One at the drive through, 1 on the line, and 3 cooking food. The young man on the line was fixing orders, online orders and checking customers out. The line was out the door, and many people walked in and walked out after seeing the line. The man in front of me ordered food, paid and came back to the line to order more food. The cashier should have gotten all of his food order before cashing him out. I ordered 1/2 noodles,1/2 rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The noodle were dry and bland. The rice had no flavor, the orange chicken didn't taste like orange chicken. I didn't go back because i was not standing in that line for an additional 30 minutes. Horrible customer service. Went through The drive-through. Ordered the Angus steak, which is $1.50 extra. Got home, opened it up...I literally got two pieces of steak!! The rest were vegetables and the other part of the entrée. They put more of the orange chicken to try and hide the fact that they didn't put any steak but two pieces. That's ridiculous!! Not sure what recipes are used at this location but the food is not the same as other locations. Beef and broccoli had way too much salt and I have never eaten this made with ginger... garlic, yes, ginger, no. Crab Rangoon had a light smear of cream cheese and loads of parsley- not even a fake piece of crab in sight. As an out-of-town guest, I was disappointed to get my food there. The employees taking the order need to improve their customer service. Greeting the customer would help. Love this place I used to work there for over a year. Everything is well ran and organized camo is the best cook there and nobody can even compete. Their manager is horrible, i went there again tonight 4/19/23 at 8:10 PM which they dont close until 9pm. We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and nobody said anything. Pulled around to the front of the building to watch 3 employees run and hide behind the walls so they thought we wouldn't see anyone there. Called and talked to the fat manager and said "he was in the bathroom" with the headset on his head as he walked around the corner. They had all the lights off and doors locked to the lobby. There are a lot of positives here. 1) You are inadvertently taking out your frustrations on the people working at this new Fenton Mo location and THEY ARE WORKING, unlike half of America. 2) You complain about the wait but the location is mobbed just like every new restaurant that first opens. Do you really want to eat at a restaurant that's not busy? Maybe there's a reason those restaurants aren't busy. Think about it. 3) Then last, due to #2 above, of course they are going to be out of a lot of items. Everyone is storming the location so they are running out. Come on people give them a break. The newness will wear off and the waits won't be as long. Read some other reviews and I am shocked at how I had the same problem as someone else. I ordered a plate with double beef and broccoli and double noodles, and got maybe a good 4 pieces of beef and enough broccoli for two. I came home from college excited to see a panda minutes from my house and now I am a little disappointed. The food tasted good but portions were absolutely terrible. I don't have panda express very often so I was slightly curious when I saw one opening nearby. Long story short I'm going to be sticking to ho wun and the little hole in the wall placed called Panda over off brookwood. I went through the drive through and got the 2 entre dinner platter if I remember correctly. Orange chicken and pepper beef with crab Rangoon, fried rice an an egg roll. Orange chicken was tender but the sauce was just vaguely sweet without much flavor. Pepper beef had good beef bits, but I would have preferred if the peppers were less raw, sauce was bland. Fried rice was weirdly dry and again bland. Crab Rangoon were far from bland but sadly disgusting and insultingly small Eggroll was nice and crispy with tender filling. Suffered from the running theme, blandness. My wait was only a few minutes thankfully, but for the cost it's hardly worth it. Stick to the other local places. You will get more bang for your buck and better food. read more

Currently this location only has their drive thru open, even though they have a large sign on the window that takeout is available. When we got in line for the drive thru, we were 7 cars back from ordering. 30 minutes later, we were still two cars away from even ordering. We left the line and got takeout from a nearby Chinese restaurant. If you are only going to have your drive thru open, at least make it efficient. They were way too slow. read more

Waited in line for around 20 minutes. No big deal. I got the plate. 2 orange chicken and the chow mein. I love Panda Express. I've never had a bad experience until now with this restaurant in particular. I open the box and the orange chicken had hardly ANY orange sauce at all. The chicken looked like it was 2 days old. It looked nothing like the plate I would get at the other restaurants. Not to mention, the plate was hardly full. I was mildly upset and was going to ask for them to remake it, but you can't. You get cruddy food and then cannot go inside to tell them what's wrong. If you want to... you get to wait in line again! I saw the 2 star reviews and thought they had bad experiences. I went to the new one in Fenton, MO. They say they have take out, but they don't so I went thru the drive thru. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken bowl with rice. There was no sauce on my chicken and when I called they said you had to request the sauce. No where does there menu say that if I want teriyaki sauce I have to request it for the teriyaki chicken. I also only received 1 packet of soy sauce so my meal didn't have much flavor. I called back and the manager said he would give me a free meal next time I come, but I requested some kind of refund. If you only have drive thru, you need to check before you leave so you're not disappointed. read more

The teens that were there were ready as ever to serve customers and were excited to work but we're unable to because the management wasn't on site.
