    Now relocated to Suite A-6
    Vincent Artemio E.

This is a tiny post office (known as the Bunker Hill post office) that just relocated to a new suite (A6) inside the Yard at Cal Plaza. There is only one clerk here but she is quite efficient. Most of the patrons here either work or live in DTLA. Parking near this area is costly so your best option is to walk to this location if you are nearby or visiting another post office that offers free parking. TIP: If you have a priority mail package to send keep in mind that the clerk keeps the priority mail packaging behind her counter to prevent abuse. Enjoy your visit!

    Just filthy!!

I've been here a few times for stamps only. Line is always long and there is always only 1 person attending. Today prompted me to write this review. The floor was absolutely disgusting! Dirty and sticky, and papers thrown around on the floor in various areas of the mail store. I assume they are short staffed but no mail center should ever look like this!!

Ask the Community - US Post Office

    Do they sell money orders?

    Is there parking?

No, there is no free parking or meaningfully priced parking nearby. This USPS location is here to serve people working in DTLA.

You'll find that outside of the lunch hour (aka recess for adults?), the location has short lines and decent service.

Please support this USPS!!!…read more This USPS is essential to Chinatown and the federal government recently tried to shut it down. They now offered the owner Peter Kwong $100 a year instead of their regular contract. This is likely the only CPU that accepted such a ridiculous offer but Peter wanted to keep it open for the community, especially the elders that need this service. Peter has been operating at a loss for the last 26 year but now he will really be bleeding red. The workers need their job and the community needs this USPS. I know there has been comments about their service but please give grace to the older worker and please support its cause. We are fighting for the community so hope you all can do the same but making this USPS your go to USPS.

Make sure you don't park out front on Hill St during certain times of the afternoon or else your car will get towed! Love this hidden little post office AND they stay open much later than a lot of the other USPS locations in the area! The guy who runs it (I think) is super chill and accommodating. He's the one who warned me not to park on Hill St, and even though it was almost time for him to close, he waited for me to move my car so I wouldn't get a super expensive ticket or get towed. So nice! He even let me use his tape!

Yet when the exchange was over, not even so much of a thank you was extended. Have a nice day. Nothing at all . Not looking for anything in particular, but I would think customer service definitely is an important key factor especially with the US Postal Service having lost a lot of business . I remember when this place was a nice friendly place but the rock conversation is more important than customer service. I suppose maybe he saw I wasn't interested as we waited in line. One woman said, nearly half an hour with his conversation of his friends, a.k.a. the rock . SMH.. time to put someone upfront on the counter that actually wants to help your customers.
