very terrible service, employee was very rude and snapped multiple times. not a good experience. They were out of many items as well added to the poor expirence read more

Honestly the worst Chipotle I've ever been too. I'm rarely greeted when I enter the building despite there hardly ever being anyone else inside. When they do greet me, they seem upset that I'm there. Morning time seems like the worst time to go if you want decent service. They are rarely 100% ready to go when the store opens and they can't be bothered to help customers if they aren't 100% ready to go. read more

!! 0/5 STARS!!! Awful service. Workers are always rude, uncooperative, negative and cold. Used to be a few employees there that didn't take their issues out on you. Hit or miss with the food. Sometimes you get rock-hard rice, dangerously undercooked chicken and beef, or they're missing half their menu. Worst chipotle I've ever been. Ambience? Filthy floors and crusty tables. Rudeness from employees. Bathrooms? unclean. The music was barely redeeming read more

The food is NOT the same as the Chipotles in the Bay Area. It's just not. I've asked several other people who lived in the Bay Area as well and they said it doesn't taste as good either. I've been to Chipotles in many different cities and they all taste amazing. What's wrong with this place? What's different? I don't know but whoever is in charge needs to figure it out and figure it out quick! read more

I love chipotle I thought it was the best thing I've ever had for Mexican. It's fresh. I love it and I love all the workers there. I hope you guys have a great day and a great generation to generation of chipotle Mexican grill it is Bussin. read more

It's a glorified gringofied subway. It definitely no taqueria. I give props for fresh veggie Ingredients, yet the meat is very bland. No spices added to the meat and definitely feel it could be easily under cooked; overall Gross meat. Going into the place and ordering is the best option. See what your getting and get it hot. Ordering online and picking it up was a total fail. Food was so cold!!! Luckily we were eating at home & could reheat. But who likes hot pico de gallo? Gross. Burrito order seemed decent. The tacos were horrible. Mushy, cold, & stuck to the tin foil. Nothing like a real taco as they were so over filled. Do NOT get the tacos! The bowls are the best deal, especially if you have tortillas at home & can warm up. Oh btw we picked our order up right on time. Order placed 9:15, picked up at 9:30 when said it'd be ready and it was ridiculously cold. Do not recommend. Get some real Mexican food at a locally owned restaurant instead! read more

The web page does not process order and calling to verify my order does not work because the automated services

This is the slowest service I got from Chipotle. They were also out of two items I wanted the most. I don't think that the staff had an urgency to provide quick service read more

Rating is being dropped. Last 2 visits, were slop. Unfortunately, the lack of quality employees even taking a job like this has diminished. I'd say pay your peeps more money and they'll take more pride in the product. read more

I've been to quite a few chipotles. The food at this one is on par with what was expected. What was different was the service. My experience was awesome and the people behind me were treated just as kind and friendly. Employees here go above and beyond. read more

how do you as a chipotle run out of pico de gallo ??? and why would you not put a sign up on the door or counter or something ? rather let people get all the way through making their food and then tell them their favorite part isn't even an option because y'all forgot to order tomatoes ??? very sad, could at least offer a discount instead of an attitude when a customer of course says they no longer want their bowl after you've almost finished making it read more

This has got to be the worse Chipotle in the world. I've gone there 4 times in the past week and they are always out of spring mix, vinaigrette and unable to make quesadillas. This has been going on for over a year that they are constantly out of stuff. It doesn't make sense to me if you are constantly running out why you don't order more. I've given them multiple chances. I'm done! I will not return to the store again it's just horrible. read more

We liked this Chipotle. We ate indoors. The beans was nice and hot. Easy parking.

Bad service, they ran out of ingredients such as lettuce but didn't tell you that until the last step of burrito making process, which at that point you feel bad canceling order. No concessions on the order to make up for that either. Manager was equally unhelpful and had flippant attitude. read more

horrible customer service, didn't speak to us for at least 15 minutes. the food was very salty, did not enjoy.

Everytime I come here there is something wrong with my order or I get food poisoning. Love chipotle just not this one.

I have given this chipotle more chances than it deserves. It's Never open on time. Note on door saying opening 1/2 later than original time. There were employees sitting and chatting while a bunch of customers stood outside and waited 5 minutes past their new opening time. One of the patrons knocked on door and they still ignored then about another minute went by and they opened the door with a smirk on his face. No apology or anything! Im done with this place and will support other local business. They're always out of menu items too. So frustrating!! read more

You have to appreciate this place for what it is - a healthier alternative to fast-food. I love Chipotle! It's one of my go-to's when I don't feel like dining out but don't want to settle for a less than nutritious meal. Their tangy tortilla chips always make me happy! Pro tip: Get a bowl with a flour tortilla on the side- You'll get a bigger portion. I eat half and save the rest for lunch the next day. read more

I can't even begin to explain how bad both experiences were. A 30 minute wait at the pickup window/drive-thru so I just gave up. The second time, the steak in the burrito was horrible, gristle, chewy, just terrible. read more

The food was bland and a bit old tasting. Maybe say too long on the warming tables. The chips and queso were pretty decent though. And the staff was very nice. Really was just a flavor issue. read more

Today we were kindly greeted by Brandon when we walked in he was patient and kind taking our food order. The unkind guy at the register was very impatient mind you the store was empty we were the only patron inside. As I waited for my husband to finish his order you can feel William's impatience from his breaths. When we paid we asked if yes could use our chipotle rewards and he aggressively responded with That's NOT HOW IT WORKS! Rather then informing us of the correct method of using the app. After eating I returned to get a cover for my food and William standing at the register doing nothing rudely told me to do down to the counter and get one from the kind kid Brandon the only one working in the store. It's sad when you receive such great service from Brandon but the sour customer service from William can ruin your whole experience. Chipotle Brandon was kind and great with his customer service unlike William who looks like he rolled out bed and walked to work and decided I'm going to be an ass today. The staff in the kitchen were working hard to preparing the meat and definitely being productive employees unlike William. read more

We went here for the 1st time tonight. It's a Friday and a lot of the other restaurants were booked. Chipotle was a huge disappointment. Horrible customer service. Most of the veggies and meats were old looking and completely depleted when we were ordering. The guy was literally scraping the bottom of the container to complete our bowls. Just as he puts the lid on our food and ring us up...another employee brings out "fresh" ingredients. That is when we walked out. Never again...Eureka Chipotle is horrible read more

I've gotten chipotle a few times since it's been open and my most recent order prompted this one star review. I ordered a chicken bowl and a Barbacoa bowl and I got two chicken bowls. The barbacoa bowl costs more too. It didn't come with utensils. To top it off the chicken was undercooked. Both my husband and I were sick last night. I was hoping chipotle would be up to standards by now. I was also there the first day it was open and I got my order an hour late. I have yet to get a par chipotle order from them and I've spent about a hundred dollars so far. read more

The Eureka Chipotle location regularly closes it doors on weekends, saying that they don't have staff. I did not know that actually closing the doors was an option for a chain restaurant like Chipotle. Who is making this decision? Corporate? They were closed both on May 14th and 15th when I visited the restaurant. The line at the drive thru was too long. I went to MOD pizza and In N Out burger instead. read more

Got food from here yesterday and it is the last time we will be back at this location. After eating the food barely 4 hours passed my husband and I both got HORRIBLE food poisoning and still suffering next day. Unless you like undercooked food that is not prepared right and possibly dirty, I wouldn't eat here. read more

I love chipotle as a company but this location has been ruined. Every time I go in I have to wait for the employees to stop cleaning a counter (that is obviously clean), take their sweet time putting on their gloves while talking to their coworkers about nothing before addressing the customer (mind you I'm usually the only one in line). And when they do address the customer they have an attitude! Their Customer service is horrible, with the exception of two employees. They also skimp on the meat. I have never had an issue with chipotle servings but this location has left me with a negative experience. Food tastes great but I will never go back because of their terrible customer service. read more

I came into this Chipotle under the impression that they were going to honor the BOORITO deal in-store. The website was having technical difficulties and wouldn't allow me to use the deal, so after spending about an hour figuring out why it wasn't allowing me to use the deal, I finally gave them a call. I was greeted with an automated message that said the store will honor the deal for in-store orders, since the website was down. So I walked in and started my order, and partially through my order being done, I double checked if the BOORITO deal was being honored and the manager said that actually they just got word that the website was back up so they are not honoring the deal in-store anymore. So I had to cancel my order and attempted to order again online, but the website was still having technical difficulties. I could have went inside and told them that the website was still not working but at that point, I was over it because I spent over an hour trying to order my six dollar burrito. This ruined my Halloween. I just wanted my six dollar BOORITO. read more

They didn't even roll my burrito, they just threw the ingredients in the foil and called it good.

I've been to chipotle all over California. I was excited when I heard the news they were coming to town. However, this is the worst run chipotle ever! I've had takeout twice that was horrific the juices were running everywhere and it looked like it had been slipped messily into the bowl. When I went in person I understood why. They need new management. The workers were just awful. Absolutely no sense of urgency and no attention to detail. 0 customer service. So busy a line out the door and there was one guy just standing watching the others work. It seemed no one was in charge! Awful. Get it together. If I worked there I would be embarrassed. read more

I'm a chipotle fan, but this one is not super great. I occasionally go through the drive-thru on my lunch break. I usually get a burrito bowl, and I consistently receive it 1/2 to 3/4s full. If anything, it will be loaded with rice and lettuce and not meat. May want to consider going inside to receive service. read more

Straight up garbage. It was over $30 for 2 burritos 2 drinks and some chips the the guy tried to short change me $4. On top of that I had the worst rolled burrito in my life. When I opened the aluminum wrapper I could see that my burrito was more crumpled up then actually rolled. The filling was oozing out the sides and was just a huge disappointment. Definitely will not be returning. read more

This place was fantastic! Customer service was on point, every employee I dealt with had a great attitude and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their job. This is a crazy time, everyone is stuck at home for the most part because of covid-19, and these people are coming to work and doing their part. I can't believe these horrible reviews. The food was amazing just like any chipotle, this is a new location it's clean. There are far too many angry people leaving reviews without thinking. Get over yourselves. read more

Chipotle has been a favorite of ours when going out of town. Places like this tend to have one thing in common - consistency. You go to a chipotle in a new town, you can expect it to pretty much taste like the one you've had before, right? Not this place. I'm not sure what's up with the flavoring, but the food just legitimately had no flavor. They also got my order wrong. I know it's probably a really challenging time to open a new remote location and properly train employees - but maybe just push back the opening if you can't guarantee a consistent product. It's frustrating for customers and probably for the people working here. I really hope things improve as this location becomes more established. As is - I wouldn't return. read more

My food tasted old with little to no flavor, I'll have to try them again when they learn what they are doing ,

Online order was not correct when picked up. Burrito I received could have passed for a kid's meal. Definitely not the usual Chipotle consistency you expect. read more

Placed an order through the app. Got charged for a side of queso and queso in burrito, and didn't tell us they were in fact out of queso even after picking up our order. We drove back to get said queso and found out they had none. Burrito was half size of a normal chipotle burrito, filled almost all with rice, barely any meat, and they totally forgot shredded cheese. Super disappointing, hoping it gets better with time. read more
