I was told by fedex that a $2000 escooter was delivered to me and that I personally signed my signiture. Fedex provided me with a "proof of signiture" form that provided a typed name which was a misspelling of my name and a note declaring that a "signiture is currently unavailable." Thanks to fedex George at fedex station 910 in Arcadia who has attempted to get the carrier manager to phone me ( he never did,) and advising me that the driver no longer works there and fedex was to begin an investigation. Me thinks the now unemployed ( no proof he's gone ) driver is riding around town in a 2000 dollar escooter. Word to the wise- dont ship thru fedex. Will update at end of supposed investigation. I should add that google maps and text messages show me across town at a Doctors appointment at the exact fedex time of alleged signiture.

Avoid Shipping FedEx. Here's why: I recently sent a package by Federal Express that was lost at one of their processing stations. Lost delivery is a disappointing trend at FedEx. The information that follows was gathered by a number of sources - including FedEx employees - that may be helpful in knowing what your risks and challenges are when shipping by FedEx. 1) A FedEx employee recommended overnight delivery when shipping with FedEx. This is because most lost and damaged deliveries occur with a more handlers with ground shipping. Keep in mind that FedEx does not guarantee overnight delivery. 2) A shipping box is less likely to be damaged by the processing machines. Items in soft containers or paper envelopes are more likely to be damaged. Damaged items are often trashed because delivery people do not want to be blamed for a damaged package. 3) Immediately report a delivery that does not arrive on time. FedEx is more likely to lose your delivery if it is not reportedly immediately. FedEx also has restrictive time for reporting an item that is lost or damaged. 4) Federal Express does not insure packages; you need to declare a value and pay extra. The standard limit of liability is $100 unless you have paid declared values in advance of shipment. 6) You need to file another claim to obtain a refund on shipping expenses for lost or damaged items. It is another way for FedEx to discourage refunds. 7) FedEx insists that you set up a FedEx account with your credit card, address, and email to obtain a refund. You will be signing up to endless spam from FedEx when you sign up. 8) To obtain a refund you need to establish an account number with a FedEx invoice for your shipment. Your claim will be denied if you do not have an invoice. The website that generates a refund request after providing your information is usually not functional (see attached photo). 9) FedEx is no more reliable than USPS, UPS, or many other shippers. And their customer service is almost non-existent. Bottom Line: Avoid FedEx if at all possible.

Always great customer service, never too crowded and plenty of parking spaces. Just shipping service available which keeps the crowds low.

The laziest drivers! Never ring bell when signature required. Just take it back. UPS is so much more professional and friendly.

Is it just shipping or can I print stuff? On google maps it called it an office and ship center but it just looked like shipping only

I seriously cannot thank Jay enough. I needed 6 colored 24x24" boards printed for my architecture…read morefinal presentation super last minute, and he completely saved me. He was incredibly responsive and helpful during a really stressful situation, and even helped get my prints done before the shop officially opened because I needed them before 8 AM. No other printing company I contacted was available that early on a Saturday, and Jay went out of his way to help me out. The prints came out great and the customer service was honestly amazing. If you're an architecture student or anyone needing quality printing with great customer service, I highly recommend this place.

Jay was a nice man and very quickly said he could get our job done but I think some finesse was…read moremissing in his process. You really need to have longer conversations about exactly what you want and he was a bit preoccupied with another job when we talked. Just a bit casual in the way he works. First of all he didn't discuss paper quality or weight which most printers I have worked with would bring up during your consultation. Additionally we wanted to hard laminate bookmarks, which he tried to talk us out of. But what he didn't do, when he printed the bookmarks is trim them where the design clearly ended before laminating them (and it was not a hard lamination) so all of the bookmarks had a 1/2 inch at the top without design. The design very clearly showed where it stopped but he did not see it or the difference from the end of the design and the bleed. I guess that was something else we needed to be super clear with him about, something that most pros would catch. Finally, he printed our programs on a heavy glossy paper that was not necessary for a program for a memorial luncheon, which made them difficult to fold. I guess I will say, that if you are going to work with Jay, make sure you discuss every single aspect of what you want, paper type and weight, trimming, etc. for every aspect of your print job. In the end, we were able to use what was printed, the program and the bookmarks just weren't exactly what we wanted. Additionally, he asked us to reformat our files and then email them to him but didn't reach out until the next day to let us know that he did not receive the file. I will say once he had the files the work was done the next day.

A great local print shop that was able to quickly turn around our custom print job. They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

Maybe they are good for larger printing jobs but for making copies of pictures, your better off…read moregoing elsewhere. Like, anywhere. I had YELP send out quote requests for a simple task. I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.
