White string lights glow throughout the lush gardens and trees, creating the most dreamy, fairytale-like atmosphere. It felt intimate, cozy, and incredibly beautiful--perfect for evening photos and a romantic reception vibe. Ceremony & reception flow: The ceremony space/chapel was classic and romantic, and the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was seamless. Their banquet rooms are versatile and well laid out, so nothing felt rushed or awkward. You can tell this venue is designed specifically for weddings and special events. All-inclusive convenience: Sunset Gardens is an all-inclusive venue, and it truly shows in the execution. Their packages bundle catering, cake, DJ, photography, and coordination, which minimizes stress for couples. As a guest, everything felt organized, polished, and professionally managed from start to finish. The food (10/10): The food exceeded expectations--wedding food done right. Just because I put 4 stars doesn't mean its not worth it. The venue and staff are amazing here! This review was just my wedding experience alone. From the first phone call, to the last dance, lets get reviewing! We started our journey by contacting and visiting about 6 different venues to find the perfect one for our wedding. To say the least, SG (Sunset Gardens) was in our top 3. After meeting Tony and seeing the venue in person, we were pretty much set! Their venue stood out the most with its majestic garden and the price actually made sense! Breaking it down; Our coordinator - Sara was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She helped my wife plan everything to her liking (because in case you didnt know, the groom is just a prop Lol). After a short 6 months of planning, it all came together and had a blast with our family. Photographer - Spencer was amazing! All his photos came out great (the good, the bad, & the ugly... sides of our faces Lol). He took so many photos that we had to download zip files online to retrieve them. You can also tell he is extremely passionate about what he does. DJ - Syd Gaddy was really fun! We were able to get some last minute songs included in our line up and he executed it without hesitation. Cold Sparks Team - There seemed to be some technical issues with the sparks during our dance which we brought to their attention after the fact. Thankfully, they were very understanding and granted us a partial refund. Still recommend sparks for that special dance. Officiant - Not gonna lie, I forgot his name lol, but everyone loved his enthusiasm during our whole ceremony. His speech delivery gave our wedding video that majestic touch. Personal server - We loved having her assistance at our table but we only remember seeing her about 4 times the whole 4 hours. Food - I actually enjoyed everything we selected aside from the asparagus and bread. Not sure if that was standard, but mashed asparagus was a first and last for me Lol. The bread would have been better if warmed properly, but we received it cold and hard to touch. My overall favorites were the salmon and lo-mein for the night. Overall, everyone enjoyed the night. We had so much going on that we actually lost track of time and didnt get to do some of the activities we had listed. I still recommend checking out SG for your event needs! Note to future brides and grooms: Plan your itinerary wisely, make sure you have someone to help keep you on track of that itinerary, and dont forget to give your guests time to dance! read more

We got married here last month and what an INCREDIBLE experience and team behind it all! I saw so many rave reviews and not being local to Vegas, booked it sight unseen after having a wonderful phone conversation with the owner Tony who made myself and my husband feel totally at ease. Whenever we were matched with our coordinator Sara, 3 months before the wedding, I felt like we were completely in the best hands. She was so informative, knowledgeable, organized and just all around incredibly warm and reassuring. I don't think I ever experienced any stress in regards to the coordination or planning itself because the teams amazing vendors all fell into place right before the wedding. The wedding day itself felt so smooth and I felt so calm and ready for the evening and that is all thanks to the incredible at Sunset Gardens! Sunset Gardens was the perfect place to have our wedding. Upon arrival for our initial tour, Tony told us that they were a well oiled machine and we can't trust them for our special day. Fast forward a year later and they did not disappoint. The food was great from the appetizers to the main courses. The service was great. We had our wedding in their chapel and our cocktail hour in the sunset room and the reception in the cellar. We had just under 60 people and it was a perfect size to have a personal and intimate night with our guests. We love that it is all inclusive because we didn't have to stress about who/how/when to hire vendors. They took care of all of it and assigned photographer, cake baker, officiant, and DJ. Communication was easy. I was able to communicate my vision very easily with Michelle and the team. 3 days later, my husband and I are still talking about how happy we were to choose sunset gardens. We chose the All You Need is Love package which accounted for 80 guests, included the ceremony, hour long cocktail hour, and 5 hour reception including dinner, DJ, and photography for the day for $14K. When we got engaged in July 2023, I was immediately on the hunt for a wedding venue that would fit what we were looking for. We knew we had a budget and were looking for something that would be easy and simple. While doing research I found Sunset Gardens and saw all of their different packages. I immediately emailed and scheduled for us to go down there and tour. We went and had a tour with Tony, the owner. He showed us all of the different options available but once I saw the cellar room it was game over. We found our perfect wedding date in June and he talked us through how the rest of the process would work. We didn't have to return again until March and this is when we met Nikki who would become our coordinator. She was so friendly and so helpful! She helped us make sure we had everything we needed as we were 90 days away. We met with her again in May for our final meeting and felt completely at ease with the big day approaching. When it came time for the rehearsal, everything moved seamlessly. We got to practice through twice and then we went to see the space just one more time. WE WERE SO EXCITED. On the big day, the bride squad got there early for hair and makeup. I mean literally 9am, and when we walked in - our entire reception area was set. It was beautiful and I became the most relaxed bride as the rest of the day I truly got to have fun. I didn't have to do anything! The ceremony and reception were everything we dreamed of and it was the most perfect day! We truly can't believe how awesome it was and would highly recommend Sunset Gardens to anyone getting married. Here are some of the finer details: *Any food leftovers you take home ... this is where my now husband was ready to sign! He ate prime rib for a week after our wedding! *They offer inclusive packaging! The officiant, the DJ, the cake, the pictures, open bar and food! 10/10 for all of the food ... Hassle-free to us and our guests who flew in from different States. Sara was our wedding planner- she nailed it! Such a sweet woman, she took care of everything! Photographer : Laurie Rush blew us away. I was emotional when I received the album from her. Absolutely stunning. On the day of the wedding, she also traveled to Resorts world during our makeup session and when we got to talking, she was extremely personable and I can't wait to use her services in the future! I came here for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. I would rate this 5 stars but I had to stand outside for 25 minutes to wait to enter in heels and I don't have it the way I had it pre pandemic. I was annoying and whined about it, and Scott was a trooper and took it in stride. Answered all my emails, calls, texts in minutes. The venue itself is STUNNING! We had chosen the chapel and the "newly renewed" cellar. It made my Italian/Tuscany vision perfection, without the price of flying all the way there lol! Nikki was our coordinator and she was the BEST! She was so kind and listened to everything. I'm actually a very soft spoken person- but she was able to encourage me to show her my vision, which I so greatly appreciated. We sat at our monthly consults and we discussed my vision boards on Pinterest and she gave her honest opinions on the table scapes and decor. On the wedding day, I felt like the Princess Diaries- she coordinated all my vendors to set up and she even helped me to bustle my dress for reception (the sweetest gesture ever). Always checking in to make sure I was okay in my heels and that we were eating and hydrated LOL! And most importantly having a good time. Everything went so smoothly- we had too much fun to even worry! The staff was very very kind. The day before, they collected all our items and asked how I wanted them to be incorporated and set everything up for us. They really took the time to listen and made the vision come to life! There was more than enough food and drinks for everyone. Diana was our server and she was always on it! We were fed and always had drinks in hand. Our guests really enjoyed the bistro beef tips. The bartender was amazing, our family and friends had a blast with the open bar. DJ Picazzo had my husband and I along with our friends and family on the dance floor all night. He checked in with us to ensure how to pronounce everyone's names and he even provided a timeline for the reception- which was great!!! Laurie was our photographer (unlimited photography is also included). The moment I got to request my photographer I immediately knew who I wanted! The pictures came out STUNNING and she really captivated the whole event. She's so talented we loved every picture! Kathy provided our cake, which was STUNNING! Can you believe they also provide cake with their package?? AMAZING! And look how beautifully it came out. It tasted just as good as it looks! The flowers were from Petals Flowers and Events who was a recommended vendor and everything came out gorgeous! They captivated my vision perfectly. All in all, our wedding day was PERFECT. I have driven past this place for years and it's just a beautiful venue! Our friend's daughter got married here last weekend, I was excited to see the inside of the venue. The inside space is nice and the outdoor wedding space was just beautiful! 5 out of 5 stars! The service was good, the wait staff was very nice. Although they seemed to be in a hurry to clear plates and cups and napkins off the tables. Not in an efficient way, more of a rushed kind of way. I realize it was late, they only schedule weddings later in the day during the summer but it felt like we were holding them up from leaving. (The wedding didn't start until 8pm) The food was meh, it's actually why I knocked a star off. It was a buffet set up, with a beef carving station at the end. Everything looked delicious! But in reality it was just ok. The carved beef didn't have much taste but was cooked perfectly! The Cesar salad was ok, the green beans (I think they were green beans) were soaking in a butter, very garlicky sauce, the other meat, I think it was pork, may have been chicken----I don't really know but it was very dry. The mashed potatoes were good and the gravy was very rich. The rolls were cold and dry. The best part of the food was the bruschetta appetizer! Delicious! April 16, 2023 Wedding "The DeFloras" (2nd post because 1st one was in error) 1) Venue Location - Sunset Gardens is an absolute amazing place to have a wedding. It's truly a one stop shop that takes care of everything. It was so beautiful with all the lights during our wedding and we did the full buy-out of the entire property. The ceremony was outside in a beautiful gazebo type area. The cocktail hour was in a separate building which really is the best way to go doing a full buy-out. The reception was in another huge building which was gorgeous. Two words to describe the entire property is Stunningly Beautiful!! 2) Staff - Wow you talk about professionalism at its best. Tony (owner) was simply outstanding. We had a laundry list of questions and he answered almost all of the questions before we can even ask them. His entire staff were just awesome! The wedding planner was so sweet and squared away (sry forgot her name) along with the photographer who did an exceptional job. Our DJ did a great job with the long scripted list I gave him for music and set format on an excel spreadsheet. Zero issues with the way our music and formatting went. When we did our wedding the professional staff members (to include Tony) wore ear mics to keep things organized. The staff had total control of our approx. 200 guests. They were so sharp and on top of everything. 3) Food & Beverage - Holy cow the food was so delicious and plentiful. I heard a ton of guests giving compliments on how great the food was. Specific comments were this was the best food they have ever had in a wedding. Matter of fact my own mother stated the carrot cake was he best she has ever had (her fav is carrot cake by the way). The bartenders were completely on top of their game and there was never a big line to get drinks. Amazing job! The biggest thing was no one left hungry or thirsty at this Sunset Gardens. Outstanding food and beverages. 4) In summary - After the wedding I have had countless guests tell me that this was the "best ever" wedding they have attended. Many of these folks have been to countless weddings and them making this statement. It was so squared away and organized that they were shocked at how amazing it was. Now mind you, they were not just saying this to make me feel good because it was our wedding. They were citing specific examples about the entire wedding. I had my wedding here last weekend and I couldn't recommend this venue enough!!!! The food was great, the cake tasted amazing! The drinks were flowing, syd our DJ kept up with the music perfectly! Our wedding coordinator Gigi checked on me all day prior to the wedding to make sure I was good! I haven't gotten my photos back yet but I already know Laurie did an amazing job. The only thing that I'd recommend for future brides is getting a list or screen shots together of pictures you want to for sure get. With the chaos of the wedding we somehow did not get a single photo of all the bridesmaids and groomsmen together after the ceremony which makes me sad. So I as a bride have no group photos with the groomsmen :( but other than that, everything turned out amazing!!! The night wedding def gives a different vibe with the twinkle lights. Def fairy tale vibes!! :) Ps- another thing is I really wish the bridal suite for the terrace room had was more hooks for dresses etc. but Gigi was amazing and brought a rack to us to borrow so we were able to snag some photos of all the dresses with their personalized hangers!! We are now looking at pictures from the venue. I was really concerned that my desserts were missing which we hired an outside dessert company I also personally gave 215 of the desserts to the coordinator to stack onto my dessert table. I'm counting it and it is missing it was never refilled. My sister also asked and when they asked your staff, they said there was no more, but there was 415 total. I'm now physically counting on the picture and only 200 desserts replaced on the table. Where is the rest of the desserts? I also emailed you guys. You guys seem to not know where anything was. They were not cheap desserts. I am very upset. Please respond to my email or find a solution please because now I have to go ahead and buy more desserts and send it to my guests that did not receive any dessert favors. I was told that I do not need to double check your staff to work. So yes, I had a good time that night. But now my guess are telling me that no one got a party favor. I'm still so upset and now I have to spend more money and apologize to my guest and give them a party favor in the mail. read more

I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about a venue being able to take care of almost everything for my husband and I and for things to go smoothly but Sunset Gardens did just that. Gigi is incredible! We got married October 5th this year and I quickly learned that October is the busiest wedding month. With that information, I assumed we would be made to feel like just like another transaction. I was so wrong! Gigi made us feel important and took a lot of stress off our plate. She went through the process step by step and was very patient and kind through it all. As a bride, it's so easy to feel overwhelmed and alone, but Gigi made me feel so supported. Another honorable mention is our DJ Dale Savage. That man paid close attention to our requests and carefully curated the perfect set list. He played hit after hit and the dance floor was full the whole night! He made me feel so important on my wedding day and I can't thank him enough! I've been waiting to give my review ... weighing all of the good with the things that weren't as great - to be sure to really give an honest opinion of our experience with Sunset Gardens. This is meant to be insightful and also give praise to the things we felt they really nailed - while also just stating some negatives we experienced. We were in the Garden room (largest option) with the large outdoor area. Pros: Our lead server Diana was amazing. She was attentive and completely committed to doing everything in her power to making our night perfect. Highly recommend you request her! From last minute cake decorating, to helping with a stubborn dress bustle, to keeping our drinks full. She was on point and always with a smile. Our bartender/day of coordinator Nikki was also great. She was accommodating, attentive and quick. Very helpful throughout the getting ready process and in my opinion was spread far too thin on that day. Though she did a wonderful job - multiple of my guests had things to say about hiccups in the process due to her being pulled in a million directions. Again, this was beyond her control and she did so great. More on this in the "con" portion. Which has nothing whatsoever to do with Nikki. The venue. Beautiful. Especially at night. The trees, the lights. Simply a diamond in the rough, so to speak. Hidden gem in a stripmall. Don't let the streetside location deter you. Walk in the back area. The package. Definitely a great bang for your buck! Finding a spot that offers the all inclusive option in Vegas that doesn't put you into debt for 10 years is difficult! Sunset gardens has lots of options that are totally affordable. Something for everyone. It's really fantastic. More on this later. Our DJ. Marc was great and was super knowledgeable to help make decisions on when to do things and whatnot. Photos. Spencer was great overall. So many quality pics and very friendly. If you pay for an extra hour, make sure you request the photographer stays - we definitely missed out on some late night photos from that. Food allergies. They were great to sort out alternate meals for folks with dietary restrictions. This was awesome. Cons (or things that maybe didn't vibe exactly with us) The multiple coordinator factor has it's downsides. Everyone was nice. Everyone was pretty knowledgeable, though we heard differing instructions between the 4, in total coordinators that worked with us. There were things that were unclear, even after asking, because the next coordinator either wasn't equally informed or said something slightly different - and not their options, but actual procedural items. Here's the thing, it's a cattle call of events between all of their venues. So, you have to expect you aren't going to get as much "personal care" - we are okay with that aspect, our main concerns were the disconnect between each coordinator and then the final part was letting us know the day of our rehearsal that our day of contact and coordinator had changed yet again and would also be our bartender. Two very separate, equally important (for our group, lol) jobs. I hope they paid Nikki more that day for all of the stress and chaos. My advice here is to use email as much as possible - so you have it all in writing when they change coordinators on you. It's totally workable - they are well oiled machines in the events biz, BUT it's on you to keep things in that email thread that they all reference, so it's not missed or he said she said. The food. This was a strong 3 out of 5 for us and our guests. I had heard so many good things about the food and most reviews raved - so it was a shock to us. Since you don't get a tasting, having the shock be your wedding night - wasn't the best. But hey ... so many other things went right. People loved the mashed potatoes! So we recommend those! Otherwise, the chicken was really bland and dry - and so was the steak, even with the gravy. My advice ... keep food expectations lower. That way if they exceed your expectations it's great! Maybe it was a bad day for the kitchen. Again, this was just my guest feedback. Lastly, DO NOT leave your valuables in a vehicle overnight. Even in their gated lot. This is 100 percent not the fault of Sunset Gardens, as they warn you multiple times they are not responsible for your property. This is just something to keep in mind so that the same thing doesn't happen to you. We left our Uhaul full of decor, bridal party bags from getting ready and gifts from the gift table. It was broken into and all of our gifts and cards, along with bridal party backpacks (containing bose headphones, speakers and even a wallet ...) were taken. We called the venue but again, it is ultimately on the individual, which is understandable. Just a $10k + mistake we made. So please, be smarter than us. Overall, 4.2 out of 5 for us. We had our wedding here. It was a beautiful experience and they made planning everything so easy. I would shout people out but I would have to list every single person there, they were all amazing! The venue was beautiful and the food was great too. Get the pasta salad. My wife loved her experience in the bridal suite and how they were also able to hold our centerpieces and favors we gave out to pick up the next day instead of having to bring it back to the hotel the same day. Spencer our photographer had a great time taking our pictures and getting really good candid ones, I'm so excited to share the pictures. Wedding day was September 30,2023. I had the most magical wedding I could have ever dreamed of! The staff is amazing! One thing I would do differently would be to assign seats! I was able to use the bridal room since 10 am the lady in the front which I can't seem to remember her name was amazing ! She would check on me frequently and make sure I was doing well. We used the cellar which is such a beautiful room! All my guest loved the rustic vibes the room gave! The dj syde was also amazing he is super nice and did amazing in all the song choices! We were so nervous but he guided us on when everything would go down! He also helped our best man and maid of honor with their nerves. The photographer Spencer was perfect also! We did a first look and he took so many family pictures prior to the big event! He also took so many of my daughter which I'm so thankful for because with all the excitement I forgot to take pictures of her. Stephanie I believe was the lady who made sure we got food! She also always made sure we had drinks! With all my nerves I think I just ate very little and drank water! Our guest all raved about the food and how amazing it was! They also packed up all the left overs and we brought them home ! I was able to feed everyone again once we got home which was nice! We had open bar which our guest also loved! It was so worth it! The cake came out so delicious as well! I just want to say thank you to all the staff! I apologize I didn't remember everyone's names! I've wanted to get married here since the first time we passed this location which was like 15 years ago! I'm a vegas local and pass here everyday! We couldn't be happier with our experience at Sunset Gardens. ! From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. First, I have to give a huge shoutout to our photographer. Not only was she incredibly professional and a calming presence throughout the day, but her editing skills are top-notch. The photos turned out absolutely stunning, capturing every beautiful detail and emotion perfectly. She even put together a fantastic Instagram reel that is more affordable than a videographer.
