SF15. Triple Green with Shrimp in Garlic Sauce V10. Moo Shu Vegetable CM3. Shrimp Chow Mein
Jessica R.

Take out during the weekend - this was my first time ordering from this place. Here's my order: SF15. Triple Green with Shrimp in Garlic Sauce V10. Moo Shu Vegetable CM3. Shrimp Chow Mein My critique on the garlic sauce - too sour and the vegetables were too soft. Mainly because it was take out and it was probably sitting for a bit during the delivery. A would order again dish - shrimp chow mein and the moo shu, their moo shu contains eggs. If you're doing delivery, their GrubHub ordering process was extremely easy and quick!

Steamed chicken and mixed vegetables

Staying overnight for work and didn't feel like heading out anywhere for dinner so I decided to see what delivery had to offer in the form of Chinese food. I kept it simple and decided to order shrimp and broccoli and steamed chicken with Chinese veggies. The shrimp were fresh and plump and the sauce on the dish wasn't too heavy or salty. My only dislike was that the broccoli was over cooked and almost mushy....and mushy broccoli makes me sad . The steamed chicken and veggies were surprisingly steamed properly and had the right amount of crispness! The white rice for both dishes was overcooked and overcooked white rice is a bit disappointing, especially with Chinese food. The delivery time was just what they had predicted and the accuracy of the order was on point. So, there were highs and lows overall, but my tummy is full.

There is a nice selection 5.95 items but most run over 6.25
Dee M.

Out in the land of high end and over priced lunches- the main line i saw a big sign for a $5.95 luncheon including brown rice and there was no question where i'd dine today. There were several items for 5.95 but most ran around 6.25 including my choice Hunan Beef. Hunan beef was many thick slices of tender beef seasoned with red pepper flakes in a brown sauce with standard Chinese vegetables. Alongside was a generous portion of brown rice. The meal included wonton soup and a steaming pot of tea. Portions sizes were such i have a leftover for lunch tomorrow. Very tasty and the service made it a pleasurable dining experience

Located in Wayne, PA. I have been eating from here since 20 years and I find this restaurant to be the best Chinese restaurant in Pennsylvania. I ordered Chicken Corn Soup, Shrimp Fried Roll, Shrimp Fried Rice. Me and my mother loved it. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended for special events, parties and catering. 5/5

More like Chinese Depression. Not sure who ticked off the employees here, but everyone I dealt with was curt and generally rude. Pretty ironic considering the name of the joint and the smiley face bags the food comes in. The food is pretty good. I had the veggie low mein, which was superior to most I've had. The scallion pancakes tasted a little old, so I will pass on those in the future. The vegetable rolls (don't call the egg rolls if you don't want to irritate the woman taking the orders) are delicious. Delivery time: about 45 minutes at 4 p.m. Minimum: $12

Sweet & Sour Chicken - Lunch Special. Pretty decent value for the money.
Louis W.

After craving some Chinese food for lunch I decided to order some carry-out from Chinese Delight. Overall... Not Bad - Not Great. I think you can see from the other reviews .. Wayne, PA isn't known for it's Chinese Food. I ordered a lunch special Sweet & Sour Chicken, I got the fried rice and Hot & Sour soup. I also ordered a Spring Roll. $8 total. It was hot and tasted decent. I wasn't blown away by it, but it wasn't horrible as some people have posted. I thought the sweet & sour sauce was a little thick, but maybe it needed more water in the mix, who knows? The place looked a little dingy inside, but I think that's par for the course for a local restaurant in the area - that didn't faze me (but again I was there for carry-out) and not for the atmosphere. Bottom Line - if you want Amazing Chinese food - head to Center City. If you're hungry for Chinese in Wayne, PA, you'll do just fine here. Good value for the money.

This is Chicken from Chinese Delight, there are two bugs fried into the chicken. After eating two pieces this was discovered.

The menu itself is very eclectic a little bit of Vietnamese a little bit of Chinese a little bit of Thai a little bit of fusion not your typical neighborhood family Asian restaurant. I would say the flavors are very refined. You can tell the presentation and the ingredients are very high-end other bougie Asian restaurants on the main line tried to do the same, but I feel that the chef here actually has technique. It was my husband's and my anniversary so we thought we'd try this place out for brunch are used to love the brunch at Azzie Villanova. No sushi here but really good choices today with a little bit of non-Asian breakfast choices. We had 11 o'clock reservations, which I would like to do early so we can get the food when it's fresh and coming out selections were sesame chicken my favorite today - stirfry chicken with a little bit of maybe potato starch and a citrus hint very light not greasy and slightly sweetened nice sesame seeds. The shrimp green curry. It was perfect eating that with a vegetable fried rice and veg rice pad see ew de noodles. Cooked perfectly and tasted fresh.. there was a baked salmon, brussels sprouts. A brioche bread casserole was that French toast or brioche bread French toast casserole with a vanilla pudding and scrambled eggs omelette. Fried chicken wings Asian style, which is super crispy vegetable spring roll and french fries. Bbq Pork steamed bun, crystal dumplings, and chicken potstickers. Oh I forgot there was a hash made of Tomatoes, potatoes, and shredded beef look delicious but too full couldn't eat everything and topping it off with a wonton soup with Hong Kong style shrimp, pork dumplings. Fresh pineapple, fresh watermelon and a strawberry blueberry salad. A variety of little cupcakes and tarts was delicious. Was a black sesame shortbread that definitely looked homemade and had a very nice nutty. Mild flavor very unique went well with my coffee after lunch. Service was excellent cleaning off our plates whenever we were finished complementary mimosa- wow very delightful! I give this buffet five stars. I .

The food was very good; however, the service was a bit on the slow side. I hate to in-a-sense penalize a restaurant because of poor or slow service could easily have been just our server. Had we had a different server, perhaps the service would have been different. Everything on the menu was on the more expensive side, but Maison Lotus is located in the Main Line, so prices will be on the higher side, because the general clientele can afford it. Overall, we had a good experience, good food, & ambience.

For example, the last time that I was there I ordered a pork dish described as Szechuan with a heat level of 6. I like spicey food, but what came to my table was very mild. OTOH, they have dishes on the last page of their menu that are rated 8 and 10. I can tell you from experience that they do have "character" if you like very spicey food. The dishes are reasonably priced, and service is always very polite and attentive, all of which explains why I go there often. Recommended!!

Post 2025 Christmas dinner: Appetizer: Hot and sour soup. Hits the spot on a cold winter day. Flavors are savory with soy sauce, black mushrooms, and strips of tofu. This soup preps your palate for the Asian cuisine to follow. Also had scallion pancakes to balance textures in the early portion of this meal. Crispy pancakes made with fresh sliced scallions. Paired with the warmth of the hot and sour soup and you're off to a great start. Entrees: -Mongolian beef, -Chinese Cabbage and Mushrooms, -Ma Po Tofu (only if you can handle the heat), -Hot -Spicy Fish and Tofu, -Shrimp lo mein (basic lo mein with shrimp), -Orange Chicken - think sweet and sour sauce but orange flavored including orange zest, and -Orange Chicken w/out sauce. My youngest enjoys Orange Chicken w/out the sauce-- dry like plain popcorn chicken but it's not offered on the menu so this is how we order it. I tried it plain. It's yummy. They really ought to offer an entree that's just the popcorn chicken like Taiwanese popcorn chicken. The servers couldn't any nicer. They know our family when we visit. They know our orders too. Very attentive and intuitive. My husband and one of my kids has trouble with chopsticks. The servers always bring the forks for them. So sweet, they even gave us a New Year's present-- Cheng Du magnet at the end of our meal. This is the best Chinese food in the area without going into Chinatown in Philadelphia. Thank you Cheng Du. We'll be back again for dinner.
