The young woman behind the counter was VERY nice as well I originally ordered for drive through pick up but decided to eat in, no problem she even gave me a free frozen custard (it's an app thing) but I was unable to show proof! Shake Shack rocks, the fries are incredible! I love the fries , they were hot and fresh. The burger was also very good, tasty and a decent size with a fresh potato bun. I was happy with a single and I am rarely happy with a single burger. I really liked the availability of water but didn't like the no refill option for the fountain drink , it's not self service. Finally ! No more driving to KOP for my burger fix! I'm not sure when exactly this location opened but it's definitely very new. There was a ton of staff and manager also checked in on us. I ordered a double shack burger , fries, and the Oreo cookie funnel shake. I like that this restaurant had kiosks - it made it very easy to customize your order. I don't remember there being quite as many choices as they have no so it was nice to have the menu in front of you to order from. The fries were cooked really well, normally they're not my favorite. The burger was also cooked to perfection. The milkshake was made well but not my preferred shake- it just tasted like a chocolate shake with a bit of Oreo. I'd pass on that next time, it definitely looks better than it tasted. But that is no fault to staff - just not a great product overall. The staff brings you your food, unlike other locations where you wait to be called. It is a little bit crowded and I know they used an existing building so there is not much that could be done in that regard. There is ample seating, a ton of staff as mentioned before and even outside seating! Parking is a bit congested and they have a drive through order pickup but that wasn't yet opened. There were lots of people but despite it being so crowded our food came out very timely. Overall they're doing a great job and I look forward to returning! read more

Pricey for a burger and fries (Crinkle cut). A large 1/2 & 1/2 iced tea/lemonade was $4.59 before tax. Yikes! At least I got 2 refills (we dined in) before I left. They didn't text me when my food order was ready and when I came thru the pick up line the young man asked me for the last 4 digits of my phone number, grabbed the only bag right in front of him and handed it to me "sorry about that". I asked if the food was cold and he shrugged his shoulders. I checked and of course it was cold! I told him no way and to make a new. The ShackBurger was delicious but I'm glad I got the shack sauce on the side because I wasn't a huge fan of it. The vanilla milkshake and cheese fries were good too. This is a brand new location so it was packed but they moved things along well especially since they just opened. A little pricey but worth trying for sure. read more

As i read the other reviews most the info is true. Let's start with food, burgers were phenomenal hands down. We only got a single and double Shack burger. The tomatoes were sub par and unedible, about the size of a quarter, two of them per burger. How about a SLICE of tomato. These were whitish orange clearly unripe with green seeds. The black and white milkshake was good nothing over the top but good. Now the downside and it'll be awhile before we go back. Customer experience was truly lacking. District hiring manager needs to be moved on or clearly needs remedial hiring skills projection. Employees seemed a little zombie apocalypse. Going thru the motions not happy to be there. There was no "welcome to shake shack how can i help you" or have you dined here before ? In fact we had to tell them it was our first time and can you help us. Nothing is explained that everything is an up charge and no list of extras you can get on a burger and what those costs. The person working the counter mumbled a few unintelligible things. We really didn't understand them !! Ice in a cup we found out later was an up charge of $1 for half cup of ice. So $2 for a full cup of ice, whip cream extra but not explained its extra. AND THEN THE KICKER OF THE FINE EXPERIENCE WITH THE COUNTER PERSON , they spun the credit card reader and explained the tip %'s. Wow, no welcome, no explanation of your products, charging for ice and then tip me for a fast food burger joint !! Horribly overpriced and oversalted. I tried shake shack for the first time last week. Just me, not the family. One burger, one order of fries, and one vanilla shake came to more than $21.00. It was actually over $23.00 once I picked the lowest ten percent tip option after the counter clerk spun the terminal around for me to tip. So it would have been over ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS had I taken my family for simply burgers, fries, and shakes. Have they not noticed that other burger chains are doubling down on value menus due to consumer backlash over insane inflation? Nobody should pay these prices. That said, the burger was indeed very good. The fries, however, were nearly inedible. They were visibly caked in salt. My one individual order of plain fries probably had a half cup of salt on them. Even brushing it off to the best of my ability left fries that were too salty to eat. The shake was delicious, but way too thick to drink through the straw provided. Not sure what their thought process was on that. For these reasons, I doubt I would go back. read more

I love shake shack as much as the next person, but bruh... this location is probably the most sub optimal one I've ever been to. Every time something is screwed up in my order, every time I have to wait 30+ minutes waiting for my food. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since it's a new location and they were getting their things together, but shake shack corporate needs to teach them some operations management already. I added this business because when I tried searching for it, it wasn't there. Anyway this is a good place to eat. The burgers and hotdogs are good, and there's a lot more than that. Shake Shack is nothing more than a fancy McDonalds with a 30 minute wait to receive your order. It was absolutely awful! Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger was skimpy, cold, and falling apart. The Oreo Milkshake and Chocolate Milkshake were completely melted with the consistency of a chocolate milk. Never been in a shake shack but took my daughter as a reward! I was so impressed!! We were greeted by a very friendly employee who explained the menu as it was our first time there, he also pointed out his favorites. Also explained we could order at a kiosk or cashier. I got a mushroom burger that was out of this world and a fabulous mango passion fruit drink. My daughter got a burger with a black and white milkshake. The burger was good ("better than 5 guys") and she loved the shake. Our food was delivered to the table by the sweetest person named Reagan. Our table was cleared as we finished different items and 2 employees asked to refill my drink in passing. We will be coming back often!!! read more

Overpriced and undersized. Very disappointed as I'd heard a lot about them. The Mushroom in the 'sroom burger was 2 thin pieces sliced like lunch meat with cheese in the center and then batter dipped and fried. It was served on a hamburger roll similar to the type from the supermarket (tiny like a slider). I usually expect a whole portobello mushroom, even if it's not huge, on a decent sized bun. Service was fine. Often seems like staff is in training even though they've been open for a while. Two shakes and 2 burgers = 2 much $; not going back anytime soon. read more

definately not going back. nothing wowed me at all. got a chicken sandwich , fries, drink and a shake and with obligated tip which i absolutely hate, i spent $30 for fast food. the sandwich was puny with just coleslaw on top and they called it ''korean style''. the common fries were just blah with no taste, the drink too sweet sugar water, and the shake just ok, more like a fake powder shake. to top it off i left hungry. crappy fast food packaged and marketed as something more than it really is. i cant believe people even go here. read more
