They now offered the owner Peter Kwong $100 a year instead of their regular contract. This is likely the only CPU that accepted such a ridiculous offer but Peter wanted to keep it open for the community, especially the elders that need this service. Peter has been operating at a loss for the last 26 year but now he will really be bleeding red. The workers need their job and the community needs this USPS. I know there has been comments about their service but please give grace to the older worker and please support its cause. We are fighting for the community so hope you all can do the same but making this USPS your go to USPS.

Love this hidden little post office AND they stay open much later than a lot of the other USPS locations in the area! The guy who runs it (I think) is super chill and accommodating. He's the one who warned me not to park on Hill St, and even though it was almost time for him to close, he waited for me to move my car so I wouldn't get a super expensive ticket or get towed. Although you would expect it to be full service they do not have any mailing supplies available to the public - you have to wait in line, ask for what you need, then step out of line so you can fill out the forms you just had to wait for. Parking is impossible because the lot is used by the offices next door. Go elsewhere - this is place is a waste of time.

The clerk then proceeded to tell me that it would be a minute as only one money order of 1000$ had been printed and that the other 584.10 wasn't printing. Weirdly she asked me if I had time and I said yes I have time I need my money back but lI was sure people waiting weren't okay with it" she said they could wait we have to get your money back and she started calling the help line on her phone, then when having no luck reaching them she proceeded to asked her coworkers for help, one of them insinuating that "I must not have had the funds in my account", when I had the confirmation on my bank account that it had been taken out. After about 45min waiting of her going back and fourth never talking to anyone on the help line and a line out the door of witnesses, the clerk proceeded to tell me that she would give me back the 1350 in cash and that I'd have to call my bank for a refund. I thought this was totally outrageous as the money was clearly taken from my account she had multiple receipts out visible, one of which I heard her state that shower proof that the money was taken from my account. I told her if she could please just fix the issue as it wasn't my fault and she said angrily that I would do everyone a favor if I just took the cash and went home and disputed it with my bank. Out comes the manager to tell me the same thing that they could void the 1000 money order give me back 1350cash and that I'd dispute the 237 with my bank. I couldn't believe it. It's all so suspicious just want everyone to be careful coming here they are not doing a good job at least not the staff on 9/3 around 12:30pm. They are probably stealing. The ladies at the front were so helpful, quick, and even the last minute packing tape I purchased was cheaper than I expected. I came in this morning uncertain of how fast I'd be able get in, out, and back to Home Depot to drop off a vehicle rental but It took more time unloading the van than it did checking out. I had five star service at this FedEx Ship Center. I highly recommend it.

They have left heavy packages in the lobby even though I ask them to delver to my apartment door. (I am disabled and cannot carry heavy packages to my door) On occasion, they have left my packages outside the building and they have been stolen. They don't allow you to add additional delivery instructions on your account. You cannot speak to a human online. The only way to actually contact them is via a long and frustrating phone call but they don't act on your complaint. I have canceled my accounts with Chewy and other companies that use FedEx and I am about to cancel my business with another company that exclusively uses FedEx. I have NOT had these issues with UPS, USPS, Amazon, DHL or any other shipping companies. It is only Fed Ex that seems to have such bad service and horrid customer service
