Excellent lunch today while visiting family in Jenkintown. Clean establishment, friendly service and yummy food. Kids got pizza which they both really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.

Pizza is amazing! Pesto trifekta pie and upside down pepperoni a must. Nice, clean, friendly staff and you can bring you own wine to go with it. Pizza is spot on!

Recently discovered this place! Food is good, BYOB is obviously a plus, and the staff is very friendly. Got a plain and margarita pizza, chicken parm, burrata salad and chicken milanese with burrata (so good) and everything was great. Only negative was the sauce on the margarita pizza and chicken parm was pretty salty and there was a LOT of sauce on there.

I just found this place two weeks ago and already have been there 4 times. The pizza is amazing and the crust is seriously unbeatable. They have one of the best cheesesteaks in the area for sure. I cant wait to try more things this is my new favorite place for sure.

The breakfast slice that the chef gave us. Tasted like sausage and peppers meets breakfast meets perfectly cooked dough. Was so good!!

The best and half price Mondays became a staple in my house for months on end! Hope this doesn't make it too popular that they go away.

If none of those appeal to you, your only alternative is to choose a pasta with a standard sugo (tomato sauce). There are also a couple of sandwich options, but those are limited as well. There's little to no flexibility--if it's not on the menu, they're not likely to accommodate substitutions or custom requests. That said, the two young men I encountered were both professional and not snarky at all in relaying the limitations. It was what it was. I went with rigatoni in sugo, topped with grated Parmesan. The pasta was excellent--perfectly al dente, and the sauce had great flavor and consistency. Authentic and well-prepared. That said, the downsides are hard to ignore. The portion was relatively small, and with a bottle of Italian soda, the total came to $22.58--closer to $30 with tip. There's also no complimentary bread. Focaccia is available for $5, but it didn't look particularly appealing (a bit dark and overly crisp), though I didn't try it. Pros: * Delicious, authentic Italian pasta * Perfect texture and well-balanced sauce * Clean, attractive trattoria setting Cons: * Very limited menu (pasta and a few sandwiches) * No customization or flexibility * Price feels high for the portion size * No complimentary bread Overall, a tasty experience, but the limited menu and value may not work for everyone.

I made a reservation and selected that we were visiting for a celebration and wanted a regular table, not a high top. When we arrived we were escorted to the bar side of the restaurant and brought to a high top. The hostess was happy to move us to a nearby regular table when I mentioned it, which we were happy about. We started with cocktails - a white sangria and one of their signature cocktails - the orange blossom. Both were presented nicely and really good. For our apps we opted for the pizza bread with pesto and calamari. I don't like calamari much, but my bff loves it. However, I ended up having 3 pieces because it was so good. The pizza bread wasn't what I envisioned. It was a very thin, almost flatbread like texture, with a thick layer of pesto. I should have opted for the tomato topping instead. For our entrees, we did the make your own pasta dish with gnocchi, grilled chicken, peas, and a Rosa sauce, the chicken piccata, and a side of the parmesan roasted potatoes. The gnocchi was the standout here. It was pillowy, light, and so flavorful with the Rosa sauce. I could have eaten the whole thing. The chicken piccata was a little strong on the lemon side and the sauce needed to be a bit thicker. If it was served over pasta I think it would have taken it up a notch. The crispy parmesan potatoes were a hit. They were seasoned very well and delicious. They have a selection of desserts as well, but we decided to skip this time around. Our server was hustling and did a great job checking in on us. The establishment feels more like a nicer pizza place than a date night spot, but I'd go back for the gnocchi alone.

I visited for the first time (definitely won't be my last!) on Sunday evening with a few girlfriends. The area is popular due to the Keswick Theatre being nearby, so I definitely recommend a reservation. Every dish here is authentically Italian and made from scratch. It's a BYOB establishment and gives off an early 2000's Tuscan vibe. Props to our waitress, Chelsea, who didn't miss a beat. She made the dining experience so enjoyable. I was with friends that are regulars at Trevi, and she remembered what they typically order. It's clear she genuinely enjoys her job and goes above and beyond for her customers. Our group ordered a few appetizers to start - the Brussels sprouts and fried burrata ravioli were great options for vegetarians like me. The Brussels were seasoned nicely and the fried ravioli was crispy. I highly recommend the eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was thinly sliced and breaded. I asked for spaghetti on the side and it came with the perfect amount of sauce. Chelsea also stopped by with a cheese grater and sprinkled some cheese on top. We couldn't leave without having desserts and there were plenty of those to go around. I personally couldn't wait to try the banana gelato and I was not disappointed one bit! It was thick, creamy and full of banana flavor. From the food, to the service, to the customers, everything you encounter at TreVi is wholesome. The energy inside just makes you feel at home. I look forward to dining here again soon!

The restaurant is beautiful inside, the vibe is upscale but still comfortable, and the staff made us feel taken care of the entire time. The tzatziki was fresh and creamy, the burek was crispy and delicious, and the paella came out perfectly cooked with great seasoning. If you're looking for a great Mediterranean spot with quality food and great service, this place is a must. We'll definitely be coming back.

My husband got a small plain pizza and I got a chicken gyro & Italian wedding soup. My husband said the pizza was okay but that's all I could get out of him. I asked how the crust was and he said okay. I asked about the sauce and he said it was okay. I asked him if it lacked salt and he said no. The only thing he would say beyond that was that the pizza we make is much better. We perfected our recipe during the pandemic and it is pretty killer. He saved his leftover slices so I tasted the one that was left in the box and I thought the sauce was too sweet. I personally did not care for the overall flavor of the crust or the sauce. The garlic knots that came with the soup were dry and tough. The soup itself was very bland, lacked salt, and had a layer of grease on top. There were exactly TWO tiny meatballs in the soup and they tasted like unseasoned ground beef. The wedding soup I make (I use Rao's recipe) is far superior, but I don't always feel like making my own. It would be nice to be able to buy a good soup, but this was not it. I took two bites and threw the rest away. The fries with the chicken gyro also lacked salt! The bread for the gyro was very good and the chicken strips were good and PLENTY but they also lacked salt. lol I hate overly salted food but I have to assume that whoever cooks here doesn't understand the nuances of using salt. The sandwich had very little tzatziki sauce so it tasted dry. It seems ridiculous to complain about too much chicken, but the abundance of chicken didn't help the quality of the sandwich; it made it harder to eat because the chicken kept falling out of the sandwich. I finally deconstructed the sandwich but it needed less chicken, more sauce, and some salt. I'm glad we tried Luigi's. It had been on my radar for some time. Unfortunately, it is not what we were hoping for. It's sad that we have so many pizza shops around us but not even a handful that we would recommend. We will try Renato's in Glenside next.

We went there this morning to pick up a raisin challah - we were making French Toast! The challah is excellent - rich, soft and sweet, it has a tender, delicious taste. The raisins added an extra touch of sweetness to the French Toast. Then there are the numerous pastries and cookies. We decided to get a few Hamentashen (chocolate and poppy), a raspberry croissant, a chocolate and a raspberry rugelach, and the most amazing looking Sticky Bun. I'll start with the Sticky Bun. It was exceptional; a soft, fluffy, and slightly chewy dough - challah like, but denser. It was laced with a sticky, caramelized glaze, studded with raisins and walnuts. It was 'melt in your mouth delicious', and a must try. Next up - the raspberry croissant. This is not your typical croissant - I'm used to the plain, or chocolate - I can't recall having a raspberry croissant before. It's one of the best I've had. It combines a flaky buttery croissant with a sweet, tart raspberry filling. The Hamentashen were good - the chocolate was better than the poppyseed - as the later needed much more Mohn (poppyseed paste). The rugelach was good; the raspberry was too sticky, but the chocolate was fine. If you're near Elkins Park, and you haven't tried Rolings Bakery, it's time you did!
