Definitely should have just walked out the door after I stood in line for almost 30 minutes. There were about 6 workers behind the counter. One at the drive through, 1 on the line, and 3 cooking food. The young man on the line was fixing orders, online orders and checking customers out. The line was out the door, and many people walked in and walked out after seeing the line. The man in front of me ordered food, paid and came back to the line to order more food. The cashier should have gotten all of his food order before cashing him out. I ordered 1/2 noodles,1/2 rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The noodle were dry and bland. The rice had no flavor, the orange chicken didn't taste like orange chicken. I didn't go back because i was not standing in that line for an additional 30 minutes. Horrible customer service. I will never come back to this location. read more

Visited on 9/3/26. An AI computer rushes you through your order. I asked for a total but the AI voice said I'd get the total at the window. It was more than I expected but I paid & drove home to find my order wrong. I ordered 2 Kid's orange chicken & fried rice Cub meals but was given Beef/Broccoli instead. The broccoli was black on top & the beef was gristly/not edible. I received full size drinks instead of child size. During the order process the AI voice asked me if I would like pomegranate drinks to go with the Kid's Cub meals. I said Yes -- not realizing this was an upsale. Each of those full size drinks are $2.50 whereas the kid size drinks are included with the meal & do not cost extra. AI voice does not tell you this is an upsale. I also asked for 2 orders of spring rolls (should have been a total of 4) but received 8 spring rolls. They were mushy inside & quite gross. I drove back to the restaurant & asked to speak to a manager in a quiet place as I didn't want to give other customers a negative impression (hoping they would resolve my problem). The Assistant Manager refunded the 2 Cub Meals & the extra 2 orders of spring rolls which I was satisfied with. However, she said she "could not do anything about the AI upselling me on the drinks as I said "Yes" to the AI voice! I said: AI didn't tell me they were an upsale & not included. Neither did the person at the window when I questioned the drink size. Assistant Manager still wouldn't refund that $5 plus tax. Between the upsale by AI & more importantly, the horrible food I will never return. There are a lot of negative reviews on this place. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. read more

I thought the food was excellent and the team worked together making the whole ordering experience feel streamlined but without feeling rushed. Mary C. behind the counter even convinced us to try the fruit drinks. She was so friendly I just couldn't say no and I'm glad I tried it. It was great! read more

Gave me half a bowl of food. Just ridiculous honestly. This isnt the first time that it happens either. Always forget to add sauce or correct portions. read more

Panda Express - Went through drive through. Gave me less than half a plate of food. - Chinese Near Me - Fenton, Missouri

This panda can only handle one car at a time. They will make you wait 10 minutes to order. You can't even change you mind and leave the drive because it's closed in read more

Went through The drive-through. Ordered the Angus steak, which is $1.50 extra. Got home, opened it up...I literally got two pieces of steak!! The rest were vegetables and the other part of the entrée. They put more of the orange chicken to try and hide the fact that they didn't put any steak but two pieces. That's ridiculous!! This can't be policy to give the customers this much after charging them extra. 2 pieces? I mean, I know they can probably only give so much of an entrée but of we're paying extra... There should be a scoop full of steak. Not two pieces and vegetables. I would give zero stars if I could on here read more

Panda Express - 2 pieces of steak! That's all they gave and charged me $1.50 extra bc it was the angus steak? This is ridiculous. - Chinese Near Me - Fenton, Missouri

Not sure what recipes are used at this location but the food is not the same as other locations. Beef and broccoli had way too much salt and I have never eaten this made with ginger... garlic, yes, ginger, no. Crab Rangoon had a light smear of cream cheese and loads of parsley- not even a fake piece of crab in sight. Second time at this spot where the food is obviously not corporate prepared- if you want a taste adventure this is the place. If you know what you want from Panda - drive on. read more

Anytime I go here they really never have anything in stock. Today they did, so I got some food and it was very unflavorful. At least the people are friendly. I figured A big corporation like this would stick to recipes but it seems like these people went ahead and cooked it their own way. I'll travel the extra few miles for another one. read more

As an out-of-town guest, I was disappointed to get my food there. The employees taking the order need to improve their customer service. Greeting the customer would help. Having old food out and then telling the customer that it was not good. I would think they would replace it but instead serve it to the drive-thru customer. I love eating at Panda Express. I wouldn't be eating at this one again. read more

Could be better. The food always just doesn't seem as good at this location than others. I love Panda Express but something always disappoints me when I go to this location. I will go to the Manchester location next time. read more

Has to be the worse panda ever. Always out of food never have what we want food is always wrong and made different every time. After trying to place an order for about 15 min in the drive thru e because the person taking the order was either high or on something. Today I was sick and tired of the constant errors. Called the restaurant and spoke to the worse shift lead ever by the name of Hanna. When we got home the items were not what I had asked for. Try not a positive or respectful place. Was told the manager won't be in till Friday and nothing she can do. What???? Then we said okay we will call and tell them about her. The response was I won't be working for panda anymore. If you can this panda. Others in the area way better quality food and better service read more

Love this place I used to work there for over a year. Everything is well ran and organized camo is the best cook there and nobody can even compete. The cashier Riley needs to be given a raise for how amazing she does her job and she lowkey cute But they need to get rid of Dwayne and leave mistie up to the main manager spot. read more

This was ok. We got the orange chicken with rice. But we asked for fried rice but they gave us the white rice. The rice was also hard and not very fresh. We went about 1 ish and the wait was very short. Also the people were friendly and kind. read more

This place is consistently horrible. Always out of food. And then you wait forever for your meal.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This store is absolutely trash, the worst restaurant I've ever experienced eating at. 2 times before they've screwed up my order and missing food. Their manager is horrible, i went there again tonight 4/19/23 at 8:10 PM which they dont close until 9pm. We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and nobody said anything. Pulled around to the front of the building to watch 3 employees run and hide behind the walls so they thought we wouldn't see anyone there. Called and talked to the fat manager and said "he was in the bathroom" with the headset on his head as he walked around the corner. They had all the lights off and doors locked to the lobby. All of them need to be fired because they shouldnt be allowed to work and get paid for not working. read more

The workers have been great. My only complaint is they're usually out of items but they will cook it for you, if you have 10 minutes to wait. It seems like their cost-savings policy is frustrating customers. read more

I don't know what is wrong with the people that wrote the reviews. There are a lot of positives here. 1) You are inadvertently taking out your frustrations on the people working at this new Fenton Mo location and THEY ARE WORKING, unlike half of America. 2) You complain about the wait but the location is mobbed just like every new restaurant that first opens. Do you really want to eat at a restaurant that's not busy? Maybe there's a reason those restaurants aren't busy. Think about it. 3) Then last, due to #2 above, of course they are going to be out of a lot of items. Everyone is storming the location so they are running out. Come on people give them a break. The newness will wear off and the waits won't be as long. They will figure out how much product is needed for the volume and after all of the negative comments the people will still be extremely friendly like they were tonight. ENJOY!! read more

Poor service, poor management, usually out of stock on the items. For some reason you can't dine in or place your order inside you can only use the drive thru. Only to go into the drive thru and learn they are out of the items you have and now your stuck in the line until the cars clear out. Who ever is managing this store needs training read more

Super disappointed me and my boyfriend were SO PUMPEDDD to have a panda near us finally and i was so upset i didnt even eat it i got a kids meal with basically one solid peace of chicken and that was all that was in the box just a giant peice of orange chicken and a side of rice and it was cold not like from driving home cold like felt like it was in the fridge or freezer and my boyfriend got a place with double portion of kung pao we opened the box when we got home and its the smallest portion of double they totally ripped us off with food and it tasted terrible unfortunately will not be returning here i hope they get their shit together because they literally JUST opened read more

Horrible. The rice was very dull in taste and felt uncooked. My wife found a flossing type strip in her bowl of fried rice with orange chicken. Did not even give us 2 forks had to go to the window again to ask for a fork. Employees in the background yelling screaming. This place needs a huge change in employees. read more

Read some other reviews and I am shocked at how I had the same problem as someone else. I ordered a plate with double beef and broccoli and double noodles, and got maybe a good 4 pieces of beef and enough broccoli for two. I came home from college excited to see a panda minutes from my house and now I am a little disappointed. The food tasted good but portions were absolutely terrible. In the picture you can see how the bowl has almost tripple the meat as the plate. This is a double order versus a single order of meats. read more

I don't have panda express very often so I was slightly curious when I saw one opening nearby. Long story short I'm going to be sticking to ho wun and the little hole in the wall placed called Panda over off brookwood. I went through the drive through and got the 2 entre dinner platter if I remember correctly. Orange chicken and pepper beef with crab Rangoon, fried rice an an egg roll. Orange chicken was tender but the sauce was just vaguely sweet without much flavor. Pepper beef had good beef bits, but I would have preferred if the peppers were less raw, sauce was bland. Fried rice was weirdly dry and again bland. Crab Rangoon were far from bland but sadly disgusting and insultingly small Eggroll was nice and crispy with tender filling. Suffered from the running theme, blandness. My wait was only a few minutes thankfully, but for the cost it's hardly worth it. Stick to the other local places. You will get more bang for your buck and better food. read more

the rice felt like i was eating rat shit. also the bathroom toilet was covered in diarreah after donovan walked out smelling his hand.

Who ever was the only one who showed up today (2/14/2022 at 3:45pm) I appreciate you still answering the drive thru quickly and still offering food rather than close the store completely. The guy on the speaker said he is offering only orange chicken and fried rice because he is the "only one who showed up today". Wish I could step in and help but obviously I don't work there, poor guy. Just giving him a shout out! Should get some bonus or something for dedication read more

Currently this location only has their drive thru open, even though they have a large sign on the window that takeout is available. When we got in line for the drive thru, we were 7 cars back from ordering. 30 minutes later, we were still two cars away from even ordering. We left the line and got takeout from a nearby Chinese restaurant. If you are only going to have your drive thru open, at least make it efficient. They were way too slow. read more

Incredibly slow. If you have over a half hour to kill in the drive through with only 4 cars in front of you, then it's not bad.

Had a great experience last night. Very polite guy on the drive through even though it was right at closing. Took the time to tell us what they had & what they were out of. Just so much better than what we were expecting & appreciate the kindness!!! We will definitely tell others & be back ourselves! read more

I was really excited to get a panda express just minutes from my house.. although my very first time ordering here I ended up with a double order of beef and broccoli, to share with my boyfriend, but only received broccoli with 4 tiny pieces of beef.. and an over cooked eggroll.. could be a fluke, but bad first impression for a 6pm order.. read more

Waited in line for around 20 minutes. No big deal. I got the plate. 2 orange chicken and the chow mein. I love Panda Express. I've never had a bad experience until now with this restaurant in particular. I open the box and the orange chicken had hardly ANY orange sauce at all. The chicken looked like it was 2 days old. It looked nothing like the plate I would get at the other restaurants. Not to mention, the plate was hardly full. I was mildly upset and was going to ask for them to remake it, but you can't. You get cruddy food and then cannot go inside to tell them what's wrong. If you want to... you get to wait in line again! I saw the 2 star reviews and thought they had bad experiences. Turns out it's happening to more than a few people. I definitely could've spent 10 dollars somewhere else that is a lot better read more

I went to the new one in Fenton, MO. They say they have take out, but they don't so I went thru the drive thru. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken bowl with rice. There was no sauce on my chicken and when I called they said you had to request the sauce. No where does there menu say that if I want teriyaki sauce I have to request it for the teriyaki chicken. I also only received 1 packet of soy sauce so my meal didn't have much flavor. I called back and the manager said he would give me a free meal next time I come, but I requested some kind of refund. If you only have drive thru, you need to check before you leave so you're not disappointed. read more

Sat in line for 50 minutes only to get up to the order window and find out there were only 4 entrees available. The inside isn't open yet so online orders or going inside aren't even an option. My husband got beef and broccoli but it was probably 80% broccoli 20% beef. We live 5 min away and nothing was even warm by the time we got it home. I was super excited about this new location but we won't be going back until things approve. It would be easier to order online and make the drive to Manchester. read more

Absolutely horrible I went here on my lunch break and I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru yes 35 minutes and all that to get to the speaker and told they hardly any soda and no fried rice this Panda Express just opened how are you already out of food I now have to go the rest of the day with no food and I clocked back into my job late Becuase of them do yourself a favor and go to the next closest panda and avoid this one thanks again to the team at Panda Express in gravois bluffs read more

So I don't know why the manager isnt at work today but it really hurt the business. The teens that were there were ready as ever to serve customers and were excited to work but we're unable to because the management wasn't on site.
