Everything was delicious. The rolls had great flavor and were very fresh and had a nice presentation. We also like that there was a good amount of filling in each role and it didn't have too much rice on the outside. But the ingredients on the bottle with the green cap showed high sodium. Obviously someone had put a green cap on a high sodium bottle. 4. When I requested to see the manager, the waitress had to look for him. He was on the patio, where I could see him. I watched him put 4 chairs on a table before he came to see me. After about a five minute wait, I spoke with him. I pointed out the discrepancy of the green soy sauce cap being on a regular soy sauce bottle. He blamed it on the Kikkoman company, saying that it was their fault that the wrong cap was on the bottle. I suggested to him that someone put the wrong cap on the bottle in his kitchen. He said that would never happened. I pointed out that everyone at our table was sixty-five and up; and that most of us are on low sodium diets. This is a safety concern. He once again blamed it on the Kikkoman company. He suggested I call the Kikkoman Company. Maybe I will. Lousy food. Lousy manager.
