Took my 4.5yo daughter to enjoy some time here with food and their playground. I just think Chick-fil-A doesn't disappoint their customers much. This location got big parking lot. Very clean when we step in and staffs are constantly cleaning on tables. I ordered phone via their app and they would bring your order to you, which is great for a mom who also have to watch over a 7mos baby in the stroller. I personally think the playground/play area needs a little upgrade because it's quite small, hahaa. Maybe cause my little one play there from 1.5yo til like 4.5yo now. Even though it isn't that big, she had so much fun. She made new friends, play and run around, go up and down the mini jungle gym and slide down and of course, repeat that couple hundred times. By the time we're leaving, she was sweaty! Food wise, I believe this time the waffle fries aren't crispy enough. But the chicken nuggets were great! They always seem to make mistakes with my order in drive thru and the chicken sandwiches just don't taste as good as other Chick fil a I have been too around my neighborhood. It seems like the people who work here aren't following the same high standards that other restaurants have on their food, or customer service at that. When ever I come to this restaurant, I look forward to be treated respectfully and hearing the thanks for coming and its my pleasure, and this location was lacking it on many of the occasions I have come. Just like many other Chick-fil-A and this one is the same. They get a booming business.... But this location is bad. With Texas road house on one side and golden corell on the other. The parking is a night mare. So just be prepared to driving around looking for spot. The inside is nice. With many seats. And a okay playground for the kids to play. When it comes to the employees... This location is HUGE. They literally have a line to get into line for overflow drive thru. There are two lines for drive through like most banks, I do not believe I have ever seen this before for a quick service restaurant. I've always been a fan of Chick-fil-A but what blew me away today was when I came right when they opened at 10:30AM and did not want waffle fries this early in the morning and they offered me at least four other items to sub in. You can get macoroni and cheese, fruitcup, parfait, chicken noodle soup and I think they offered one more. I went with the chicken noodle soup side which I am still wondering if was the best choice as who can turn down mac and cheese! I probably will not be back to this location as my go to location is the one in Neshaminy but this location was five stars today, great service and great food. Man, what happened to this location? This was our favorite one out of the three in our area. Not so much anymore. I don't think you can use the short staff excuse any longer. We just placed a fairly large order and from the drive thru line to the food, it was horrendous. I'm aware it's a fast food joint and you get what you get but tonight was garbage. The Mac and cheese was burnt and dry. The fries were literally ice cold. Sandwiches were soggy on the bottom, Drinks were wrong and lastly no condiments. What's going on over there? We order from here more than other fast food places because of dietary reasons. Their grilled nuggets are dairy free and don't offer much risk of cross contamination. It's always a gamble ordering from here because 2/3rds of the time the large fries and kale salad is only filled half way. This is problematic because we have to carb count for my type 1 diabetic son. So if we carb count for a full large according to the website and it's about half the carbs, then that is a problem and he could crash. We have things to prevent him having risks if we have to but we shouldn't have to if we are getting what we paid for. The kale salad is half the size it should be almost just as often as the fries being half the size. But 1/10 times we actually get the roasted almonds. read more

We decided to stop for a late lunch at the Chick-fil-A in Bensalem Pennsylvania. The large parking lot was able to accommodate our truck and trailer. There was plenty of friendly staff available to take our order. Others were restocking items in low supply. An extremely impressive young manager carried a large pail of ice in each arm to the front and dumped them in to storage bins. It was good to see her work harder and faster than anyone else there. I would work for a boss like that. The food was good with the consistency I've grown to expect from Chick-fil-A. The restrooms were in bad shape with a lot of water on the floor and no towels to dry your hands in the men's room. They may have just finished the lunch rush and hadn't had a chance to tend to it. I'll give them a pass this time. Overall, a pleasant experience with good tasty food. I'll be back. read more

My favorite location. Admittedly, I'm here atleast 3x a week for either breakfast or lunch. The staff are always very friendly, attentive and I've never had an issue with my order. Going to give them a 4 for what was surprisingly only a 3 star experience. I ordered my meal, a very simple #1 meal. Then I went and sat down and before I realized it was 10 minutes. I went to check on it because I have honestly never waited more than 5 minutes at a chick fil A before (a credit to their usual great service). They told me I was the second order in the queue so I went and sat back down until my food came about 3 minutes later. The woman was very nice and apologized and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich which I was pleasantly surprised by. The food was great as always, just was very unsure how it took 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. There was NOBODY on line and the place was more than half empty. Chicken FILA on Street Road in Bensalem, PA reminds me of a resort. Very modern seating near the register, a play ground for the kids and plenty of tables to fit a crowd. The service was a little lack luster. Ordered online, came in, saw my name on the electric board for ten minutes before spoken to or acknowledged. Eventually a manager approached, who was extremely upbeat and happy, the chick fila way, explained they ran out of the spicy fingers but will be happy to make the regular ones. Disappointed, I agreed and he extended an Oreo milkshake our troubles to me lady plus I and two more coupons for another visit. The food was great. Piping hot. Given they are fairly new with new employees I don't hold the mistake against them. Been here two times. First time in December after a long flight home with the kids. The food was terrible. It was after 9pm. The fries were so salty that they were inedible. The nuggets were soggy the kids would not touch them. I contacted the owner which did little to remedy the situation. He told me to come in and he would replace the items which is a joke after having a bad experience. He should at least comp be meals. Second bad experience was last week. I went through the drive through was in a hurry only order a 12 piece nugget meal. I pull away and my son opens the food after we got on the highway to his game and there was a three piece tender instead of the nuggets. Again the owner said he would replace the item that was wrong. This does not help that the employees there messed up my order. As of now I will not return to this establishment. I visit the one by Neshaminy Mall often. I go out of my way to that one even though this one is 5 min from our house. Was hoping this one would be better. But if ownership and management just don't care what can you do. read more

I utilized drive thru and ordered 4 individual meals including one Chicken Club and when I got it home I noticed it was cold so I put it in the microwave (no big deal but the other three meals were still warm). My wife and I love this restaurant! The food is always hot, fresh and excellent...and the service is with a smile. Chick-fil-A puts the other fast food restaurants to shame in this area. Oh yeah, the peppermint shakes are to die for...we only wish they were available year round, but the other shakes are awesome too! Although the sandwiches are all fantastic, the nuggets are my personal favorite and they are breaded fresh EVERY morning...not made in some factory a month ago and taste like plywood. I love this place!! And so close to home! I stopped in yesterday (have been through the Drive-Thru many times) this is my 2nd time coming inside the store. I had an event worthy of a Chick-fil-a lunch celebration! They ran out of Spicy chicken, (my favorite!) so I got the Original Chicken sandwich, Waffle fries, and a Frosted Coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and is a good family oriented place. The service is always good, the food was hot and fresh, and the price was good for 1 person; less than $10. They have an enclosed play area for small children where parents, guardians can sit and eat while watching their kids,etc. The dining area is very clean and well kept. The only negative part of my visit was hearing a few customers who were sitting near to me shooting off F bombs, in their conversation, near children who could hear what they were saying, etc. Being that people know who Chick-fil-a represents, it would be nice if people would be more consciencious and careful of the words they allow to come out of their mouths when eating there, especially because little ears are hearing what you say. All in all, Chick-fil-a is a great place to enjoy good food with family and friends! As long as their business goes on, me and my family/friends will eat here!
