I got some take out from here. I got sesame chicken with pork fried rice and an egg roll. The sesame chicken was ok. Nothing special. I've had worse, but I've also had better. I really didn't care for the pork fried rice. It had no flavor. I'd just stick with the white rice. The egg roll was just ok, I had to take a couple of bites before I got to the filling. Awful service and delivery of food. I ordered meals which specifically includes "vegetable". I asked twice when I was in there ordering the meal in person, and the response was "yes, the order would include vegetable" as requested. When i returned to pick up the order I felt like they purposely sped me out of there to speed up their service. If I could give less than one star I would!! Today my daughter and I were home for lunch. She wanted Chinese food for lunch. She found this place and used her own birthday money to pay for the both of us. She wanted to treat her dad! She ordered bourbon chicken and fried shrimp. First the delivery driver had to go get change and bring it back. Second the chicken was not edible. It was the most disgusting food we've ever had. We both could only way a peice or two. When I called they offered to bring another order of the same which I refused. Why would I want another order of crap! I asked for sweet and sour chicken, which was the same price. They would do that ONLY if I came and picked it up. After going back and forth with the manager for 15 mins she said that was the best they would do. The food was fine after it was finally delivered to me...it took an hour and a half for the food to get here! I called after an hour and the phone call was very strange, she verified my address and said OK bye...then thirty minutes after that I called again and she said he was on his way. The very strange delivery driver arrived shortly after and was very creepy as he looked around the entry way to my front door in awe and proclaimed he was here with the Chinese food..he didn't even apologize for the wait or act like anything had happened. I'm just glad the food didn't have a hair in it. I won't be ordering again. Myself and my entire office decided to order from this place delivery. Much to our surprise, everything and I mean everything was delicious, they cool their meats properly! No rubber texture and you can chew it! The flavors are to die for and their delivery time is very quick. The lunch prices are unbeatable and the people on the phones taking the order speak perfect English. All of my co workers including myself are very happy to have found this great place. Try this place out! They also deliver out of area within reason, our case we were about 8 miles out of range, but we paid an extra 3 bucks total and wala! It's there. The absolute worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. If you mess up my order don't spend five minutes arguing with me about how you got my order right?? At no point am I going to say oh yeah you're right this is what I ordered. Then you tell me you're about to close & your delivery driver is too busy to bring me the correct order. I have been having delivery from China One since we moved to this area 2 years ago. The food has been wonderful. Better than Lee House. No MSG. Large portions. Tender meat. Fresh Veg. Never a complaint. The food was very good. If you spent over 25 dollars they give you free Crab Triangles. Without mentioning the coupon on the menu. And since we were repeat customers, they would throw in free soup. Last week we called for delivery. Ordered pepper steak. The meat was very tender but had been marinated in pure soy sauce for a long period of time. It was inedible. Also ordered Ma Po Tofu, something I make myself, and it was the most hidious thing. Frozen peas and carrots and celery do not belong in MaPo Tofu. I asked for very spicey, not even a hint of heat. The sauce had no flavor other than, again, soy sauce. One of our favorites, Moo Shu Pork, which was always the best with wood ear mushroom had barely any pork, white button mushrooms and instead of pancake, they gave us egg roll wrappers??? The sauce you put onto the pancake, bbq sauce, was watered down and tasteless. We ordered an appitizer that came with sweet and sour sauce and that too was watered down. I don't know how you can water down sweet and sour sauce, but they managed it. It was a light orange color and again, no flavor. We threw everything away. I don't know if they are under new management or the supply truck didn't come in but I have to call them and find out. Honestly, Panda Express would have been much better but they don't do Moo Shu or Tofu dishes. Or cook it myself. I don't see any other recent entries for China One, but if you are a Yelp user, please post a comment about your food order in the last two weeks. I am hoping it was just an off day because after two years of wonderful food that delivers, need I say more. Update....Called China One and spoke to owner Susan and told her about our order. Seems they got a new cook and we probably got the food from that cook. I will most definitely try again and hope the next order is up to snuff. It's good Chinese food at a great price. Delivery is always 45-60mins for me but it's worth it. I love the honey chicken and my wife gets the chicken chow mein. The fried rice is good. The portions are always big and it ends up being 2-3 servings. The lo mein is a lot of vegetables though so my wife switched to the chow mein. read more

General Tso chicken was good, but the best was the crab ragoons and the sauce it came with, probably the best I ever had! The only item I got that I didn't care for was the egg rolls. Food arrived after an hour. Food was cold, drinks were warm, and the sweet and sour chicken had no sauce. My son won't eat the chicken dry and we called and they said they'd send the sauce back out immediately. Almost 45 minutes later I receive a call that they won't do that after all (and my son is still waiting to eat) but they'll throw in two free egg rolls on our next order. That doesn't give us what we ordered today, and I still have to cook lunch for my son two hours after we ordered food initially. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. They don't value their repeat customers and they'll take your money and refuse to deliver what was ordered. read more

I love Chinese food. I especially love to get it at lunch time. My daughter and I went in for lunch for one day. We ordered and took the normal amount of time. We had almost finished eating and then noticed a cockroach on our table. We left immediately. We will never eat there again. The food wasn't very good.
