Never Again I don't normally leave reviews, but this McDonald's truly earned it -- and not in a good way. I walked in hoping for something quick and simple. What I got instead was a masterclass in chaos. The line was long, which would be fine if the staff moved with any sense of urgency. They didn't. It felt like they were actively trying to move slower. When I finally got my food, it was cold. Not lukewarm -- cold. Fries soggy, burger slapped together like someone lost a bet, and the drink machine was out of half the options. I asked politely if they could remake the food, and the employee just gave me a blank stare like I spoke a different language. Also, the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and I'm pretty sure the bathroom hasn't seen soap since 2022. I know it's fast food, but even fast food should meet basic standards. I was denied access when I brought my service dog in. They kept asking for papers even though service dogs don't require papers at all they told me I could sit outside and eat my meal and kept telling me that people have allergies to animals my dog also wears a velcro muzzle because she has a picking up items off the floor and because they saw her with a muzzle on they claim she was extremely aggressive and would bite people inside the store my dog is my lifeline and will alert me if I have any medical emergency I think it was extremely rude that I was blatantly kicked out of the store just because I had a quoted by manager " aggressive animal in their restaurant" my service animal is an Akita mixed with a German Shepherd she is such a sweetheart and wouldn't even hurt a fly and yet they told me because of the breed of my dog and how I didn't show them papers proving she was a genuine service animal I wasn't allowed in their store and was temporarily trespass for according to them "making a scene" when I told them nicely she's certified. read more

When I bought two happy meals I ordered one with apple slices and one with extra fries but both of them had extra fries and for the toy it gave me a option of two things and I picked the croc but I got Disney characters and they did not give me straws with my drinks so do not go there. read more

Never buying breakfast here again- just coffee. Ordered a bagel egg n cheese and it wasn't even hot ! Then I opened it up and it had what looks like honey mustard on it- ended up taking off the top of the bagel and only eating some of the sandwich. Feels like I just threw my money out the window. Other than that, I would not eat here! My husband has a friend in Fall River, Ma. that has a dairy farm. When one of the old cows gives up and falls down or gets sick, it goes to auction, I kid you not! ( A Dairy Cow). Burger King buys, or used to, these cows for beef products, I will never, ever eat a fast food burger after knowing that! Frozen fried, formed fish sandwich, minus one star. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's if it were the last thing you could possibly eat on earth. I got a crispy chicken ranch snack wrap a medium fry and a hot tea. The tea was pretty much hot water with a splash of milk. I don't even think there was a teabag in there. The snack wrap was barely even a wrap and the contents fell out everywhere. The fries, the absolute worst fries I have ever had. These fries were worse than you leaving fries in your car overnight and then eating them the next day. This location is known to take your credit card and charge you for someone else's order and when you ask the manager, he admits this can happen at times and thinks its perfectly ok. Try and correct it, they tell you to do it by putting a dispute on your credit card. I don't think they even know how to treat customer right or let alone how to spell customer service. read more

One of the shakier McDonald's I've been too. Food is hit or miss, sometimes the burgers don't taste so fresh? A lot kids hang out at this location from my experiences here it seems. If you want a quieter environment, or are not so crazy about obnoxious teens, like me, you may want to skip this location. The McDonald's down the road on 2nd Street Pike has a much cleaner, quieter, and classy feel to it. This particular McDonalds could use a face lift and update as well. Seems like they have had the same sports jerseys, and old unwatchable TVs for the last 20 years. Bathrooms could be cleaner at times. Drive thru has average wait times from experience. Service is hit or miss. All in all, just passable if you want a Big Mac to go, or for the drive thru, and you are not in a big rush. Otherwise, for me, nah I'll pass! read more

Today I went to this McDonalds. I went through the drive thru the first speaker told me to move forward. The woman came on and said to please wait a minute. Then while I sat there first in line, she took the two people behind me in line. So I went inside. I ordered and paid from the machine. It still took over 20 minutes for my food. I go to this Mcdonald's 7 days a week. The coffee hot or cold any size or flavor for 99 cents is a great deal. When you order an individual item that would be cheaper in one of their specials with an extra item, they will always tell you it's cheaper that way. The employees are very friendly and my orders have been correct every time. I've rarely been wowed by anything, but on 2 occasions now the staff has been exceptionally courteous, respectful, and efficient. This place started going down hill before the remodel and has continued the decline to the point that I'm done ! Started getting sandwiches that were over cooked and VERY dried out like they were under a heat lamp all day. Got a sausage McGriddle that I could not bite thru because the bun was so hard.
