This is our favorite Chick-fil-A location in Horsham. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, the food is served piping hot and they are very accommodating when asking for a few extra perks or a beverage refill. We especially want to give a shout out to Xavier who keeps the dining room sparkling clean. He is a diligent hard worker and always greets us and asks is we need anything. I don't normally review fast food or chain restaurants but I felt obligated to counterbalance the unreasonable 2.6 rating Chick-fil-A currently has. This location is clean and has quality food with great customer service. The top complaint in the reviews is the long wait in the drive thru. Basically people are complaining about the place being popular. Being popular is a symptom of being good. The drive thru is efficient with two lanes and employees that walk down the lanes to take your order in advance. But with 25 cars in line you're going to have to wait. Again, 25 cars in line means it's good (not a 2.6). If you want to dine in or pick up a mobile order, do NOT enter from the northeast side (drive thru area) or you will funnel into the long drive thru lane with no way out. Enter on the side near Wawa. Use the mobile app to order and they will bring it to your table instead of waiting in the long line up front. The inside is clean despite being always busy and the employees are pleasant and helpful like at all Chic-fil-A locations. read more

first of all, there were maybe 3 cars in front of us in the drive through, no line, but we still waited around half an hour for our food. when we got to the window, i asked the girl, i believe her name is Stasha, if i could put $8 on one card and the rest of my total on another. she blatantly ignored me and was very rude as she continued to try to figure out how to split the payment. she couldn't figure it out so she called over her coworker. while he was also trying to figure it out, she decided she was "going to the bathroom," and just walked away mid transaction. her coworker couldn't figure it out either so he called over another coworker! how many chick fil a workers does it take to figure out how to split a payment? apparently more than three cause NONE OF THEM knew what they were doing and after awhile i eventually ended up having to pay it all on one card. so honored to have experienced everyone's first day on earth with them at the horsham chick fil a read more

So.....there is a Wawa right after this Chick-fil-a. After looking at the lines in the drive-thru I always say to myself would I like Chick-fil-a yes however is it worth waiting in those lines that look beyond horrible (whatever the word for beyond horrible is, Monstrous maybe?). Well yesterday I said screw it I wanted Chick-fil-a and they do have two lines for drive through however they do converge for payment and drop off and that in and of itself is annoying exceptionaly with all the aggressive drivers out there and you add hungry aggressive drivers to that tag waiting for their orders, if you ask me that is a fight just waiting to break out or a fender bender when someone gets antsy waiting to merge into one lane. You could be looking at around a 20 minute drive thru wait maybe longer maybe shorter, but is that really a risk you are willing to take with wawa less then ten seconds away? I am so happy that we have Chick fil a so close by our house. I will say at much time and dinner time the line is very long. The line does go fast. It's nice to see that they have a process to speed up the ordering and check out process. They have 2 employees taking orders and 1 employee completes the purchase. I have never been inside this chick fil a. I choose to be in the car line. I ordered 4 chicken tenders with Buffalo sauce and sunjoy drink( lemonade and ice tea). My chicken tenders were fine. Sadly my drink tasted awful. I think they did something wrong. It tasted like sweet tea no lemonade. So i did not drink it. I did not want to complain. read more

mine: went here with my family and friends, party of 7, we were very surprised on how fast the workers were and the food was good, no errors in my food or anyone else's and the person that was walking around was very nice and helpful. And now i'm going to pass my phone to my friend for her to write freinds: Today I was out with my friends (party of 7) and our food was out within less than five minutes. The food was amazing it was not to hot but not cold, the food also tasted really fresh. I would rate this 10 stars out of 5. The employees were periodically cleaning all the surfaces: Tables, chairs, doors, door handles and other frequently touched surfaces. The bathrooms were very clean. They also restocked napkins, mints, condiments, straw and other things. The employees also checked up on us making sure we were doing well and our food was good, super kind about too. The service is fine and the environment is clean, but however the food is not. This place is ran by a bunch of young adults who obviously don't care about the quality of their product. The chicken is often undercooked and cold. On multiple occasions I've bitten into a chicken sandwich to be surprised with a nice Bloch of pink in the center. The fries are often under filled, unsalted, and also never really hot. The tea is also flat. Overall this location is not great. I'd say it's better to make the trip over to the Willow grove mall for better service and food. read more

So I downloaded the Chick-fl-A app yesterday and gave it a try. It was easy to use and navigate. I quickly updated my information, entered my payment info and selected my local store. Ordering was easy by seeing prices, what was included vs extra cost. Even the drink selection was quite detailed. The only area which was not quite clear was selecting sauces. It maxes out at two per order. It could be done in a better way to be more clear. Once Reviewed and placed my order it told me to drive to the restaurant and click "I'm here" button. So I did and it told me my meal was being prepared. I had parked in one of the mobile order spaces which was right by the back door. Once the order was complete it was brought right to my car and I was on my way. The order was complete, hot, and perfect. I did wait a few extra minutes and it was my first experience using the app. And in my bag was a small box of nuggets. I assume that was a welcome to the app thank you. It made my day. As we all know, Chick Fil A is notorious for the long waits for drive thru. Came here on a Friday during lunch and decided to go through drive thru since I had a kid in the back. To my surprise, the line went pretty quick since you had to order, pay and pick up your food. The wait time wasn't as bad even though it was busy. I had gotten the spicy chicken deluxe meal, a kids meal and a salad. The food was good and fresh. I was disappointed that they didn't cut the chicken in my salad as it's difficult to cut it with a plastic knife. Overall, it was a good experience as they got my order correctly and I didn't wait super long. read more

Please stop putting people in the drive through that do not CONFIRM ORDERS or give off the energy that they do not want to be there. This has happened to me twice now. Mike took my order. I only ordered ONE THING. After Mike took my order, he never confirmed or restated my order. I had to double back and restate my order (which he then confirmed) and STILL the order gets messed up. I specifically asked for a Cobb salad with NO TOMATOES AND NO EGG. I confirmed at the window that both items were NOT in my salad. I get all the way home and BOTH ITEMS ARE ON THE SALAD. I went to the drive thru on a Tuesday night about 8:15. I finally got to the window and received my food 25 minutes later. Unacceptable! Once you are in the drive thru lane, you are stuck and can't get out. Upon reaching the window, I see the manager filling the bags with the orders. Right behind him are 5 young employees standing there talking. No wonder it was such a long wait. Never have I experienced such poor service at a chic fil A.
