The restaurant was very quiet. There was a man who was waiting for carry out. We also were waiting for the same. My guest had beef egg fu young and reported that it was average. I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was average too. I brought home an ordered of steamed pot stickers in case I needed something else to eat. It is in the refrigerator. It is a ways from my home so probably we won't go back unless we are down that do that way. I'm still looking for good fried rice. read more

I've been to this place a few times and I'll admit, what they have here is pretty good Chinese. I won't lie though, I was slightly disappointed with the boring and bland chicken pieces in my chicken-fried rice, but then again, it is different from what I am used to ordering with that same name. Maybe it is just done differently at this one, and that's fine by me. You have to try their General Tso chicken. It's a huge portion that includes peppers, broccoli on the bottom and the sauce on there is amazing. There's a good hint of spice to it that really separates it from the Chinese restaurant in Fenton, MO. Definitely would reconsider coming back. read more

Pretty typical American Chinese food. The portions are big, the prices are right, and the staff is always friendly. The food isn't particularly authentic but most American Chinese places aren't. To their credit, if you ask for something "extra spicy" they give it to you that way which is nice. If you are ever in High Ridge looking for good Chinese takeout, this place will do just fine. read more

Good tasting food, very nice people. Ate there for 5 years never really had a problem. But one night we got food from there. I put it on my plate to eat and halfway through my meal I saw a worm, alive! Moving around. I about threw up. Sickened by this we take the plate with the half eaten food and the worm up and they kept denying that it's from them and said that they can give us credit for the food for "next time" but did not give us a refund... definitely not going to be a next time.. at least not for a loooooooooooong time. Wouldn't recommend eating there, if you do watch what you eat!! read more

This was our first and most likely last order from China Wok since neither my husband nor I were impressed by the food. He ordered the Cashew Chicken combo meal and the chicken was very overcooked, some burnt and really dry. I ordered the General Tso Chicken combo, the rice was very dry and the chicken overcooked and dry. The Crab Rangoon was pretty good but the rest was not! read more

Their Moo Shu Beef is the very best. They do it right too with the pancakes and plum sauce. It's very hard to find Moo Shu so it was a great to finally find some that's done so well, locally. read more

I have order food from them 4 or 5 times over last few years. It was ok. I tried order yesterday for delivery & a woman said there is no record of me & she sounded angry. I felt like they did not want a customer and said never mind. I ordered pizza instead. Something has changed here and I will not call them again. Good Luck read more
