I used McDelivery. First time in my life I ordered a Big Mac that came with no middle bun, no cheese, and no lettuce. I asked for extra sauce and there was about 3/4 of a cup that the bun was soaking in. I would have preferred a tablespoon of extra sauce ON the burger, not as a puddle for the burger to sit in. And guess what recourse you have with the laziest employees ever? None. The answer is none. Thank God on the rare occasions I want to have a McDonald's burger, there other choices besides Dresher. read more

I've been coming to this McDonald's for a long time and never had a problem with dining in or the drive thru. Employees are nice and the food always comes out hot. Parking: Lot of parking Dining Area: Clean and has everything you need from napkins, ketchup and utensils. Drive Thru: Super fast and the employees always make sure I receive the correct order. If anything is incorrect they are happy to change it. read more

I really don't get the negatives here maybe they go during a different time of day but when I go, typically evenings I never have a long wait and the food is good. It's fast food and they're teenagers taking your orders so don't expect to be butled like you're staying at a Sandals resort. I've been to McDonald's that smelled like piss, ones that didn't have anything on the menu, a hangout for the local homeless, expired tasting sauces. But above other McDonald's and fast food places this one stands at the pinnacle. read more

The food was absolutely horrifying. From out of town and I knew I was in the Boonies and needed a quick snack for the kids. Got nuggets, fries, and pies. The Holiday pies were not edible. It was burned, obviously recycled from the day before or even longer. The nuggets were over cooked and dry. Fries were bad. Out the 40+ years of McDonald's experience and any dining experience, this is by far the worst food I have ever eaten at a restaurant. There were a bunch of kids running this place and they just stood around doing nothing, all bossing this one employee who was handicapped, whom seemed helpful and nice. Whoever that is running this location should be fired. If I could give it zero star, I would. read more

Every time we purchase a meal at this McDonald's, our order has been wrong or items missing. This morning 12/17/2018 went thru driver thru and order 4 breakfast burritos and a big breakfast. After leaving McDonald and arriving home, there was no picante sauce for the burritos and no grape jelly as requested. One time my placed an order the drive- thru came home and notices that the sandwich he ordered was not in the bag. Worst McDonalds anywhere. Food always cold. Cheese like it was just out of fridge. Just waited at drive thru fir 5 mins with NOBODY else in line and order never taken. Drive to window and was ignored. Sat there until a woman came over. Asked her for a sandwich. She said she was too busy to take my order and asked me to return to drive thru. Blasphemy! Not only reviewing a McDonalds, but giving it a 4 stars! This guy must be on Yelp Crack! Listen, I'm not saying Mcdonalds is a 4 star restaurant, I am just rating this location in the context of other McD's and fast food joints. This spot is always very clean. The staff is surprisingly clean cut and welcoming. They dont have that usual "I hate my job please shoot me, can I take your order?" thing going. This was my goto spot for McDonald's. I always thought the place to be clean and well managed until I recently got a breakfast sandwich that didn't have one single hair but rather a hair connected to a clump of hair which I discovered as I was chewing my breakfast sandwich! I nearly threw up! I took the hair and remaining sandwich back to McDonald's and asked to speak to one of the managers on duty. I showed her the clump of hair, and she took it back to show the other manager. She came back and asked me if I wanted another sandwich (sausage egg mcmuffin) or a refund ($3) as she looked at me like I had three heads. I declined both. I said, "Do you know how disgusting this is?" She said, "All of our workers wear hairnets. " I could clearly see that not all of them got that memo that day. I said, "Well, perhaps this sandwich was dropped on the floor?" She said, "the clump of hair probably fell off one of the workers' clothes. " Granted, the manager looked bairly out of high school, so I was kind but direct and sensitive to other customers in the restaurant. I'm done with McDonald's for a long while! My advice to the franchise is to train your workers better! When gross things like this happen even out of the norm, train your managers on how to show empathy and not apathy! Remind them that they are dealing with public health!!! read more

Intentionally do not turn on lights at night so that it appears to be closed. Teen at the drive thru claims the lights need to be turned on manually. Literally, the actual sign is off, the parking lot is pitch black and the lights outside the building-- all off. In addition to deterring customers, this is a huge safety issue. If I owned this franchise, I'd be pisssssed. read more

A horrendous vacuum, devoid of goodness, service, caring, talent or anything that resembles food service. Don't stop your car here, in fact stomp on the gas when you go buy to save what dignity and soul you have left. This place cannot be saved, it needs to be a monument to all that can go wrong so food service workers from all around the world can come to learn about the mistakes of past generations. Twice in the past month I ordered happy meals through the app - which require payment before the order is processed. When I go through the drive thru and give my code, they acknowledge the order with my name. I get to the window and they ask me what I ordered... Great job. Both time the happy meal orders disappointed my kid. Both times they substituted the advertised toy - which they specifically listed on the app and my order - for some under 3 play book. My kid didn't want that. He wanted what you offered and I paid for. This most recently happened today with the Buzz Lightyear promo - IT JUST STARTED!!! There is advertising on the menu and They used a Buzz Lightyear box. But they ripped us off. Last month when this happened I was literally told "we're not responsible for the app." Then take down all of the advertising inside the store telling people to 'USE THE APP". A real CLOWN show. This McDonald's has the new "upgraded" exterior and the updated drive through lanes where they can service two customers at a time. But with that said, my experience this morning was quite slow. Slow to take my money, slow to get my change and then slow to get my food. Yes, the food was just the same as it was supposed to be. An Egg McMuffin in Dresher, PA is the same as one in Del Mar CA and one in Delray Beach FL. So they have that part right. Is it McDonald's policy to not put even one napkin in the bag unless you ask? I went to this McDonald's this morning and the woman in the drive thru window was ignorant, rude and nasty. She told me that they are not accepting cash or credit cards. My bill was $7.63 and when I drove to the window I asked if she had $3 and I gave her $10.63 and she miscounted and proceeded to give me the wrong amount of change and in frustration and gave her the $10 and drove off. No one should be treated in such a vile, awful and rude way. Obviously, she knows nothing about customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office of McDonald's. I will never go to this McDonald's ever again. read more

They regularly leave out parts of my order. Sometimes I catch it but other times I'm already home and it's not worth going back.

20 minutes and counting waiting on an ice coffee. People are leaving drive through and store left and right. People getting wrong orders / missing items. Back looks like a mess. read more

It's a McDonald's. Usually I just chalk it up to a young kid new in the work world and go on with my day, but the past 2-3 times I stopped by for a fries, I receive them extremely under cooked/fried. To the point where there is zero color to them and so unpleasant, I throw them out. If you check the bag in front of them, they give you dirty looks, if you give them a chance and wait until your home, you find a mix up or in my case, undercooked fries. This MacDonalds will almost always get your order wrong AND you'll wait to get it. I visited three weekends in a row and each time they messed up something on the order. This is an ongoing problem and the owner refuses to address it. Instead, he sends coupons for free sandwiches. I don't need the free food, I just want my order correct! The absolute worst. I go in 1 hour before closing, which means employees use 3 hour old food. Excuse me for asking for fresh food and I get an eye roll and they have to grab the manager, as if fresh food isn't the conduct are hand. He was nice at fave value. I waited 13 mins for my food. There's a lady at the drive through with brown short hair that is always extremely rude, I work nights and barely eat on my shift, I got off at 10 one night and went over at 11 to get a McFlurry. When I asked for less m&m's than normal she had a long pause and remarked "It's called light m&m's, that's what you want". She snarled at me when I approached the window and said "enjoy your 11:00 ice cream" very sarcastically and practically threw it in my face. I was already having a bad day and this ruined my night. I have been coming to this location for years and I have never been so disappointed or put off by the amount of trash left on the floors and tables at this location. came in to enjoy a quick lunch, maybe sit down and catch up on netflix while I ate, but once I walked in, I decided that I was better off eating at home. The Staff seem uninterested, annoyed, or bored. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and an iced coffee. I left to eat at home and tasted my ice coffee. It had a funky after taste and was not appetizing at all. Upon inspection of my burger, there was no cheese. Instead of wasting my time arguing or getting more food, I left and went to Chipotle. Very disappointed with this location. Used to love coming here, now I am going to constantly second guess my choice to eat here. read more

Closest McDonalds to my house. Every time I come here I regret it and wish I drove the couple extra minutes to another. My order is never correct. Ever. And it's not difficult. 2 kids meals and an adult meal. It's wrong. Every single time. Something is either missing or the food is not correct. How?
