So I figured I would give jersey Mike's a try. After two trips now I must say jersey Mike's hits the mark. The flavor, taste, freshness and quality of the sandwich's has exceeded my expectations. The service both trips was been top tier. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. Now anytime I think of getting a hoagie jersey Mike's is definitely a part of the conversation. The crinkle fries were good, not overly fried and salted nicely. Tried their Cane sauce and it tasted like a peppery mayo, ketchup mix of some kind. Also opted to try their Honey mustard sauce which was just alright. A bit runny for me with a tender, but would be good as a lite salad dressing. The Mr who loves slaw said it was alright, just needed salt. We paired this combo with a Sweet Tea, which was also just alright, not too sweet which is good. All in all a good experience that we left full and happy enough to hope they make their way up to New York to battle it out with the other finger licking chicken chains. He rebooted it and offered to take my order at the main register. I gave him my order but had to repeat several times what I wanted which was a simple 2 mild chicken sliders with fries. Overall, I commend the owner for well executed grand opening. The food has a market even though I am not a typical chain fan. They were super nice and friendly.
