Wow wow wow! I am late to the party but geez this is such a great gem in Carson. I ordered the steak bowl and oh my the steak was juicy. It's simple like how could you mess this up? Had a great lunch at Chinollo with the fam. We ordered a burger with truffle fries and a bowl with chicken over white rice. They don't have regular soft drinks here so we ordered two iced teas (no refills, fyi). Seems like a lot of folks order for delivery or take out. They have some outdoor seating and limited indoor seating. There's two unisex bathrooms and.some self serve water available. I will say that the overall cleanliness of the tables and the bathrooms leaves a little to be desired. The tables smelled sour like they didn't sanitize the towels after cleaning and the bathrooms had a mildew smell. So I ended up wiping down our table with an alcohol cloth before we ate. The food was perfectly seasoned and proportioned. The service could have been friendlier or more helpful. Between the cleanliness and service, I had to reduce my rating in consideration of this. Overall, the food was great and moderately priced. For the price of the iced tea, one would expect refills but that is not their policy here. I think they are getting mostly delivery business which doesn't care about cleanliness m, seating or refills. read more

Me and my coworkers just love this place! We have been dining in here,had countless deliveries and picked up many food items. Until now,this is still our first choice. My fave is the El Vegan Burrito. It's packed with all the essential veggies and is super tasty. It comes with chips and salsa. I usually get a refreshment drink. Other items that I order are the Edamame Wontons and Sweet Potato Fries. We have definitely enjoyed every food here. My co workers always get their bowls,shrimp or fish tacos. A cool addition to Carson! Been going here every now and then for the past few years and it's been a cool spot to get interesting fusion food. The best I can explain is American-Mexican-Asian fusion. There's rice bowls, salads, burgers and burritos for every palate and it's kk quite tasty too! Be ready to wait a little as every time I've been here I always have to wait a decent amount of time--at least the food is served up fresh haha! Horrible!!! I ordered a raw veggie plate raw veggies only with grilled chicken and no sauce/dressing. What do I get? I plate full of cooked veggies with mayo Sriracha sauce and barely any veggies. I go to the counter and the server tells me we'll that's what you ordered. Raw veggies is the base exactly, raw salad only. He doesn't offer to fix it to make it a raw veggies only beccause apparently the grilled hot veggies are considered to be raw. Horrible $20. TThrowing away $20 on a plate that he refused to fix because that's the way it comes. The receipt reads raw veggies with grilled chicken and no sauce. Will not be returning. read more

*vegan review disclaimer* I've stopped by during my lunch break a few times now and appreciate the freshness of ingredients. The location welcoming with indoor seating and a a few tables outside. I prefer the Green Burger overall. While it's not the best vegan burger around, I appreciate the house-made patty. I think some non-dairy cheese would really elevate this option. I tried the El Vegan Burrito and while the ingredients were good, it was moist and felt like it would've been better as a bowl. Everything I had tasted fresh. I think with some improvements to the vegan options it could be so so so good. read more

What can I say about this place? The food is incredible. I ordered the Thai Chicken Bowl, the meat was seasoned and tender. The curry sauce was top notch and the veggies were great as well. I highly suggest you try this spot out if you're ever in the area. You have a choice to select rice or butter noodles. You can't go wrong with either but the noodles were pretty good. Perfection! First time here and went with the Chinese chicken salad and couldn't have been more satisfied! Went in on a Friday just before 1pm and very busy, they have counter ordering and kiosks as well. Very spacey and lots of seating, lots of options depending on what you're in the mood for. Def will be back to check out other items on the menu and the drinks sound pretty tasty as well. Even during a busy day the wait time was not bad. It was a refreshing and hydrating choice--light, fruity, and perfect for a quick pick-me-up. For the main course, I tried the Saltado Peruano, a dish featuring thick cut onions, tomatoes, french fries, and chicken (with some sauces). I added the base of garlic noodles. I love the El Vegan burrito! I've had it twice and the burrito is jam packed with delicious roasted veggies, avocado, rice and black beans and with the salsa on the side. It's like having a chipotle burrito but a vegan option haha! No but for real I think this is my go to item here. I've also tried the pork belly banh mi and it was also delicious. It's on ciabatta bread. Kale Berry salad. Good! Especially since they used young kale green. The dressing though is really good. Really, really good! Overall I felt healthy eating these items. We got EVERYTHING on the menu! Ok not really. My husband discovered this place when he worked in the area because it's gluten free and a fun fusion restaurant! They support local farms and everything is so fresh ans tasty! There's a ton of drink choices too - we got pomegranate orange tea and summer coolness cucumber drink. You can tell both are homemade. I got the pork belly banh mi (WOW) and my husband got the steak bowl that i cant spell. We also split the mahi fish tacos and the truffle fries. it came out FAST and hot. El Vegan Burrito (4): Jam packed with roasted veggies. Served with chips and salsa. Great size that will fill you up. That salsa had a good kick which I liked. All the ingredients were fresh. I enjoyed this burrito, I just wish there were some options on sauces or salsas. That salsa was fantastic but it disappeared after 2 bites. Spicy Vegan Chili (4): Just saw this on their little chalkboard and it sounded good so I got it. I didn't feel like it was very spicy. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. They did a good job with the beans and avocado. I did have to add my own hot sauce though. So far so good. I just recently (in the last month) started eating only veggies and fish. When I tell you that this farm veggie bowl is really healthy.and good, It is. Here's the way that I get it: ancient grains rice, which is their version of brown rice, and black beans for my protein. What really makes it is the fresh broccoli that is still green and the potatoes two ways - sweet potato and russet potato chucks - and the cashew sauce. I get it on the side. Today I got the Kale berry salad also to have later on. I didn't realize it comes with a piece of bread. Husband can have that. If you are trying to add more vegetables and greens to your diet, this bowl is perfect. The bowl was so tasty - sorry I took pic after I had already eaten a lot.
