Aside from the difficulty setting up the use of its website, Arby's (R.B.'s?) seems to have developed a very good breaded fried fish sandwich and this particular store a clean, efficient process for serving the public. Once the download and directions for the website was mastered, I was able to order, modify and arrange a good time for pickup. My meal was ready when I arrived. A bag with my name on it was handed to be with smile and gratitude. The fish filet was larger than my hand and stuck out from the round edges of the sesame seeded soft roll. With the melted American cheese and tartar sauce it was a tasty and satisfying sandwich. My modified potato request (potato cakes over fries) was honored and a delightful changed from the standard starch. They were high quality hash browns with crisp and nice oniony/garlicy flavor. The Diet Dr. Pepper was also pleasantly cherry cola-ish. Liked it all, but for my risky play for their peachy creamy deep fried roll up. It was over fried and displayed the taste of old used oil. Won't get that again. Otherwise, I enjoyed the food and the experience at the Street Road shop. I would go there again when the Arby's urge strikes. 3.5 Stars when everything is taken into account. read more

Tasty food. High prices. Slow but polite service. Clean if old restaurant. Super nice neighborhood. We love the uber-delicious Classic Beef 'N Cheddar. The Curly Fries are above average tasting for fast food fries. Ditto for the Crinkle Fries. Hundreds of wonderful stores are nearby. Two stars removed for the inflated prices and slow/dangerous traffic, but you cannot blame Arby's for the latter. But definitely worth the trip for the scrumptious Classic Beef 'N Cheddar. FIVE STARS, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT! Today, I commend every member of the staff at this Arby's restaurant at 2:00 PM on 3/15/2025. I had not been to an Arby's in at least 12 years, and today they made my return a glorious one. It was everything I could have hoped it would be. The sales associate at the register kept the line moving, she helped me with my order (I couldn't remember what the Red Ranch sauce was called), and she expedited it with such efficiency. Then, when my Curly Fries were less than piping hot, the manager sent out a new order FRESH from the fryer, no questions asked. They were still steaming, still had little oil bubles popping, still screaming hot. As everyone knows -- and this is OBJECTIVELY true -- the Curly Fries make the meal. Arby's Curly Fries are the undisputed champion of fries. The king, nay, the Emperor of Fries. What a meal. Let's get one thing straight, I do not do fast food, so we can blame this stop in on a fellow Yelp friend, Tim P who said that Arbys fish sandwich would change my mind. He wasn't too far off with that assumption, because you know what, it was a nice hand cut piece of Alaskan Pollack that was thick enough, while tender and flaky inside it was crunchy on the outside. The bun was grilled, which I love and topped with tartar sauce and shredded lettuce. Mind you this is fast food and I've had better fried fish sandwiches at a sit down restaurant, but it was enough to make me want to stop in again. The best part is, I have directly passed this Arbys hundreds of times while driving into Acme's parking lot. They also had unusual sides for a fast food chain, at least from what I know, since I really have not eaten from one in decades ( except Five Guys, but they don't count ). Mozzarella sticks, stuffed potato wedges, lots of nice salads, and two kinds of fries, seasoned curly fries or the old fashioned fries which resembled a skin on hand cut fry and this is what I chose and they were good. Guess how much the fish sandwiches were? $5.00 for two! I hear Wendy's makes a good fish sandwich too and uses hand cut Atlantic cod... Same as the fish, I may be hooked! read more

When you have a craving for Arby's you just must fill it. I actually don't like Arby's for either of the reasons most people like it, which is the roast beef and curly fries - k enjoy the Philly steak sandwiches and the baked potato. Can we stop a minute and talk about the baked potato? First off this is the only location that serves baked potatoes, I'm not sure how this is possible but any other Arby's locations I've been to have not sold them, not Quakertown nor Lancaster ! Their baked potato is always perfectly cooked and topped with just the right amount of butter and sour cream that your potato is never dry! You'll be able to eat the potato down to the skin and it's delicious. Their sandwiches are always moist and hot and very yummy ! They also have some good drinks and occasionally will get some other yummy snacks/sides. This location is also very clean , and they update it fairly frequently. I was so pleased with the order taker and the kitchen staff's response to my request. I was so impressed with the staff's ability to think outside the box. I like Arby's a lot- I don't come over here as much as I'd like though. Went through the drive they today on this very rainy day and luckily there was only one other car in the drive they waiting. While waiting I scoped out the menu and was trying to decide on my selections. I decided on what I usually like to get the cheddar roast beef sandwich. It comes on a onion bun and it's so moist and juicy. I ordered it with curly fries which are my favorite as well as a Dr. Pepper and a black and white shake. The chocolate shake uses Chiradelli chocolate - not sure I'm spelling that correctly but the chocolate tastes so good! My mom ordered a number 12 which was a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and it was huge and packed with meat! She wasn't a big fan of it and said it was dry and had no flavor so she took it home to my dad--- who actually loves it and thought it tasted good. The service was speedy and friendly and I'd deff be going back in the near future. It's better then having the typical burger like other fast food joints. read more

There were a decent amount of people in line, and I feel like they moved people out quickly which was great. My family and I LOVE the Mint Chocolate Shake during the Saint Patrick's Day season. It's always DELICIOUS. The only thing missing from my shake was that they used to swirl chocolate on the bottom of the cup, and this time they did not. I also feel like in previous years, the milkshakes were all standard sizes, I don't remember being asked before what size shake I wanted. This time, we were asked Small, Medium, or Large. The fries burnt the roof of my mouth they were so dam hot. To be fair I was warned by the girl giving me the fries at the drive through they were just dropped in the ton of oil and extremely hot. This is why we SHOULD NEVER go for fast food. You immediately feel like crap after you eat it- this is partially caused by the tons of oil who knows what type of nasty oil is bathed in alll fast food products. My personal opinion is if you HAVE to choose a fast food place choose Chick-fila. It is one of the heathlier fast food options but still not good for you. I ate here last week and wanted to take a minute to give them the review they deserve-generally you take fast food for granted-you don't set the bar high and accept mediocrity on a regular basis. This Arby's actually got me to stop and notice just how perfect my Cajun fish sandwich was, just how immaculate the entire restaurant was, and how great my service was. I hate Arby's. They are usually filthier than other fast food chains and the food lacks quality. But this is a great location. The counter staff were super friendly and the bathrooms were immaculate. Consistently great! I've been eating here regularly for 8 years in both the inside and the drive through. I can honestly say I have never had a problem with my order or with anything with this place. They are run very well. Turning left out of the exit can be tricky but if you make a right and then do a U-turn it's no big deal. My whole family loves this Arby's! read more

Been going here a long time ! Always good , high quality food and they send good coupon deals in the mail too. Yesterday I used a coupon for (2) of their new Traditional Greek Gyro's and Oh MAN ....they are good. Had to go back tonight and get (2) more !! This time I got a pack of the sauce they put on to go also. If you like Gyro's...( Traditional, Beef, or Turkey ) you have to get one....you won't be sorry. I've been visiting this restaurant for over 30 years and recently stopped in for chicken strips and curly fries. The food was ok - nothing great. Chicken tasted like it was sitting for a while and fries were warm - not hot and fresh. This restaurant was recently remodeled and I can't say I like it. I really prefer the old style with booths. Now it is mostly tables and chairs. I will be back and hopefully food will be fresher next time. read more
