This is a solid chipotle experience! The staff is kind enough for college kids, the chips are usually fresh and the portions are good. Restaurant is mostly clean and in order. This location is a bit busier than the Circle one. I'm grateful for their parking lot. read more

My parter and I both ordered bowls in-person at the counter. This was the amount of food she received (left) with a near identical order (bean type only difference). She asked for more rice which would have equated to a full scoop and they did not give more. The same person served us and that is no where near the same amount of food. Disappointing and frustrating. read more

It's Chipotle ran by college students. Do they do great? No. Do they have attitude and play card games in front of your face? yes! Do they give you the correct 4oz serving sizes? No. Is it chipotles amazing taste? Yes. Shoutout the cooks really holding it down read more

Brenda at the Corvallis Oregon Chipotle rocks! Somebody spilled my entire bowl and not only did she zoom to clean it, she replaced my bowl at no cost. Stellar service and an A+ employee. Thank you Chipotle! read more

Service is cracked in the best way, that was the fastest service I've ever received in my life.

We ordered online and food was ready on time. Generous portions and good flavors. I got a burrito bowl and two tortilla wraps for under $13. Couldn't finish and had it for lunch. They really give you extra, when ordering extra. Great deal! read more

I literally laughed when we came and they were out of ice as we'd been warned by previous Yelp reviews. Everything else was fine. We ordered via the app and the food was ready quickly. It was prepared as expected and good. We didn't stay to eat but the dining area was clean as we walked through it. The pickup window for mobile orders is out front, by the way. All employees that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Truly no issues other than the lack of ice. read more

We stopped by for lunch before the big OSU Beavers game. The experience was okay. Food was good and service was good. The restaurant was not up to par. The soda machine had no ice and half the soda selections were not available. The restrooms and dining area were not clean. Kind of disappointing. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - a view of the outside of the restaurant - Mexican Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

This was so unprofessional, can here Saturday 4/12 and got my ENTIRE order wrong, we can back because they missed stuff too and told us to "check our back next time" how about you get the order right the first time? So inconsiderate and makes customers feel bad for asking them to do their job. Overall bad experience won't go here again. Such disappointment. Food was wrong on both sides for kids meals as well. read more

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was hostile and confrontational right from the start, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. They forgot a large queso and chips, and on top of that, both kids meals had the wrong sides. Drink station was dirty, just overall bad experience and the help AI is awful. Definitely not coming back. read more

I love this chipotle. I eat here weekly. However, the AI phone machine is quite possibly the worst thing I have rn ever worked with in my life. I had to call 4 times to finally get through to an employee to just ask a question about my delivery order. I literally have never been so frustrated with an answering service in my life. Absolutely horrid system there, otherwise the chipotle is great. read more

this is ridiculous. I ordered for pickup so I wasn't there when they made this. but look at the proportion. my boyfriend got one too and it didn't even fill up half. definitely recommend ordering there so you can tell him how much you like. honestly ridiculous. my guac was also old, and brown. 1/10 experience, Lady drenched burrito in sour cream, burrito not tightly wrapped so all contents were dripping out of the burrito. Chips were SO stale had to exchange for a new bag, and it was still stale. If i'm going to pay almost $2 for a small cup of queso the container should not only be filled halfway. read more

I've never had a bad experience eating or ordering at the restaurant- the food is always amazing (I love their burritos) it's nothing special, but I love it. The only times I've had bad experiences are ordering online or ordering via Doordash. I would highly recommend not doing those, as multiple ingredients have been missing when I've done that before, and ingredients have been in incredibly small amounts. Order in person and the food will be good read more

The most three star restaurant to ever exist. It's food. Perfectly fine; nothing special. Their chips are really good (when they're not stale at least). I wish they hadn't gotten rid of the chicken al pastor. It was the best meat on the menu. read more

Awful service. Ordered a very simple bowl three separate times online and each time it was heinously wrong. I got delivered a straight bowl of sour cream on my second attempt after my first attempt became a plain bowl of rice. Not sure what's going on there but this was a little more than ridiculous read more

Unhelpful management. I don't recommend using the app because if you make a mistake they are not there to help.

This Chipotle was the worst I've ever been too. You expect when your paying over $30.00 for your food that consisted of a burrito bowl and a regular burrito you should have it at least have decent amount of food in your bowl and burrito . As soon as I said something about it the staff became very rude and one even rolled her eyes, the food was Luke warm and the restaurant was dirty. I took the survey on my receipt and of course no response back. So sad why have a survey if your not going to reach out to a customer. They have lost my business. Sadly I had to give them a star which they don't deserve. read more

I usually don't give fast food places reviews, but this one deserved it. I was just there, to grab a quick dinner while heading home to the coast, at around 7:40-8pm on July 23rd, and three women worked there who were very sweet and generous. My salad bowl was piled on ungreedily, and I had zero issues with asking for extra salsa in a to-go container. I also had already ordered chicken (I always get chicken), but then noticed the barbacoa. I asked if she could throw on a little piece for me to try it, and she also did this with zero issue. I'm glad she did, because it was amazing and next time I'm getting the barbacoa. It's wayyy better than the chicken--super soft and flavorful. I've always felt that Chipotle was a better, healthier option than any other fast food out there, and I always feel great after eating it. The best part? Their one bowl feeds me twice, as it's so big I always have leftovers for later. PS. Another thing I had to compliment is that the salad is usually just romaine. This Chipotle has other types of leaves too, which was a pleasant and yummy surprise. PPS. I'm not usually all about chain restaurants in cute little towns (I choose to live in a quaint little town to avoid the big chains and mega-businesses and instead go for the unique mom-and-pop places), but Newport, OR needs a Chipotle. read more

Wish yall had name tags so this wouldn't be directed at the whole store. Been here the whole year without problems and this one guy who built my order i guess couldn't hear me so he responded with "You said what?" with a dumb look on his face almost everytime i asked for something to be added. Maybe don't hire every college kid that walks in here asking for a job. read more

Food is below average compared to the other chipotle restaurants I've been to. The people that work here are often nice but sometimes you get the occasional person that is rude and gives you half a scoop of rice for an $10 bowl. This location is a complete joke, I walked in one time to get a chicken bowl and they were out of rice, chicken, black beans and cheese. It's honestly laughable like you're in an SNL skit or something. Whoever owns this chipotle needs to take a serious look in the mirror and ask for help on how to properly run an establishment. read more

Somehow always out of white rice, black beans, and sometimes even chicken and lettuce

Maybe if the lady managing the place could put a smile on her face it would be a much more enjoyable experience. Food was cold.

Yesterday I went to the Corvallis Chipotle to buy lunch for a friend and myself, and after they made the food, before I had payed--I asked for an application. Now I had worked there before and voluntarily left for a better job--I left on good standing. I was DENIED an application and HUMILIATED in front of the whole line of customers AND the whole crew when the manager, Spencer, talked very loudly over the line-counter that he would "never have me work for him" on the basis of a mental illness I struggle with. And when I didn't understand him, he continued to reiterate and stated specifically--in front of EVERYONE in the front of the store, that he would never have me because of past suicide attempts. After I stood up for myself, he told me to leave the restaurant. This is not equal opportunity. It is discrimination in the highest degree. read more

Now first off...no I wouldn't give Chipotles 5 stars in my ideal world. In my ideal world, there would still be mom and pop diners with real world charm amd Chipotles would get a 2 or 3. But I am giving them a 5 star rating because in the corporate hegemony that litters the highways of my country, Chipotles offers some things that I value while many others don't. First, they often have a reasonable pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the surprisingly fresh tasting food. Next they use almost all recyclable packaging (paper and cardboard). They had some decent choices, and even made some healthy prospects on the kids'menu. So when you are in your town or city, support the great local joint. But when your choices are only corporate chains, Chipotles is a good choice. read more

Locally produced meats and gathered veggies make any Chipotle location and must consider lunch destination for Tex-Mex. The portions are fantastic regardless of if you choose a burrito or bowl. They also have quesadilla, salad, and taco options although they are less commonly ordered. Vegetarians don't worry, they have a spicy tofu blend that is quite tasty for even a meat eater. I suggest occasionally changing it up but my go-to is always the chicken bowl with brown rice and black beans. The guac is expensive as an add on but delicious if you are willing to splurge. A quick to go option as well if you have to get to class or back to the office. read more

as a colorblind man, I wasn't sure which rice was the brown rice or which rice was the white rice. Don't get me wrong I love chipotle. However this location is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The workers attitudes are absolutely horrible, and trust me I understand a bad day here and there but I've been there 15+ times and have had maybe 2 good experiences. They were also "out of chips" one time but had a wall full of them for their online orders? And then the people behind me complained that they couldn't get chips so they gave it to them. So I ordered a bag of chips online and they gladly gave them to me...so annoying... I never write reviews but this place just flat out stinks read more

My boyfriend and I come here all the time and have always had a good experience until yesterday. He mobile ordered and after standing at the pick up window for a few minutes he asked if his order was ready. The guy at the window said he didn't have an order with my boyfriends name and even after checking my boyfriends confirmation email, the guy at the window said there was nothing he could do. Mind you my boyfriend was the only one in line at the pickup window. So not only did Chipotle charge his card, but the employees were rude and unhelpful. I love eating here but due to this service unfortunately we won't be back. read more

I never write reviews and love chipotle, but this location is the absolute worst for one reason. They skimp out on every item that you order. Most people go to chipotle to get the best bang for the buck and a large serving, but here, they give you the least that they possibly get away with. 2 grains of rice, one bean, a small scoop of chicken, and a sad sad customer:( AND THEY STARTED CHARGING $2 EXTRA FOR VINAIGRETTE SAUCE! Cmon man, you're killing me! This violates the terms set out by the Vienna Convention in 1961. I'm going full Karen mode here, take me to your CEO. read more

At first it seemed so nice! The food was a little cold, the workers had major attitudes. Overall it was mid

I hate writing poor reviews but this location is just so inconsistent they don't deserve any better. I love chipotle one of my favorite lunch places, I know that chipotle isn't losing any business over a two star review but I feel other people should lower their expectations IF you're in Corvallis Oregon and plan on coming here. I've had a few good bowls from this location but so often they just make weird mistakes. Steak doesn't taste normal, missing items, chips aren't the normal chips they're like store bought chips with lime squeezed on them. I really don't know what is wrong with this particular location. I'd still eat here but beware you might miss something you're used to. Like loose guac :) Just strange. read more

The Burrito is very delicious. I am a vegan and I have the option to make it vegan putting all of the veggies I enjoy.

Been to this chipotle like 4 times and everytime it's a wack experience. My dog can literally wrap a burrito better than this team of workers. I ordered extra queso because It's Saturday and it's my cheat day and when they wrapped my burrito I watched as all of the queso in said burrito oozed out of it. A heartbreaking sight to see. I even double wrapped it to prevent this atrocity and the agony that ensued. I got home to eat it and lo an behold the burrito spontaneously exploded in my hands requiring me to put it in a bowl. SAD. Will not go back again. I can't keep getting my heart broken. read more

I've never been to Chipotle despite living near one back home. I always wanted to go but I always heard such mix reviews so it kind of put me off until now. The reviews for this location only confirm that this is really a love/hate place. I got the veggie burrito and I don't know if its just me but I thought it was kind of small. The peppers and onions were also extremely oily and the rice was dry and flavorless. I would only come here again if I was forced to. The service is nice and the place is really clean. Make sure to try your burrito with the chipotle hot sauce or whatever its called. Haha. Its on the table with the napkins and stuff. read more

By far the best chipotle I've been to, great portion sizes. I'm eating my bowl right now and love every bite

Look, man. It's Chipotle. Organic, local meat and veggies when available. Hip vibe. Good service. There's nothing I dislike about the place except speed. Back east the Latino staff at the locations breeze through a crowd in no time. Here, the service can bog down if a line forms. Otherwise the service is spectacular for one of these places. I eat here a lot. You should too. read more
