Visited on 4/7/26. As others have mentioned: The entire restaurant is filthy, and not in good condition. No forks were available at the drink station, and when I asked for some, the employee did not follow up on my request. The women's restroom soap dispenser was not functioning. The tractor beverages were completely empty. The extra tortilla I purchased for my son's tacos came as a heated and twisted burrito tortilla, which was unusable. Horrible. This isn't my favorite location to begin with but it has gotten worst. We stoped by when it wasn't busy and the place was an absolute mess. The ordering line had food all over the counter with cross contamination of toppings. When I was waiting in line to order my food, one of the worker just kept running his mouth and joked around with another worker, which is fine whatever but when it got to my food, he looked at me and said "did you get double meat" and I told him no. Then he look at his friend and start running his mouth about how he gave me too much meat. Whatever the case was with the portion size, that was very unprofessional to talk in front of a customer. I know chipotle employees are trained to follow the portion sizes however, if it's a poorly managed location, no employee is going to follow that especially if the GM doesn't reinforce that. 20+ years of loyalty with this brand and this is by far the worst location I've been to. This is not a one-off, I've gone dozens of times and its consistently bad. I've eaten hundreds if not thousands of Chipotle burritos and its a shame that its the one that's closest to me because I'll go out of my way to avoid it. Reading these reviews, management must know about these issues and they either don't care or don't have the capacity to fix them - and that's sad. Since I love this brand, I consistently give feedback via the app and now go out of my way to also tell "pepper", the mostly useless AI customer service chat bot they have how terrible the order was...unfortunately there are usually multiple issues with every order from this location and pepper is seemingly only built to handle one issue at a time. Here's what I keep running into: Food is way too salty and/or way too spicy. I'm not talking a little bit, this is overboard on the salt and spice - like an entire container too much in a batch too much. One of these issues happens 70% of the time, and around 40% we get both. The balance is off, and at best it makes the food painful to eat. At worst, it goes directly into the trash after 1-2 bites. Looking at the other Yelp reviews, maybe the employees are doing this on purpose to get people to stop coming in or because they want to get back at management for whatever reason? I'm not sure but it either ruins or diminishes most meals there. Portions are small. Two burritos easily fit side by side in the small paper bag, which hasn't been the case at other locations or historically. Food is cold. My last order was placed at 11:30am for 12:00 pickup. I arrived at 12:05, opened my burrito at 12:07, and the inside was refrigerator-cold. Orders are inconsistent. About one in ten times, everything is perfect and I think that this location has finally figured it out...but the next order or the one after that is always off and then I get another 7-10 in a row that are not good. Lunch is better than dinner. At dinner time, I don't know if we've ever had a Chipotle normal quality offering from here in around 10 tries and I've given up for good. At lunch its still bad, but its better than around dinner time. As far as ambiance, I won't sit down to eat here...saying so I get the green check from yelp and move on. Biggest issue I have in-store is that the ice machine is empty half the time. The young female employees here today (Sunday Oct 1 2023) acted as though you interrupted their chatting time when you went up to order. They make it clear they don't want to work and they don't connect their paycheck with the customers who come in. This is the dirtiest chipotle I have been to. Since we are under quarantine, My son was craving Chipotle for lunch. He first tried the app to order what we wanted. It was not working. He also tried on his computer and still no success. Charging MORE, for LESS. I know some of this may be issues at the corporate level, if so, I hope this chain shuts down because of their business practices. It used to be $6.50 for three tacos before the virus nonsense started, now it's $9.50 for three tacos with almost NO MEAT. I would be more sympathetic to a business trying to recover if they didn't get the customers two way......charging substantially more and giving substantially less. I questioned the bubble-headed girl making the tacos and all she could do is give a blank stare. No response. At all. Then, they're not accepting cash. At all. Zero cash. It's ridiculous. Someone else mentioned that they kept giving this place "one last chance" a couple of times before calling it quits. I think I'm going to be doing the same. This place is quite inconsistent. I think they've had a lot of staff turnover (like everyone else these days). I've gone in there to pick up an order placed online and have waited an extra 30+ minutes, along with at least 20 other people waiting inside) before giving up and leaving. Othertimes the order is perfect and ontime. Sometimes food is great, sometimes its overcooked, like you got it from the bottom of the pan. Not sure what happened to this location but it's gone downhill and is terrible now. Went in at dinner time on Saturday to get food to go. I got a steak burrito bowl, steak burrito, chips, and kids chicken quesadilla. I watched them make the quesadilla.. they threw some chicken and cheese on a tortilla, and wrapped it up. Didn't heat it up at all. When I got home I found they forgot to put the quesadilla in the bag, my steak burrito bowl and burrito were ice cold, and the bag of chips had a handful of chips in it. I wasn't able to drive back to get a refund since I now had to make a separate dinner to replace the missing quesadilla and cold burrito bowl. I did call and spoke to someone who offered a free replacement meal next time I come in, but honestly I don't even know if I want to return to this location. read more

My chicken bowl had 4 missing ingredients I asked for, and also the chicken was way over cooked and chewy, and the rice was hard. This was a poor experience at one Chipotle outlet vs the chain as a whole. Visited at 5:45p on a weekday. They were out of both pinto and black beans, a burrito staple. According to the staff, no beans were being prepared. While they had ample supply of brown rice, the white rice supply was down to the bottom of the pan and in clumps. While the restaurant appeared to have ample staff (I'd guess 7-8 team members) we were disappointed that all the staff had their masks below their mouth/nose (around their neck). The tables had not been cleaned so we got our order to go. On our way out we stopped by to grab napkins and utensils but the were out of both. Our experience at nearby Chipotle Grills have been positive. We won't be returning to this site anytime soon. read more

It's a little hidden but this is hands down one of the nicest chipotles I've ever been to. They opened back on December and I finally got the chance to go over there. The food at this location is top notch and they have a cute little outdoor dining area. Staff is attentive, friendly, and very clean in their food handling preparation. This location is super clean. They wrap their burritos nice and tight which is refreshing because some other locations don't seem to care that people who have been working at them for 1+ years can't even wrap a burrito properly. This location of Chipotle is the closest one to my office so if I have a hankering for Chipotle, this is the one I go to on my lunch break. Its a little difficult to get to because depending on where you are driving from, the building and signage is not visible from the street. However, just be aware it is behind the CVS. As i mentioned, I went during lunch time so as expected there was the usual lunch rush. I, however, had no one in front of me and when I walked up to the counter I was immediately asked what I wanted. I don't even think I had a chance to breath! This server was completely down my throat and gave me no time to look at the menu or selections just kept going down the line like a machine. It was a bit unsettling honestly because I felt like I was being pushed through the line even though there was no one else waiting. After I ordered, the cashier that checked me out was so nice. He was a gentleman and wished me well. I did not feel rushed by him in the slightest. He was smiling and made you feel welcome. I always get a burrito bowl and today was no different. I always order it to go regardless if I end up eating it there or not because I like to shake the entire closed container to help mix up the ingredients as I really dislike have them so separate when they put them into the bowl itself. I got a cup for water with my bowl and sat down to eat after I shook the hell out of the bowl, obviously! the only downside of the actual burrito bowl was that there was a heavy spicy kick with something in the ingredients. I've gone here for a while never really any issues until today when I made an online order and paid over $16 for it to get there and them being closed. They were still cleaning up so through the window I tried to show them that my order was already paid for by showing the order confirmation on my phone. They then started laughing and imitating me putting my phone up to the glass amongst each other. I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly by any establishment. I've been back a bunch of times and they always seem to be out of something. They're typically out of chips by 6:30pm -- at some point you'd think they'd learn make more. And even if they do have stuff, you have to wait like 5 minutes for steak to be ready or something like that. I love Chipotle, so I'm flexible with getting something else. The service at this particular franchise is absolutely terrible. Each time I'm there, there is a problem. On more then one occasion, one employee is left to handle a long line, only to have several employees come in from the back smelling of weed. Tonight, I was told that they were closed because they were "out of food." I could literally see the food. It's behind a transparent window.
