Dirty. Out of items on the line regularly. Disinterested staff. No ice. Long lines. Can't think of anything positive to say.

Absolutely incompetent staff. They never have the ingredients, orders are messed up.. and the staff has an attitude! The management needs to be changed.. or fired!! read more

Rice was rock solid. They didn't cook it fully. I wouldn't even be writing this if it was the first time it has happened. Has been multiple times now. Over a span of 2 years. If I wanted to eat rocks I'd save myself the money and trouble and go munch right outside my front door. I ordered chips/salsa. I feel like a human-dragon hybrid. It is so hot it is not edible. And I love spicy stuff! I ordered regular and received the flaming hot red sauce of death... which was also what I ordered in my meal... just completely unsatisfied and I'm trashing the whole thing. If I could give this a -10000 stars I would read more

Stood in line for over 30min way understaffed. Even for the rush time this is ridiculous... no management help at front line, employees fending for themselves. When manager did come out finally she argued and yelled at customer who hadn't even raised her voice was only asking Simple questions. Front line did great job trying to handle it all themselves, they need raises or a bonus.. especially Evan.. store was full inside with people waiting for mobile pick ups, and a line out the door for in store customers. Management needs some customer service training bigtime. read more

This place is supposed to close at 10pm. I drove down at 8pm to get food and the worker rudely stated that they were open but what I saw was all they had left. No rice. No beans. No chicken. She expected me to order from the scraps that they still had out. read more

I ordered for pickup ETA 6:10pm and my food wasn't ready until 6:27pm. After getting home I realized both of the kids meals were missing the carne asada (which is an extra cost) and one of them was missing the queso blanco. To make matters worse, I ordered a bowl with extra carne asada and it came with less meat than the other (normal serving) bowl that I ordered. The cherry on top was that the rice in every meal was cold and hard. Needless to say in the future I will be trying another chipotle in the area. read more

The management of this place is one to no other place i ever been to complete utter garbage. Food is always late and never what you order. The place is never organized and people there always look confused or to busy to service you read more

I live in Exton and going to this chipotle is NEVER a good experience. The customer service is awful. The food is sub par. The store itself is disgusting. The floors and tables seem like they are never clean. Save yourself lots of time (because they always take FOREVER) and money and don't go there. read more

i've ordered them several times, giving them a chance to do better, and each time it's terrible. The portions are cut nap this time my meat was totally black burnt and then again forgot my extra vegetables. read more

Terrible service. I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. Would not recommend.

Do not ever go to this location. I would give 0 stars if I could. This has now been the second issue I have had at this location. We placed a mobile order at 7:30 PM and the staff did not even start our order until 8:30 PM while continually serving everyone else in line. There were at least 15 people waiting for mobile orders from an hour prior while they continued fulfilling walk-in customers. They even ran out of food when it was time to prepare our order. Horrible experience. read more

I wish I could give it a 0. Place is always filthy and always out of ingredients. If you order online and request fajitas and guac, you'll be charged and won't receive it. There's been plenty of times where we've shown up and there's been a handwritten sign on the door stating "online orders only". The place is an absolute shit show. Embarrassing for the Chipotle brand, should close the doors permanently. read more

So disappointed. Bathroom had trash, and used sanitary items on the floor. Smelled of urine. The rice was so sour with lime juice. The employees were unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be there. I will never go there again. I don't want to go to any Chipotle for awhile after that experience. read more

This used to be a good location, but I will Never go here again. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. So today when I looked at it before I went home I noticed again it was wrong. I went to ask for the items that were missing and the associate told me those items were out. I then pointed down to show him that they were indeed right there and that I would like them. He got rude and yelled at me saying I was rude to him. He then threw the items on the counter and walked away. The customer after me had the same exact issue. I think the District Manager really needs to reevaluate who he has running this store. They seem to Not be able to get anything right and no one cares or can give good customer service. I still love Chipotle but will never come back to this location again. read more

im not very happy eating here the tables wasnt clean the associates didnt change the gloves regularly... i didn't seen any hand washing i wasn't welcome. but i can say mya has great customer service and clean the tables . read more

The manager needs to go back to school. The place is dirty. I waited over an hour for an online delivery and they told me they can not give a refund. I left without food nor my money back. read more

Ordered a bowl and some chips for PU. Got someone else's bowl tried to get order fixed had to go on line talk to a bot that only gave a coupon for a free entrée. GET OUT OF HERE!! Still got no lunch and fuck your free entrée. NEVER ordering from you again. Absolutely ridiculous, I have to drive there to get it you screw it up and I still don't get lunch Have to waste more time going somewhere else that Will make my food correctly. read more

This location is always out of multiple food items (even when they first open!). And they have messed up my online orders too many to count. I saw a sweaty cook in the back heavily scratching his long hair and was so grossed out I left before they finished preparing my order one time. My family will drive farther just to have a better experience. Never going to the Exton location again. read more

Can not stress this enough... do not go here. I've given this location many chances and every time it's awful. Staff are all extremely rude, they're always out of ingredients, prep station is always a mess. Go to the West Chester location if you want Chipotle. I don't know how this location continues to be open. read more

The food I get here is absolutely amazing every time I order! I know this place is really popular but- If you haven't tried it yet, you most definitely should!! I've tried quite a few items on their menu, and they never disappoint. Highly recommend read more

I ordered a steak quesadilla with gauch and soar cream with vegetables last night. What received was one half of a quesdilla with cheese and nothing else. No steak, nothing but bread and cheese. The food was delivered by Door Dash. When I called the Chilpotle in EXTON PA today, no one answered the phone. My advice is to stay away from this place. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. The staff was so incredibly awful and rude. Especially the manager. I was shocked. I said something about it and was called racist and they threw my food out but wouldn't refund my money. I had to order online as they wouldn't take in person orders. When I watched them make my food, the manager had a fit, even though the store was empty. She said it was making her uncomfortable. They proceeded to give me a square inch of guacamole and laugh about it, even though I paid for it. When I said something I was called racist yet again. THEN they threw out my order that I had already paid for and wouldn't refund me. This was a good branch 10 years ago. Now the employees are horrible and rude. People are turned away and told to order online and they don't bother. read more

Service is poor, the counter tops are always dirty, and the employees are very unprofessional. I went there three days in a row in each day the service was poor and store was dirty. I blame the manager the team is only as strong as the leader. read more

We were driving home and thought to mobile order. You would think it would be an easy grab n go experience. Right? WRONG! We had to wait 20 min even though we ordered an 45 min before. Their were seven people working but none of them were attentive. The 2 people who were attentive looked very tired and unhappy. I have had different types of experiences at this particular location. For one they never ever have fajita veggies. I mean what are the vegetarians supposed to do?! Service is always up and down. I ordered a chicken bowl and 2 chicken quesadillas. The food was meh. The rice was undercooked. I can't believe how bad the standard was. Truly dissapointed. read more

Giving it one star because the food didn't cause massive explosive diarrhea. It was merely edible. Had to order online, waited 15 minutes until it was ready (no big deal), store had a sign that it was closing at 5:00. Went it and waited another 15 minutes. Only root beer worked in the soda machine. Didn't receive any veggies in my bowl despite ordering them. Didn't receive salsa at all, despite ordering it on the side. How can you forget veggies?? It's like a main component! Was given stale chips and a side of queso (which I had already ordered and paid for so it wasn't actually "given" to us) for waiting. Dirty, trashy restaurant. Never again. read more

Rice was crunchy, chicken was burnt, one end of burrito had cheese, the other end had salsa. Essentially not edible all around. Order committed to be ready by 1PM, came out at 1:20. So many people waiting. By far the absolute worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. Oh and only online orders accepted. This place really should be closed, it's a complete disaster. Read the other reviews just now before posting and I can't believe I actually went here. Never again. Do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague. Terrible service, worse food. Seriously, anything else is better. I love Chipotle, but this place is a train wreck. read more

Not sure what's going on here but this has to be the slowest service ever. I ordered online through the app, waited an hour and then got in line because they were moving through those people at least at a moderate pace. Avoid this location. read more

Wow I have never seen a Chipotle so badly run and managed. The employees are rude to you after having to wait 30 mins for a 12 dollar fast food meal. Store was filthy, disorganized. Many waiting for mobile pickup orders. I placed my order for a chicken burrito bowl and fountain soda at 1:50 for a 2:10 pickup. Was ready at 2:25. Soda machine was broken and couldn't refund (I prepaid in app). Was told to reach out to chipotle.com - won't ever go back to this location. read more

I love Chipotle but this is the worst location! You are better off driving the extra 15 minutes to the West Chester location. I went in and there were many people waiting in line for food and people waiting for on line orders. The workers were talking to each other and not preparing food for anyone. Finally they started to help one customer in line. I finally ordered and asked for chips and salsa. The guy said "out of chips" and pushed my food along. How are they out of chips in the middle of the day and how do they not have a sign to alert people to this??? That was the reason I ordered from there. I have never experienced such terrible customer service read more

This chipotle sucks. Awful service. I've been a handful of times and every time is a negative experience. Doesn't matter if you order ahead, us DoorDash, or order in person.
