Received great service from this company and would definitely recommend. Grace did a great job in explaining the process over the phone and getting me booked for multiple services (roof wash, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and power washing my driveway and walkways). Cory and his crew (Chris and Trevor) did an excellent job all around and were very polite and professional. Cory went over the work that needed to be done, walking around the house with me beforehand, and again explained the process to make sure I understood. Chris even helped me get a temporary fix for some broken siding on my chimney, nailing a couple of boards and stapling some plastic sheeting I had for a quick fix! This isn't a service that they offer but I asked if they might be able to do anything as an interim fix for fear of additional water damage since I had a repairman show up the day before that said he wouldn't be able to fix it due to the hazard of being on the roof in the rain. Chris gave it a quick inspection and told me it looked like an easy thing to do on his part. Great job going above and beyond! This is one of the most professional businesses I've dealt with in terms of home maintenance. The final invoice I received was a good deal lower than the original quote. Both Cory and Grace explained beforehand that may be the case, as they would rather overshoot the quote than surprise the homeowner after the job was done. Chinook explained everything in great detail for me, gave me no surprise expenses, and the company is bonded and insured, which is more than I can say for several other companies I've browsed through. There may be cheaper companies you can find, but I doubt you'll get the same level of service or peace of mind. read more

I very much dislike Yelp. I encourage you if you are scouting companies based on reviews to look at reviews elsewhere. If yelp isn't going to create a forum for business's to defend themselves or correct a rare unhappy customer experience then they should at least take the time to look into fraudulent reviews. For example Chinook Services doesn't have a James W. in their database. The review above is not a true experience. If it was I promise you Jay the owner would have gone to the greatest of lengths to correct the situation. He would have gone as far as to buy James a new leaf blower. But there was no customer by the name, no disgruntled customer call, and no leaf blower missing to replace. Chinook Services goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. It's their livelihood. On the other side of the coin prospective customers deserve honest ratings to base their investments upon. Because of the above fraudulent claim, who knows how many customers will miss out on a positive experience with an honest, local, family owned company, that has A+ ratings everywhere else EXCEPT Yelp. read more

We had a great experience with Chinook Services. We were in need of a thorough roof cleaning service and chose the "soft wash method" offered by Chinook Services. We did some research and learned that this was the safest method to gently clean your roof while preserving the integrity of the roof (i.e. not void your roof warranty). By all means, avoid any high pressure washing of your roof as it will damage your roof! Charles and Alex showed up on time at our home and were very nice and professional. They inspected our roof and explained how the overall process would work before they started. They worked very efficiently while cleaning up any moss debris and were careful to rinse windows and the perimeter grounds of the house when any over spray occurred. By the time they were done there were no traces that they were there other than we had clean gutters and the entire roof had been treated. We will be going back to them for this service and related services they offer in the future. read more

Refreshing experience from my first contact with Nicole to the follow up during and after the service. This company stands out in every way and I cannot recommend them enough! They are easy to get a hold of, consistently professional, their estimate came in a little lower than some of their competitors and they had it back to us the very next day. They told us that we would be contacted again upon arrival and like clockwork---we were. Corey was the one that provided service and called us upon arrival (they showed up exactly as scheduled) and after they had finished to go over everything with me. First time using Chinook Services for window washing. Scheduling online was very easy, which also included a quote. Prior to getting the windows washed I was sent the quote and confirmation for the time I scheduled. Cory texted me on the day of the appointment to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived, before coming in the house, he removed his shoes. He answered any questions I had, was very professional & polite. He continued to clean inside & outside windows plus skylights. He took his time to make sure the job was done to the company's standards. Cory did an outstanding job!! We've had our windows cleaned by other companies but Chinook Services / Cory I was very impressed with. Their scheduling to cleaning was the best!! Chinook Services apparently does windows, roof cleaning, lawn, and gutters. They also have 3 companies on Yelp.com!! (thought it was 2) but they all have the same website. I had them out to remove moss on my roof. My house is 3600sf and they sprayed for moss. They were here for just under 2 hours. It cost $995. Some moss died but it grew back in a few months. I used the warranty and they came and sprayed again (about 45 mins.). It is already growing back in less than a month. I had another company come out yesterday. They took video and pics of all the moss and they said moss was still alive. For full moss removal, and treatment it will cost me $990 to do it the correct way -in less than a year since Chinook was here originally. I'm leaving this review on all yelp sites. These guys are a scam for moss removal. read more

We've used Chinook Services for a few years and for several tasks. Their crews are terrific. They arrive on time, confirm the job to be done and then get to work right away. They've treated our roof for moss, cleaned our gutters and washed our windows; doing a fine job each time. An area for improvement is to thoroughly check the job before the crew leaves so they don't need to be called back for a minor touch up. There's never any hesitation to send the crew back out and they do so promptly. I'd appreciate if the crew would be a bit more critical of their work before leaving the site - it would save both the company and customer precious time in call backs. That said, this is a great company, and their teams seem to enjoy their work and working for the company. I will call them again. read more

AMAZING WORK!!!! This is the fourth time we've hired Chinook to work on our home. And once again the finished result is beautiful!! Today they washed the entire outside of our home, including the fronts of the gutters. The house is so bright and clean!! It looks like we freshly painted it. They also cleaned the exterior and interior windows. Again, sparkly and clean!! It would take us many days to accomplish what they did today. Chinook's workmanship is top notch. Used Chinook Services for the first time this past Saturday and would highly recommend them to anyone. I submitted a request via their website and less than 24 hours later I was contact by a representative, I needed 2 couches and a very heavy glass table picked up and taken to the dump and additionally my new couch picked up and brought to my home. Jordan did my windows yesterday and arrived at 3:30 when the glass !temperature must have been around 104 degrees. He paced himself doing the inner windows first, then the outer which were still pretty hot in 94 degree weather. He did a wonderful job, and even went around again to check that the windows did OK in this extreme heat and didn't streak or spot (they didn't). I hired Chinook Services to clean the roof of my house. Two-person team Jimmy and Juan were easy to work with - polite, friendly, and efficient. My neighbor's large tree drops a lot of pine cones and needles on the front section of the roof and they collect in the valleys and on the gutter covers at the front of the house, sticking in sap that also drips from the tree. Now, not only is my roof super-clean, the yard around my house is immaculate where they cleaned up all the detritus removed from the roof. They went above and beyond. I have been using Chinook Services for our window cleaning for approximately the last 5 years.They have always been professional and have done an excellent job. This time however they exceeded our expectations. Bradley and Juan were both so polite. They worked extremely hard and got the job done quickly. I can't even find one streak on our windows. We have a LOT of windows!! One of our screen frames bent when they replaced it and instead of ignoring it and hiding what happened they told us and took it with them to replace/fix it. We had an exterior "soft wash" and exterior window cleaning to remove spiders and their webs/nests that had taken over our picture windows. Corey provided excellent service. He was sociable, knowledgeable, very conscientious/thorough and went over some areas twice to remove spiders that came out of the eves and attempted to reinhabit the windows after the siding was washed. He reviewed the exterior with me in detail afterwards and even got out a ladder and climbed on the roof to further scrub spider droppings off the vinyl ledges of my window exteriors. read more

Chinook arrived on time and ready to go. First they hung my Christmas lights. They cleaned my gutters. Then they treated the moss on my roof with a special product approved by the roofing manufacturer. Lastly they washed my windows, wiped the screens clean and even cleaned the window tracks and ledges. They worked quickly and politely. They had to move flower pots and furniture and moved everything back to their places. This is the 3rd time I've had services performed by Chinook & I'll call them again next time I need something done. read more
