Hunan chicken combo platter

Open on Christmas! Lobby is clean, kitchen is visible and clean. No tables, seating for waiting only, it's a takeout place. Restrooms are basic but clean. Everything was hot and freshly made, staff was nice. Egg rolls and spareribs and meat on skewers from the Pu Pu platter was great, spring rolls and house fried rice were ok. Hot and Sour soup was excellent. Hunan chicken was pretty standard, vegetables were crisp and fresh.

Menu lunch special

Tasty and can't beat $8 for lunch special. Orange chicken has real orange peel in it (not some synthetic sauce)!

Meh....not a fan. Being originally from NY with the best Chinese Food available, I can't find anything comparable! Ordered take out from this restaurant. It's not the first time ordering from here. I thought we would give it another try. The fried rice specifically didn't have any taste at all, completely tasteless. The rest of the food was just ok. I had wonton soup, pan fried dumplings, fried rice, moo shoo pork and egg foo young. Yes, there were plenty of leftovers, but my hunny can eat them! The other problem I experienced on the two occasions I ordered from here was sleepless nights. My husband says he asked for no MSG in the food but something in this food kept me awake like I ran a marathon on two separate occasions!

Good food, bad customer service. So employees have great customer service others are just plain rude.

Pay up front not a bad idea. We arrived at 7:30 and the food choices were slim. The sushi was…read moreworst, there were 18 plates to hold the shush but only 7 had sushi. Some kid (18-25) was sitting behind the sushi bar with his head down looking at his phone. I went to try the crawfish, shrimp, and blue crab. When I dropped the tongs into one of the pans I went to retrieve them. My knuckles touched the bottom of the pan and I did not get hurt. I purposely touched several areas of the hot plates and the whole table was maybe 98-100 degrees. I brought attention to that and they offered to make me fresh food. I said yes please. As I walked away I looked back and the employee was taking the cold food off the line to reheat. Uhm no that's not what is supposed to happed. It is 8:27 and I wanted my wings (because the picketing are slim) "oh we shut the kitchen down already!" Me thinking you are open till 9pm. I walked up front to ask someone else and 9 more people walked in. Now they are going to get 2 hour old food. I told them before they paid.

Our food came out sporadically and 3 of us never got our rice for our entree. When we asked about the rice Amber acted surprised and eventually brought our rice. At that point we got to-go containers because our food was cold. Amber tried to give us 10% off which was a slap in the face since they charged us 20% gratuity. Never returning to P. F. They have several vegetarian options, and while the tofu lettuce wraps are usually my go-to, this time I opted for the Mongolian Tofu and a Cold Cucumber Salad. The tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a sweet sticky sauce and plenty of green onion. It came with a choice of rice, and I chose brown rice. I wanted something fresh and crisp to go with it, and the Cold Cucumber Salad hit the spot. It was very light and fresh and had just a little bit of soy sauce and sesame seeds. It was rainy out when we were finishing up, so my little niece talked me into enjoying a giant slice of the chocolate cake with her. I only made it a few bites in, but what a wonderful few bites they were. The service was friendly and easily assisted our larger group. We always had refilled drinks and our food was prompt, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. All in all, a lovely dinner.
