giving 4 stars just because the planner sucked. communication was terrible and she didnt update the staff of the schedules we agreed on so the buffet and bar opened late (only when we told them). the venue, staff, dj were amazing & food was okay (tasted different from the food tasting we attended). im glad it was just for my baby's 1st birthday and not my wedding because i would've been extra STRESSED with the planning.

I'm so sorry this took so long! I'm not good at writing thank you letters, but we could not have done this without all of you!! Yanelys and her staff at Sunset Castle went above and beyond what we could have ever dreamed of! From dressing up, to last minute changes, to helping us with all the decor, making sure we got the DJ we loved, and helping us connect to people for props to chocolate fountains to a unicorn (yes I said unicorn!) We had a fairytale/fantasy themed wedding and she ( Yanelys) and her staff dressed up too! That did not go unnoticed & everybody loved it and made everyone feel like they were in another world! Yanelys had literally picture perfect photography and was very quick to adapt as coordinator & photographer! DJ Nando was amazing keeping up with our crazy request-Sean loved to be able to come down with his own "theme song", LoL. Gina from Gina's Design Fountain was on point and had sooo many details that told our story & matched our theme-Gina you did amazing work and there aren't enough words to compliment the amount of detail you put into our fountains and table!! Diana thank you for taking the extra pictures telling the what all happened that night, without you we would have missed so much since the night seemed to go like a blink of an eye! Saborr catering-your food was a hit! Everyone enjoyed it! And I can't thank you enough for accommodating the food allergies, no one knew there was an adjustment to the recipes and not even one complaint about "wedding food"! Ricardo at the CupCakery in Summerlin thank you for accommodating my gluten intolerance and making our cake so special! It was so beautiful I didn't want to cut into it! You did amazing!!! And the best part was it tasted AMAZING!! We didn't have any leftover to be able to take home! LoL We will definitely have you make our anniversary cake every year There are sooo many people to thank for making our wedding & reception so amazing & otherworldly! This went down in all of our guests, family and most importantly the wedding party, as the best wedding ever!!!

We were married on the 22nd of June 2023 venue was beautiful, although there was a few little hiccups everything was in order as discussed a month beforehand the staff was very professional and everything happened as planned . The day of our wedding the bar tender called off and the gentleman that took over did a amazing job , DJ Erving was amazing as well. Diana that performed our ceremony, was amazing and it was beautiful, Our food catering was done by Gilma and the food was amazing. In all we just want to thank everyone that was involved on our special day .Dina and Joe.

Everything went so smoothly. The workers were all great and gracious. The DJ was spot on. 200 people on 10-2-21 and they even allowed us to bring a ton of air purifiers and UV lights. Thank you!!!

I said "I do" at this lovely venue and loved every minute of it. The staff worked with us to make our special day the most amazing ever. Even in the middle of a pandemic they were willing to accommodate us and made a super stressful event possible without the hassle of having to deal with catering or florists. They took care of everything at a very affordable price. The food was to die for and the cake was the most delicious we've had in a while. Needless to say, I'd definitely recommend Sunset Castle to anyone who wants to have a fancy wedding/event at a castle without the hassle of having to plan every detail of it.

Had my dream wedding the Venue is stunning, and even during COVID it went amazing!!! I felt like royalty from the moment I walked in to get ready. We had all the food and cake included with our package even though it was small. We couldn't afford a lot with the pandemic situation and it was super affordable. The coordinator was very flexible and patient.

This venue feels like a hidden garden oasis in Las Vegas, set on a private four-acre property with lush landscaping, charming walkways, and thoughtfully designed spaces for ceremonies and receptions. The venue & atmosphere: During the day, the gardens are elegant and romantic--but at night, they become absolutely magical. White string lights glow throughout the lush gardens and trees, creating the most dreamy, fairytale-like atmosphere. It felt intimate, cozy, and incredibly beautiful--perfect for evening photos and a romantic reception vibe. Ceremony & reception flow: The ceremony space/chapel was classic and romantic, and the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was seamless. Their banquet rooms are versatile and well laid out, so nothing felt rushed or awkward. You can tell this venue is designed specifically for weddings and special events. All-inclusive convenience: Sunset Gardens is an all-inclusive venue, and it truly shows in the execution. Their packages bundle catering, cake, DJ, photography, and coordination, which minimizes stress for couples. As a guest, everything felt organized, polished, and professionally managed from start to finish. The food (10/10): The food exceeded expectations--wedding food done right. The buffet offered a great variety, and every dish was 5/5 delicious: * Prime rib (tender, flavorful, and one of the standout dishes) * Shrimp scampi * Skirt steak with chimichurri * Wild rice pilaf * Roasted Brussels sprouts with mushrooms * Caesar salad Everything was well-seasoned and thoughtfully prepared, but the prime rib and Brussels sprouts were absolute highlights--so good that many guests went back for seconds. Staff & service: The staff was attentive, professional, and clearly experienced with weddings. The entire event ran smoothly and on time, allowing guests--and most importantly the couple--to fully enjoy the celebration. Overall: If you're looking for a romantic, garden-style, all-inclusive wedding venue in Las Vegas, Sunset Gardens is an excellent choice. Between the glowing night lights, stunning grounds, seamless coordination, and genuinely delicious food, this venue delivers a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!!

From the moment I reserved this venue, I could feel the magic. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and exceptional in their respective roles. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my wedding experience was truly unmatched. Before booking Bliss, I explored several other venues on the Las Vegas Strip, and none came close to matching the character and elegance this chapel offers. This is not your run of the mill wedding chapel, it's a full-service celebration space designed to make your big day feel effortless, elegant, and unforgettable. The pricing and included amenities were more than fair for everything they provide. They do not cut corners when it comes to making your special day timeless and meaningful. The team elevated every detail with professionalism and warmth, starting with Isis, the concierge. It's easy to see why previous reviewers consistently rave about the staff. They are attentive, friendly, genuinely invested, and guide you seamlessly from planning to ceremony, always with a smile and a personal touch that makes you feel like the most important couple at Bliss. The chapel itself is absolutely stunning: a modern, beautifully designed space that perfectly balances classic Vegas charm with contemporary elegance. Our guests couldn't stop gushing about how clean, stylish, and photogenic the venue is the kind of place where even casual snapshots look like magazine spreads. My experience was nothing short of unforgettable. The ceremony, officiated by Minister Steve, was warm, personal, and never rushed. He took the time to get to know us through thoughtful questions, which he seamlessly wove into a personalized ceremony that reflected our lives and love story. The pacing was perfect from beginning to end, and we truly could not have asked for a better officiant. Our professional Bliss photographer and videographer, Marshall, ensured that every meaningful moment was beautifully captured. He personally helped us choose thoughtful entry and exit music, and after the ceremony, guided us around the venue to photograph us in all of the absolutely gorgeous settings Bliss offers. I purchased the complete photography package, which was more than fairly priced for the incredible variety and quality of photos we received. In short, Bliss isn't just a chapel, it's where dreams turn into memories that last a lifetime. If you want a Las Vegas wedding that is elegant, heartfelt, and genuinely fun, this is the perfect place to do it. If I had to do it all over again, Bliss Wedding Chapel would be the only venue I'd choose. Thank you to everyone at Bliss for making my wife's and my special day absolutely amazing!

I asked for specific flowers and she went out of her way to get them and I ended up truly loving them!! She took every bit of stress off my day. I literally just had to "get my marriage license and show up". Everything I asked for was done and even the "surprise sand ceremony" was kept secret till the actual event which was great because it made for a truly touching ceremony. I was able to sit upstairs getting ready with my MOH and our friends/family while drinking wine and having fun. Not having to worry about anything except my own hair/makeup was really nice. My one and only "complaint" about the entire experience has to do with the pictures. I felt rushed doing them and we got a lot of the exact same poses just taken 3 times (I guess just to make sure people weren't blinking? Not sure). Also, there was one pose I *really* wanted, and I felt as though the photographer kinda dropped the ball on it and I was truly disappointed with the end result. That aside, however, I'm not taking any stars off because we were still happy enough with them that we purchased the full package. There were around 200 photos when all was said and done and most of them looked terrific, so even though we did feel like we didn't get that "perfect pose" and had to "move quickly" (that hour goes fast and they won't go over the hour at all!), the photographer knew what she was doing and got some awesome photos that we really did like. I made it clear that family photos were most important and those pictures are certainly memorable. You can't beat the locations at all, I think they are some of the prettiest and most romantic settings on the strip by far! If you're getting married in Vegas, I would certainly check the Paris Chapel out, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I also think the costs are reasonable for what they offer.

We spent over $10,000 total, yet the level of planning and coordination was poor throughout. The officiant at Paris Las Vegas was disorganized and unprofessional, repeatedly making mistakes during the ceremony. On top of that, the ceremony was set up facing directly into the sun, leaving guests uncomfortable and ruining many of our photos--something that could have easily been avoided with basic planning. Our photographer was fantastic, but the setup by the venue made it impossible to capture these moments properly. At Carmine's, the restaurant refused to seat our guests until we arrived, even though they knew we were in the middle of photos, forcing us to cut that time short. The Flamingo was also a disappointment--room block issues, poor room conditions (smoke odors, broken fixtures), and unprofessional staff. Most of these issues were completely preventable. Despite raising all of this, Caesars only offered $150 in compensation, which feels insulting given the impact. This was a once-in-a-lifetime day, and we will never get those moments back. I would not recommend Caesars for a wedding.

I spent six months planning my wedding with Chapel of the Flowers and worked with three different…read morecoordinators throughout the process because of incompetence. Unfortunately, despite the significant amount of money spent and the amount of planning that went into the event, the execution on the wedding day was filled with mistakes that should never have happened. The first issue was the ceremony music. Not only was the song lineup incorrect, but the song played for my walk down the aisle was not even on my approved playlist. To this day, I have no idea what song I actually walked down the aisle to. After months of planning and carefully selecting music, this was incredibly disappointing. Transportation was another major issue. The limousine and buses we paid for had little to no air conditioning. This was not an isolated incident either--I experienced the same problem during transportation earlier in the week. My bridal party and I spent a considerable amount of money on professional hair and makeup only to be sweating in overheated vehicles immediately before the ceremony. I also paid for a wedding cake and never received it. The cake was apparently left behind at the chapel, and nobody provided it to us after the ceremony. Considering everything that was happening that day, this wasn't something I should have had to track down myself. A week before the wedding, I provided a detailed processional lineup for the wedding party. It appears that nobody reviewed it because the lineup was incorrect during the ceremony. Additionally, I specifically requested that my Maid of Honor and Best Man stand with us during the ceremony. Instead, they were instructed by the day-of coordinator to sit down. This was never discussed with me, and I certainly never authorized that change. I have seen numerous Chapel of the Flowers ceremonies where attendants stand with the couple, so there was no reason for this request to be ignored. My first interaction with the day-of coordinator was also concerning. When she arrived, she did not know who the bride was and initially assumed one of my bridesmaids was me while I was sitting right there. That level of preparation and professionalism was shocking for a wedding venue of this reputation. The photography experience was equally frustrating. Before the ceremony, while I was waiting privately, the photographer insisted on removing my engagement ring for photos even after I expressed hesitation. The ring was never returned to me afterward and was placed in the ring box with the wedding bands. As a result, during the ceremony my husband accidentally placed my engagement ring on my finger instead of my wedding band during our vows. This was a completely avoidable mistake caused by poor communication and handling of my personal property. To make matters worse, we never received our photos. The day after the wedding, we received a message stating that we were supposed to come back to the chapel to review them. That conversation never took place with us, and by that point we had already traveled home. As a result, we left Las Vegas without receiving the photos we paid for. The most frustrating part of this experience is that these were not isolated issues. They were a series of preventable mistakes involving communication, coordination, logistics, photography, transportation, and ceremony execution. After six months of planning and thousands of dollars spent, I expected the details to be handled professionally. Instead, nearly every aspect of the day required correction or was handled incorrectly. The ceremony itself happened at the correct time and date, but beyond that, the experience fell far below expectations. A wedding is one of the most important days of a person's life, and unfortunately Chapel of the Flowers failed to deliver the level of service and attention to detail that was promised.

The customer service we received was great, everyone was very nice and the photographer we had, Jake was great. One thing that isn't abundantly clear when you reserve is the cost of the wedding photo packages. Its not mentioned at all in the agreement that was sent once reserving the ceremony and the reviews I read never mentioned it either. We were offered 2 different packages: Package 1: $800 (*$600 including the $200 discount that came with our package) It came with a link to a virtual album that was emailed to you within 24 hrs of getting married which also included a video of your ceremony Package 2: $900 (*$700 with the discount we got with our package) It came with a link to a virtual album that was emailed to you within 24 hrs of getting married, and it also came with a lifetime guarantee that they would keep your photos, and you could contact them at anytime to recover your photos for any reason. According to another review those figures are negotiable, which was a surprise to me because that was not offered as an option when we were there. I'm not naive enough to expect we were going to be given those photos for free, but the cost of it was a little bit of a blind side. Overall, The ceremony was great. Ultimately we did end up paying for one of the photo packages because who doesn't want photos from their wedding?
