This Taco Bell location recently had a facelift on the inside. New table layout, new wall art and it's a little more efficient. They've gone the route of adding touchscreens for ordering and for people that are not technologically savvy. They will still have someone there to take your order. However, they are often also working in the kitchen, so you might have to wait a little bit if you don't use the touchscreen kiosk. Did drive thru. No longer a cheap option, cant feed your worm for a dollar any more, but this place actually met expectations, meaning taco supreme was nice and full, with meat and fixings. Quite a surprise since more often than not fast food joints I have eaten at don't even meet minimum expectations. And the order was correct (sad that these days, that is an unexpected bonus for paying for food) ! this is consistently my favorite taco bell. we don't eat meat and they have never messed up our order. we ordered through the touch screen & our order came like 4 minutes later no lie. we went to a different taco bell a month ago & waited 45 for an online order... not this one!!! everyone is nice & the atmosphere is surprisingly nice. Don't go to this Taco Bell. It's dirty! Very rude cashier 08/14/21 at 1pm . First of all the women's bathroom was disgusting! Toilet paper everywhere and the other toilet was clogged with toilet people. The cashier acted like she was forced to work the cashier. She kept saying, there is a kiosk to place your order. 2ndly I had a birthday coupon for a free birthday drink. She took my order and then told me that I need to order on line for me to get my free birthday drink. She kept on taking deep breaths and looked annoyed. The food counter where you pick up your order was greasy. The condiments section was dirty and not filled with utensils. I requested a strawberry lemonade slushy. She abruptly said we ran out of lemonade. I ate my meal in my car. The 3 tocos i ordered were poorly made. All 3 taco shells were broken. Hardly had any meat on them. It was more like a lettuce taco. Me and my colleagues went to this establishment to get some grub after A grueling shift at champs at the mall and all of our tacos where mid as hell the shells where cracked and there was no beef in the taco and and a crazy amount of cheese (i'm lactose intolerant) then one of my hard-working colleagues found a sharp, hard foreign object (picture will be below) and he proceeded to choke on it, thank god I know the Heimlich maneuver and I had to save his life while one of my other colleague was driving, overall this experience was hella mid and I will not be returning. read more

My son eats at Taco Bell all the time, he ordered paid waited 35 minutes and the manager said his order never went thru. He went home and TD bank showed the order for $16.39 went through. He went back and showed the manager the TD app and he still said he needed to pay. It's sad really because he drops about $50 a week at Taco Bell. Now they lost the entire families business. Won't be back! Had trouble with the kiosk. Went up to the counter. A young man says "what's wrong?" I said "I am having trouble with the kiosk. May I just order with you?" He says "no ... you have to do it yourself". I said I will just go somewhere else and he says "ok". I was actually thinking about applying for a job there too but now that I see that there is no customer service standard I would never work here. Wasted my Half hour lunch break and left with no food. The cashier sent me to a kiosk to place my order then waited on to people that walked in after me. One of the customers had $100 bill and it turned into a 15 minute discussion with The cashier and the manager. I have a soft spot for cheap, imitation Mexican food. I don't eat at Taco Bell more than once a year but I do enjoy going and have had good experiences in the past. However, this was the first time that I've been to Taco Bell in Montgomeryville, PA and it was not a good experience. They do not have adequate signs explaining their new company policies. Furthermore, they have inaccurate information posted concerning PA safety COVID-19 regulations (their sign states that masking is required when outside and socially distanced). They claim that they have a pickup location at the front door but they were unresponsive when I rang their newly installed door bell. (They probably heard the doorbell since I rang it several times over the course of the next five minutes.) I waited five minutes after ringing their doorbell and then I opened the front door to ask them if I had correctly placed my order or if I needed to try again. They yelled at me and ordered me to shut the door. They gave the distinct impression that they didn't want my business. Simply put, this is a management problem at the Montgomeryville Taco Bell. I don't plan to return. This is the first time that I've ever left a fast-food location without food. Gratefully, I was refunded my money when I canceled my Taco Bell order on their mobile app. (Actually, I ordered twice and was refunded twice as I was trying to learn their mobile app.) We had a wonderful experience and good food when we went down the street to Chick-Fil-A. read more

My husband and I ordered 2 veggie Mexican Pizza and it was terrible. The taste was very bitter. I called at the location to inform them about it and they would not pick up the phone. The time was 9:40pm. We been wanting to eat a tasty Taco Bell meal but every time there is something wrong with our order. I really recommend the staff to serve good meal. If something is not good please throw it out and improve the service. I mean we are spending money to eat a good food. Also, if you are working there; now that you are there make good food and make customers happy. Anyways ... like every reviewer this is also one that will be stacked within other bad reviews. If I would give this place 0 star, then I would. Writing this review just a moment after I ordered from there ( around 5pm on 5/5/18) First, the old lady ( forgot to ask her name and she had nothing to respect so I call her as the old lady ) at the front desk- cashier was rude, racist and unprofessional to me as a customer. When I walked in, she was having problem with the other customer (her order did not have enough items ). Maybe from that, she turned mean to me after that customer left. I placed mobile order and chose drive- thru. But I had the coupon to redeem, it was my first time using coupon, and I knew it would be complicated so I decided to go in cause I didn't want to hold the line at the drive-thru. When I mentioned the coupon and ask how I could use the coupon, right away she rose her voice on me as I was an idiot or she thought I'm asian, not speaking English and trying bully me. I already knew that I could not use coupon with the mobile order. And she just kept repeatedly saying " no control redeem the coupon for mobile order". Additionally, she cut me off every single word I about to say to let her know that I would order different order to use that coupon. Those were just a few showing unprofessional, racist, bully and rude whom she was. Second, when I ordered, I added nacho cheese to every items in my order as the system letting me do that and charging me extra for that ($0.65 ). But she told me that she would not allow to add the nacho cheese because it would mess the grill or something. I was fine with that. When I looked at back my receipt, I was still be charged for the nacho cheese. Then I came up to ask " why am I still be charging for the extra cheese". She said with the abusively voice that she decided to add for me. I believed her. But when I ate at home, there was none. What a liar! I could see that she was trying to trick, kick me away the store as quick as she could. Everytime I ordered, my total order was at least $20-$30 and up. And at this taco bell location, I always have problems with them as: charging me 2 times for 1 order ( not knowing till looking at my credit statement), not giving enough the item in your order ( buying and paying 10 cheesy roll-ups but they give 8 or 9 only ).
