Food is fast and very customizable. Service is like any WaWA. Stores need to be cleaner. All of them. This is an area that needs serious attention. read more

This is a small Wawa located on North Wales Road in Lansdale. The staff is efficient and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. I especially like the ladies who work in the deli. They are the best! read more

Had a great experience here today. Employee, Jason (may have been the manager) saw that I was looking for sizzlis and went out of his way to offer to have one made for me. This was around 1:30pm so I was pleasantly surprised that it was even possible to get a sizzli at this time. Customer service in general was excellent. Will definitely be back :)) read more

Wawa - Storefront location - Convenience Stores Near Me - North Wales, Pennsylvania

DO NOT STOP HERE. This wawa is consistently the worst in the area. Employees don't care about anything, rude and dismissive. Breakfast Sandwiches are never ready and neither is the coffee. The hoagies are also empty. I'm tired of be treated like im bothering them at there JOB. This wawa is a joke and I would highly advise not stopping here at all. Ever. read more

I've been a customer of this Wawa for as long as you can remember. With every turn of employees, I have always been greeted appropriately! From the managers to the staff and I get to know them all with how much I frequent this location. Always a morning greeting and afternoon with each shift. Don't get me wrong there have been some managers and employees that I wasn't exactly fond of but that's any where you go. Being a contractor and business owner myself, I'm always analyzing efficiency, customer service and quality. I will often go out of my way to go to this Wawa rather than the larger fuel ones. You just get a more personal service with this store rather than the line em up and kick them out service of the larger ones. I'm reading some of the other posts on here and I'm surprised at the ratings and comments from others. Sometimes even decency can not correct stupidity. Cry me a river. Over all better than your average Wawa. read more

Wawa is better than ever. Going back to another reviewers comments, Wawa doesn't stock just their brands but they do try and push it a little more than they did. But who cares? Its a marketing push that most people can put up with. Cheap prices, cheap gas prices and quality is better than ever. Living in Chicago now, I miss Wawa but its always nice to go when I am in the area. If you complain about Wawa, visit some of the (crap) gas stations in Chicago; you have it good out here. Wawa is great and I definitely recommend it to anyone. I love it so much I sign up for email newsletters. Yeah... it's that good. read more

Welcome to Wawa..where they no longer stock your favorite drinks or brands because they have stopped carrying them to make room for more Wawa branded junk! Parking here is always a pain, as they have about 8 spots and you have to make an illegal move to turn out going North Bound. Wawa ...schmawa... I wish we had Sheetz or something else in this area.. Wawa is taking over... blah read more

The biggest drawback for this Wawa is the parking and getting in and out of the parking lot. I reccomend parking in the connected shopping center and walking over, and going around to leave from the other shopping centers exit. It's a pain but it'll be less if a headache in the long run. The wawa itself isnt bad but I prefer others in the area. read more

I'm so tired of making excuses for this place. Bottom line they suck. You make a mobile order it's not ready when you get there. They blame.the computer system. You have to go into the location WELL after making a mobile order (think 15 min) and then have to tell someone to look at the compute for said mobile order. . Then they make everything wrong. Wrong cheese, wrong toppings, wrong sides....i can attest to this being the weakest sandwich I've ever seen. Id be better off going to subway. Skimpy as hell, more bread than anything else. Very disappointed. I hold wawa to a high regard and try to get new Yorkers to love the hoagie...cant do it at this horrible location. A purse disgrace. read more

This is the slowest wawa I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. The people making the lattes need better training. They are soooo slow. I try to avoid this store but sometimes I end up having to stop here. read more

This Wawa by far has the best service amongst all the other ones I have been too! You might have a few employees that are so-so in the friendly category but it doesn't overshadow the great service from the majority of the long time dedicated employees. They really go out of their way to know their regular customers and make them feel welcome and that their patronage is appreciated. It is a bit small in size so they may not have every brand you are looking for like the super Wawa's which is the only reason I didn't give them five stars but I guess it's a bit out of their control. If only they could add a second level:) read more

Not happy at all! Being a sandwich shop owner I don't mind grabbing a hoagie at Wawa here and there. Was at the pool with the kids wanted hoagies so I decided to go to the nearest Wawa. So my sons only like Genoa salami and American cheese on their hoagies, so I asked them how I would put that in on the computer. It took the 4th person to tell me they're not able to make it that way because their setups are already made. Really!! So I said you're turning down my business because you can't break up one of your pre made setups. When all you have do is re do the setup. Makes no sense to me!! I was going to buy 4 frigging hoagies too. As a restaurant owner I would NEVER turn down business! Its all about the customer! I guess Wawa doesn't realize that. Remember 15% of customers will leave because of food quality, 15% will leave because of the price but 70% will leave because of customer service. Guess that only leaves them 15%. Remember this when you think about this stupid policy. read more
