They now offered the owner Peter Kwong $100 a year instead of their regular contract. This is likely the only CPU that accepted such a ridiculous offer but Peter wanted to keep it open for the community, especially the elders that need this service. Peter has been operating at a loss for the last 26 year but now he will really be bleeding red. The workers need their job and the community needs this USPS. I know there has been comments about their service but please give grace to the older worker and please support its cause. We are fighting for the community so hope you all can do the same but making this USPS your go to USPS.

Karina the person who was helping me just started immediately waving me off with her hands and tells me no without any explanation and keeps saying no while attempting to take the next person. It was extremely rude and upsetting. If there was a certain way the process needed to happen she could have said that instead. What she did was embarrassing and very unprofessional. I never met or did anything to this person to get that type of response. I hope this person gets fired for treating people this way. Never coming to this location again.

It it one of the nicest, and cleanest ones in the area as well so that is a big plus. They have most forms available for people to walk up to counters and actually use. The staff is ok, definitely better than at some of the other ones. They also seem to have answers here compared to other locations. Only downside is that its basically a walk up Post Office, parking is a nightmare is you decide to drive. I would however select this location that many of the other ones.

When I asked for my documents back so someone else could help me, she insisted she had already given me my ID and had me searching through my bag, only to realize she still had it. I also left without one of my passport photos because she said she didn't have it. Raven deserves recognition for turning an awful experience into a good one.

Then today on the 11th, it goes from Los Angeles, CA (same state as me) to New York.... Why? This I'm sure added extra days to the delivery now. I ordered this package last month and it is now the 11th of this month. This is why I never use USPS for anything important or anything I need quickly.
