Avaco-don't get me started with this Chipotle! Staff did not inform mobile order customers on whether or not a certain ingredient (in our case, guacamole) that was ordered ran out. We picked up a mobile order, drove home, and found no guacamole in our bowls. You have guac to be kidding me! Normally we don't have bad experiences with Chipotle in general but this is unacceptable. We ended up being charged for guacamole with no guacamole. We then drove back (R.I.P our gas) only for them to explain that they ran out of guacamole, which was why it was absent in our bowls. Staff was able to remedy the situation by offering us an extra portion of any ingredient, to which we accepted. This review gets an additional star because of the way the staff kindly handled the mess-up. That about wraps up this review. Sorry to spill the beans. read more

This chipotle is a disaster. Today they had a handwritten sigh on the door announcing that they are only doing "online orders". They refused to talk to customers and turned people away. It makes no sense, especially for a chain restaurant where customers expect a consistent experience. This franchise location needs help! It's poorly managed and clearly suffering from staffing shortages. I love chipotle but the last few times I have visited this location they have either been out of ingredients or unable to keep up with orders or had untrained staff. They are falling apart. Rice was rock solid. They didn't cook it fully. I wouldn't even be writing this if it was the first time it has happened. Has been multiple times now. Over a span of 2 years. If I wanted to eat rocks I'd save myself the money and trouble and go munch right outside my front door. I ordered chips/salsa. I feel like a human-dragon hybrid. It is so hot it is not edible. I live in Exton and going to this chipotle is NEVER a good experience. The customer service is awful. The food is sub par. The store itself is disgusting. Stood in line for over 30min way understaffed. Even for the rush time this is ridiculous... no management help at front line, employees fending for themselves. When manager did come out finally she argued and yelled at customer who hadn't even raised her voice was only asking Simple questions. Front line did great job trying to handle it all themselves, they need raises or a bonus.. especially Evan.. store was full inside with people waiting for mobile pick ups, and a line out the door for in store customers. Do not ever go to this location. I would give 0 stars if I could. This has now been the second issue I have had at this location. We placed a mobile order at 7:30 PM and the staff did not even start our order until 8:30 PM while continually serving everyone else in line. There were at least 15 people waiting for mobile orders from an hour prior while they continued fulfilling walk-in customers. They even ran out of food when it was time to prepare our order. This used to be a good location, but I will Never go here again. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. So today when I looked at it before I went home I noticed again it was wrong. I went to ask for the items that were missing and the associate told me those items were out. I then pointed down to show him that they were indeed right there and that I would like them. This location is always out of multiple food items (even when they first open!). And they have messed up my online orders too many to count. I saw a sweaty cook in the back heavily scratching his long hair and was so grossed out I left before they finished preparing my order one time. I said something about it and was called racist and they threw my food out but wouldn't refund my money. I had to order online as they wouldn't take in person orders. Giving it one star because the food didn't cause massive explosive diarrhea. It was merely edible. Had to order online, waited 15 minutes until it was ready (no big deal), store had a sign that it was closing at 5:00. Went it and waited another 15 minutes. Only root beer worked in the soda machine. Didn't receive any veggies in my bowl despite ordering them. Didn't receive salsa at all, despite ordering it on the side. How can you forget veggies?? It's like a main component! Was given stale chips and a side of queso (which I had already ordered and paid for so it wasn't actually "given" to us) for waiting. Dirty, trashy restaurant. I went in and there were many people waiting in line for food and people waiting for on line orders. The workers were talking to each other and not preparing food for anyone. The wait is always 30-45 minutes in person and usually 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes when ordering online. They need to fire they're management team and start over. read more
