Wow, creative drink and food menu. Hubs loved his Chicken Tinga Happy Hour Tostadas, and I devoured my Beet Tosadas. Draft beer and a special cocktail rounded out our first Happy Hour here. They were busy just after 4pm on Friday. Jonathan was fabulous as our server, and we found out this is a sister restaurant to Sonrisa Grill in Lake Las Vegas. Located on Water Street, we had easy street parking. They had a vegan sushi roll and a few other things for me to try, many dishes (and libations!) which looked good to the hubs for next time.

Visited Chinitas on 2/14 for a quick brunch. Ordered the carnitas fries, birria egg rolls, and salmon and lemon sushi roll (forgot the specific name). The food tasted delicious and paired well with the drink I got. Since it was Valentine's Day, the venue was hosting a Galentine's event in the patio and also had a DJ. Everything was nicely decorated, and I even heard the DJ state song requests were free, a nice touch. Service was quick, and everything tasted delicious. Will definitely have to frequent Chinitas a bit more and keep an eye out for the events they are having.

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: Plenty Perk: Food Non-Perk: Booths are not comfy Ambiance: Bar with a fun twist Dress: Business Casual Noise: Low Temperature: Perfect Recommend: 100% Response Time: N/A Professionalism: On point Date: 1/18/2026 Dissertation: Stopped in here on a beautiful outing. Ordered one Thai Daisy and somehow ended up with a few... zero regrets! My husband's spicy mango mule was so good he's still talking about it. We started in the dining room with the great and super attentive Violet, who was lovely, but my back quickly voted "no" on the booths, totally not her fault. Not sure why they have the center of the back rest protruding out, very uncomfortable. We moved to the bar where Matt took great care of us, one of the best decisions of the night! Brussels sprouts had a serious kick but were insanely good and were extremely addictive. The Taco Trio was unreal, every....single....one. Closed it out with the Wagyu sliders and fries, which were both just as amazing.

Located in the Water Street District. Food was great service was a complete meltdown. Seated right away during happy hour on 3.13.26. First timer not off to a good start. Waiters and Waitress's passed by back our and forth our table and no one asked if we have been helped Until Shana walked over and saved the day as we were getting ready to leave. Shana was great very service oriented and in my opinion very diligent and pays attention to what is going on in the restaurant. Thank you again Shana

We decided to try this spot based on the strong Yelp reviews, and overall the food definitely lived up to the hype. We ordered a good variety: General Tso's chicken tacos, poke nachos, birria egg rolls, surf & turf fried rice, wagyu sliders with fries, salmon nigiri, and spicy scallop hand rolls. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared--no complaints on the food side at all. The ambiance was a big plus. The place was clean, had a great vibe, and there was a DJ playing good music which added to the experience. You can also walk by a window and see into the kitchen, which was a nice touch. Where things fell short was the service. When we walked in, there wasn't much of a greeting and it took a bit to get seated. After that, it felt like we were waiting quite a while at each step--getting greeted, ordering drinks, and then placing our food order. The food itself came out in a reasonable time. The staff was friendly throughout, but it seemed like our server was stretched too thin. One small detail, but worth noting--no ramekins were provided for soy sauce or wasabi with the sushi, which felt a bit unusual. The total came out to around $175, and at that price point, I'd expect a smoother experience from start to finish. Overall, great food and atmosphere, friendly staff, but inconsistent service. Not sure I'd go back.

On a whim we decided to go on a Monday after learning they have all day happy hour on Mondays. We arrived around 1:30 pm and it wasn't busy at all! Feels more like a sports bar, but it wasn't too loud. There are TV's all around to watch games and nice outdoor seating area. We received a friendly greeting, seated at a booth, and got the run down on all the specials. We ordered a number of things: Chicken lettuce cups: I wasn't expecting the chicken to be served cold, but it was very good. Salt & Pepper wings: Very tasty and crispy Blackened shrimp tacos: Flavorful Shrimp fried rice: amazingly good, jumbo shrimp, and enough to share The price point was perfect. We will be back!

Here at Chinitas on Water Street, you will find a mixed fusion of Japanese and Mexican food. We walked in and we were seated right away, where a live DJ was present on the outdoor patio. Reservations are recommended during peak hours, but that didn't matter to us since we got here later in the night. Kyle and I have had sushi on our minds for a while now and we immediately looked at the sushi menu. But first, we decided to share an appetizer of birria eggrolls, which were topped with cilantro and pickled onions. These were really good! Whenever we go to a Japanese restaurant, Kyle always orders a thing of nigiri on the side along with his sushi. Nigiri is a sometimes kind of dish for me because I'll never know how many sushi rolls I'll get, and I'm that someone who gets full easily. I ordered the Hawaiian Roll and Kyle ordered the Baka Roll, along with the salmon nigiri. The first and last Hawaiian Roll on my plate had a crunchy shrimp tail attached on one side, which ended up adding more of that fishy flavor to it. The Baka Roll came with a thing of noodles and was topped with I believe were crunchy onions, drizzled with numerous sauces. Before we left, I went to go use the restroom and they were very clean, although I did have some trouble locking the stall door at first. A clean restroom is something that I always expect when I visit a restaurant. If you're a happy hour fan, Monday is definitely the best day to be here, as they have this all day on Monday's. They are also making a difference during the month of September, where if one buys the Teal Drink, a portion of its' proceeds will go to the NOCC (National Ovarian Cancer Coalition), as September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

The food ans drinks at Chinitas are always amazing! This is one of my favorite restaurants!

Amazing service! Great food and drinks, especially on Happy Hour. The live music is enjoyable and a great area to eat before or after my sons hockey game.

Service and atmosphere were both solid. Parking can be a challenge since it's mostly street parking in the water district. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked in on us often. The bathroom was also clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The food looked appealing, but the quality didn't fully match the presentation. The tacos and the chicken and beet tostadas were the highlights--fresh and flavorful. However, the other appetizers on the happy hour specials fell short. Particularly, the corn ribs in particular didn't work for me, as the sauces were overly sweet. Overall, it was an okay experience. While not everything hit the mark, there's enough potential here that I'd give it another try, mainly for the dishes I enjoyed.

    Jen C.

Known for its tapas and sushi, Chinitas brings a Mexican and Asian vibe. The bar line was a bit disorganized but the bartenders poured it well. I got a strawberry cucumber limeade that was super refreshing to balance out the bold flavors of the food. Out of the apps, the pork wontons were super crispy and flavorful with a sweet spicy and sticky sauce drizzle are worth coming back for. The churros had good flavor but were a bit oily and overfried. The decor is great and definitely Instagrammable for this who want it.

When people ask me for restaurant recommendations, this spot is always at the top of my list. I love the vibes here, especially with the live music. It's one of my favorite places to come with a group of girlfriends. There are fun little games outside, so I usually like to sit out there and hang out. This place is great for both brunch and dinner--I've been here for food and drinks at different times, and it never disappoints. The drinks are awesome, and the staff is always super nice and friendly. I've never had to wait long, which is a huge plus. Whether you're coming for a date night or a ladies' brunch, this place is a great choice and always a good time.

Service was great! We got seated right away and our server was very attentive. We came in during happy hour on Monday (ALL DAY BTW) and ordered off both the happy hour and regular menu. The resturant was pretty big and could accommodate a lot of people and great ambiance. Food: Salmon poke 10/10: SOO MUCH FLAVOR and it comes w a good amount of fish. I would def order it again. It was fresh bc of the yuzu sauce but also creamy because of the spicy mayo. So delicious! Lettuce chicken cups (happy hour menu) 7/10: these had a peanuty taste and I enjoyed it! But nothin overly special. Chicken tinga tostada 5/10 (HH menu) these were okay. The sauce a bit too sweet for me but they really did pack the chicken on!! Chicken taquitos 7/10: good flavor and it wasn't dry! I enjoyed them. Overall the salmon poke was def a stand out. Can't wait to go back to try their other dishes!

The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. I also met the head chef, Eduardo, he was the one who prepared the soup, it's superb! I wish more people know about this fantastic restaurant. Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Everyone in the staff is kind and accommodating, including Juan, he gave helpful directions where to find them. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Joaquin recommends to try Malay Curry Lime Salmon, it's a spicy dish but they can modify to make it not spicy which is great!

The decor is beautiful and modern with subtle traditional touches, and the private room gave us the perfect space to enjoy a family-style meal without feeling rushed or crowded. Our waitress Cherry was fantastic. She was attentive, warm, and made sure everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. She checked in at just the right moments and helped keep the meal paced perfectly for sharing. The food was outstanding. Every dish we ordered was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. It's the kind of place where each plate comes out and everyone immediately wants to try it. Perfect for family-style dining, because you'll want a little bit of everything. Another huge bonus: free parking and an off-Strip location, which makes it so much easier and more enjoyable than dealing with casino traffic. For the quality of food and the experience, the pricing was very reasonable for five people, especially considering how much we ordered. Overall, Spring by China Mama delivered great service, great atmosphere, and phenomenal food. If you're looking for a place to share amazing Chinese dishes with friends or family in a comfortable, beautifully designed setting, this spot is absolutely worth visiting. We'll definitely be back and hopefully seated with Cherry again.

We sat at the bar, only one other couple there, and maybe 2 other customers in booths. The owner snapped at the person who sat us we weren't sure why and felt maybe we weren't supposed to be seated at the bar. We were greeted by a young server very nice, smiling, welcoming. I ordered a Orion beer, wife had a green tea. Wife ordered some plates. They came quickly. My wife was so excited to try this restaurant, so she ordered and I ate. Everything was incredible. The sashimi , sushi, all melted in your mouth. So many different flavors with each plate. Not over powering sauces which most places do to hide the low quality of fish. Not here each piece was a culinary deliciousness of flavor. The rolls are not typical all rice little filling. The rice enhanced the filling. No need to use soy sauce! The ginger they supply was so fresh we had 4 servings of it. The restaurant is a 50s style diner, but it doesn't matter what the place looked like with this incredible food. We've NEVER had sushi like this. It's expensive, but you are paying for Japan quality sushi. With all the sushi spots and AYCE places I see why it was so slow. I asked if it gets busy, and was given a few jokingly sarcastic answers from I think owner, which was ok cause I joked back and he got it. If you want the experience of going to a master sushi chef restaurant in Japan, go to Tokyo Boys. You'll pay for a great experience. We hope when we come back to Henderson to return!

However when asked about certain menu items they weren't that knowledgeable. The inside looked like a diner which was a cute theme. Food overall was pretty pricey and tasted okay. I forgot the name of the roll we ordered but that was rly good. It had a good freshness to it. 8.5/10 Beef udon 6/10: the broth was too sweet for my taste but it had a good amount of meat in there to make me satisfied Tempura udon 7/10: it def had a lighter taste than the beef udon. The noodles were nicely cooked and the tempura also had a nice crunch Green tea fried ice cream 10/10! Def the best part of the meal. It was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. I love places that have this as an option. Overall the food was pricey and tasted okay for the price. The service can be a bit better in terms of understanding the menu item or what the "special of the day" is. The place has a nice vibe where you can chat with friends.

On Sunday, we said our GOOD-BYES and it was decided we'd seek Filipino cuisine. Jocelyn checked her phone and came up with a restaurant, "FULL HOUSE." So there we went and we had a great dinner. As we walked in, a voice was heard: "WELCOME!" ... choose a table!" We did and in no time, A young man (Zeus) came to us with menus and said we could call him when ready! Well, between Tastic, Neil and Jocelyn, the menu items were selected, and Eros took our order. It was very long before the items began being served to us and we began our mini feast. The restaurant is not very big but it is great. The service is top notch as the Waiters and cooks were very timely. Situated in the "SILVERADO RANCH CENTER", parking is plentiful and the entire area is very nice. When in Vegas, go enjoy what the FULL HOUSE offers and tell Eros & his fraternal brother (Zeus): "PELOS PARADOS sent us!"

The place is pretty intimate with all the homey feels. Almost like a chill hawaiian hang out with a darker interior, string lights and lanterns above each table, an elevated platform covering half the establishment with more tables, and wooden accents. Great customer service! The owner even brought over complimentary fried eggplant skin chips with this creamy aioli sauce. Eats: *Appetizer Sampler Trio: lumpia, fried shrimp, fried siumai *Fried Tofu & Pork Belly on top of fresh salad *Oxtail Kare Kare *Bitter Melon Beef *Grilled Bangus Milkfish *Garlic Java Rice & Plain Rice *Flaming Halo Halo dessert OMG the garlic Java rice was so good! We only got a cup of it but I'd totally get more. Very garlic forward with fried bits and it wasn't overly oily like Java rice I'm used to. Their regular order of pork lumpia comes in a Jeepney container but only has four pieces so I ordered the app sampler instead. It arrives with a trio of sauces: aioli, soy vinegar, sweet n sour. Kare kare (oxtail peanut stew) was solid. Delicious with steamed rice. Doesn't overly taste like straight up peanut butter. Grilled fish had all the essence of classic vinegar with extra on the side. Parents liked this. Bitter melon beef was on the salty side. Had to get those greens in. Halo Halo! They shape some shaved ice, ladle on all the sweet beans, jellies, coconut gel (my fave!), jackfruit, sweet corn, etc. before drizzling on condensed and evaporated milks, topping it with ube ice cream, then the square of leche flan with sugar torched to perfection! Can't forget about the crisp pinipig rice which they dye green. Pour on the side of extra evaporated milk after the flame dies down. Big enough for four people to share! We arrived hungry and left happy! Thank you so much to Full House BBQ for this taste of home in Vegas.
