The store has about three small tables and menu boards off the side and above the main refrigerator holding all the salad stuff. The one main fridge had bountiful selections for the salads. They have several styles as options or you can just create your own. I ended up getting a spring salad and a chicken Caesar salad to go along with an Italian Wedding soup. Everything was nice and fresh. The dressings were in plastic ramekins on the side so you choose how much or little you wanted. The menu boards also included sandwiches which I bet are good, too. The two staffers were friendly and the store appeared to be very clean and bright. I'm guessing they would get a lot of foot traffic as it's on the first floor of an office high rise.
