate parking in the private lot. The cuisine is South American; Peruvian and Ecuadorian influenced, not Caribbean. There is a difference. The staff is cordial and more than happy to explain what's on the menu. The lunch is more than sufficient. A full bowl of soup AND the main. The soup is a meal in itself; shredded white meat chicken, carrots, celery, potatoes, scallions, a touch of cilantro, the broth in itself is enough to fill an appetite. Nothing is overwhelmed by herbs or spices. Succulent chicken, tasty beans, the Maduros were perfect. The atmosphere is inviting. The kitchen is clean and there's additional seating in the back.

Music, drinks, food, atmosphere! One stop shop for a good time! This was my first time going and I will be back! The Service was great! When we ordered our drinks, one of the drinks weren't good, so the waitress took it back with no problem. She was very attentive to us. It was very lively. The colors, the decor, the lighting, everything was perfect! The drinks were good! The presentation was great and tasted soo good! My food was very flavorful, I enjoyed it. My only issue was my rice was warm and so was the pernil. It seemed to be only my plate because I could see the steam from everyone else's plate. The dessert menu didn't have much of a selection. And the options that they did have were very mid! The Flan was just okay. The Churros were a little dry. I didn't try their cheesecake. In my opinion, their thing is food! So, stick to that!

We kept having to flag down our server or ask the other server to let our girl know we needed something because she would disappear. I got the skirt steak again and it was rubbery so I did not eat it. Lastly, there was some weird smell in the restaurant that wasn't food and when I went to the bathroom they had a strong incense burning as if they were attempting to cover up the scent. Don't think I'll be back. The DJ wasn't that good either. Very disappointing.

Empanadas are still good and the other items available might have been sitting since the morning. The inside it super dark and I thought it was closed at first, Overall, it's an ok Noches, just not busy like the other locations I go to so the freshnesses seemed to take a hit.

Came here on a Friday night. We were a party of 4, but we were still waiting on 2 people to arrive…read more They sat 2 of us immediately, but we waited about 20-25 minutes for anyone to come by and see if we wanted to order any appetizers/drinks. When the waiter finally came over, he said he just needed a few more minutes and would be with us shortly. The 2 other guests in our party arrived, and that's when the waiter came over to take our order. As we started giving him our appetizer order, we noticed he wasn't writing anything down. We knew our order would be incorrect; and it was. We ordered 1 chicken empanada, 1 beef empanada, and tostones. When they brought them to the table, we noticed there were 2 beef empanada, no chicken. Taste was bland, definitely missing something. Tostones were DELICIOUS. We ordered 2 diet cokes and a regular coke. I do like that they bring out the entire can of Diet Coke and the glass bottle of regular coke. It isn't fountain soda! Entree order: three of us ordered steaks, and one of us ordered the frijolada. The frijolada was good. I ordered my steak medium and that was a BIG mistake. It was SO red and the taste was terrible. Also very thin and flimsy. The two other steaks were ordered well done and those tasted better, but still very very thin. Dessert: we all ordered the tres leches, and oh my goodness! SOO GOOD!!! Presentation was gorgeous and flavor was great!! Cost: a bit on the pricey side, our bill was $240 for 4 people. The menu items are $1-$2 cheaper if you pay the bill with cash. There is a bakery on one side of the place where you can purchase misc items such as bread! This was cute! Overall, my party had mixed reviews on the food, so this is definitely a spot you should try at least once to make a determination. I'd definitely give it another try and order something else!

After reading the reviews on Yelp and Google, it was clear this place was something special. About a 20-minute drive later, we arrived at Ingrid's Chicharrones, and we were immediately welcomed by Ingrid herself, which made us feel right at home. The space is small and simple, but don't let that fool you, the food and hospitality more than make up for it. Ingrid truly lives up to her reputation as a one-woman powerhouse. She runs the place with care and efficiency, and it shows in the quality of the food. Everything came out fresh and absolutely delicious. I ordered the mofongo with pork belly, and it was outstanding, so good I was already craving more after finishing it. A quick tip: half a pound of pork belly sounds like a lot, but it's not, so if you really want to enjoy it, go for the full pound. No regrets. One small downside: the place was very cold during our visit. They do have portable heaters, but it was still noticeably chilly. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience. This is the kind of place you remember and look forward to returning to. Every time I visit my daughter from Atlanta, GA, this will be a must-stop.
