I know I should have read the reviews first, but my swing shift co-workers and I were hungry and we all forgot to pack dinner. I grabbed everyone's order and roughly $76.00 later (minus tip) we placed our order. I cannot even begin to say how long the delivery took, but at the 1.5hr mark and my co-workers asking for status--- I knew this was not a good sign of things to come... I understand, that a large order takes time to prep, but after 3 calls and now at the 2hr mark into this, we all figured, it just was not gonna happen. But then, food arrived, and everyone grabbed their order, first bites were taken, and then the looks of disbelief and absolutely nothing, not even the rice was edible, how is that even possible???? for instance, how bad the sushi rolls were- not even fancy rolls, just 2 regular California rolls and 2 spicy California rolls, coconut rice, crispy tofu order, crispy chicken, Moo Shu chicken, beef chow fun.. anyway--- this was not a small order. Spicy California rolls, were topped with kewpie mayo and chili paste, I mean, I smelled the "hot" as soon as my co-worker took off the lid to the Spicy California rolls---took one bite and none of us could tolerate it, and I like "love" hot & spicy food, but this was, simply inedible. Unfortunately, our whole order of food was scrapped and tossed in the trash. I can't even say I would give them a second chance, because at the cost of the food, quality/taste and delivery time, I can't justify another inedible order and my co-workers would be pretty upset with me. read more

1:20 delivery, the food arrived as shown. Peanut beef, cold sesame noodles, and wonton soup. I have no idea where the under cooked broccoli came from, but that is the least of my troubles. The cold sesame noodles were hot and have as much sauce as you can see, maybe a spoonful on the top. The peanut beef looks like it's been sitting on heat for a really long time, it's completely separated. The wonton soup just smells stale, the broth is way too dark. Looks like it's been sitting on heat too. I called after an hour passed, the phone rang for over a minute, and the guy that picked up the phone said "I be there few minutes, ok? I be there few minutes" then hung up faster than I could say "ok?". HORRIBLE!! Haven't ordered in awhile and NEVER going to again!! Ordered boneless spare ribs-spicy (why??)... Hubby ordered ribs and pork belly-also VERY spicy-he pitched the ribs in the garbage. Ordered combo plate of pepper steak w/pork fried rice-got yellow rice and the whole thing tasted like you dumped a container of salt into it. Ate some of the steak and pitched the rest in the trash. Eggrolls were under cooked, soggy and greasy-trashed them too. My hubby liked the pad thai. The majority of the $38 meal went into the garbage-What a waste!! Wow...where to start...recently moved to Jackson and trying to find the "best" places to eat is a challenge. China Ming left a menu in my door 2x within 2 months so I thought I'd give it a try. I checked the reviews and yes, they weren't favorable but I wanted to give them a fair try. The menu is extensive but I decided on a tried and true for me, general tso's chicken combo (included fried rice and egg roll) and a pint of hot and sour soup. They offer delivery but I wanted to pick up my order. I tried placing my order online but the website wasn't working properly so I called. No answer. I checked the number and retried. No answer. I checked the hours (they should have been open) and gave up. A minute later a number I didn't recognize was calling me (I almost didn't answer) and it turned out to be someone from the restaurant was calling me back from a different number. When I answered I was asked if I wanted to place an order for pickup or delivery. Ummm , hello, ok... I placed my order and was asked to pay at that time rather than when I picked up my food. So now it's 8 pm and getting dark...I pulled up to the strip mall where restaurant is situated. There was a small neon sign indicating they were open so I went in to pick up my food. The door was open but the place was dark, except for a light on in the kitchen. Plastic sheets covered the entire front of the counter (I get it...COVID protection). Clearly they didn't use any form of temperature control as this was middle of a heatwave in summer and the place was HOT. The floor was sticky, too. I got a very unsanitary vibe. The only person apparently in the place was the man in the kitchen who scared me when he said rather forcefully "you wait in your car! I will bring the food to you!" So I went back to my car and the food came out 10 minutes later, which 10 minutes past the time they told me to pick up. I got the food home and by the looks, it didn't seem it would be too bad. WRONG! The egg roll was dripping with grease and tasted so over spiced and mushy, it reminded me of a Mexican taquito. The fried rice was horrible, weirdly seasoned, and tasted stale. The chicken was overly breaded and tasted like it was frozen and quickly thawed to make it into this meal. The soup was gelatinous and had so much black pepper in it, but surprisingly this was the most palatable of this meal. Sadly I wasted the food and my money as I threw it away. The menu has many other things to choose from but the whole vibe of this place was so sketchy and bad, I can't give it a second chance. read more

My wife and I have ordered here several times over the last few years, but each time it seems the physical appearance of the place declines and the quality of the food follows along. This will be our last visit. I ordered kung po beef and steamed dumplings. My wife ordered buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese (yes, I know that's odd for an Asian restaurant, but in the past they were good!). My beef dish was very oily and lacking in any discernible flavors. It was just some coarsely cubed vegetables, semi-cooked beef, and greasy fried rice. The dumplings were stuffed with a quite strange filling, sort of like a very hard, Italian meatball. Again, no particular flavor. A complimentary egg roll was tough, dry, and tasted of old cabbage. According to my wife, the chicken wings were good, but they did not include any blue cheese with the order. The restaurant itself is a mess. On a cold night, it was nearly as chilly inside as outside. Dark. Sticky floor. The walls are covered with dusty, elderly, decorations. Don't consider trying to eat there, as the tables are all stacked with boxes or childrens toys. It isn't the worst Chinese food I've eaten, but you can definitely do better. read more

Weirdest thing in the world to me. Grew up in Toms river and every place I have every eaten Chinese it was basically the same and good! The wonton soup was so salty you couldn't eat it ..the fried dumplings were good ..the crab ragoon was so gross and cold !!!! The shrimp chow mein which is what my mom chose for her mothers day dinner had 5 shrimp and the soggiest nasty veggies you could ever eat they were mush not even one piece of celery ...the fried rice in all the dinners was supposed to be roast pork fried rice I found 2 slivers of roast pork and no veggies in any of the rice and the rice was hard and greasy ...the general so chicken was kinda good but cold .....the chicken and broccoli was so nasty the chicken tasted like plastic the broccoli was so hard I couldn't even chew it ..The large order of ribs was so burnt and dry I tried to take a bite and get some meat off it was useless!!!!!!!! I only went here because of the excellent reviews posted. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken 1. The breading was hard and half the pieces had no chicken at all, they were just large chunks of breading. The pieces that did have chicken had a tiny piece of very stringy and chewy chicken. 2. The sauce used was some generic duck sauce, which is not what I expected from a General Tso's chicken, which is usualy a dark, rich, sauce. Overall, a very poor experience with this dish. Order $85 worth of food, it was so nasty we threw the whole thing in the trash. The food arrived 2 hours later and it was cold. The food was not fresh at all, chicken was chewy, the shrimp taste fishy, chewy and old, the rice was dried out with no pork and the egg rolls were so nasty inside did't even want to try it. I called the place to let them know and whomever answered pretended he didn't understand me and kept repeating "food is good and fresh". Will never order from here again. I do not recommend it. Like the food quite a bit. But ordered delivery twice and both times it took over 50 minutes. Actually, we called to inquire about delivery status after 50 minutes both times and the delivery person had not yet left. Most recently, the person who answered the phone simply said something like, "it's Saturday, we're busy." Terrible sushi! Even worse customer service! My husband and I ordered for delivery a bunch of sushi rolls. We were unbelievably dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The rolls fell apart, the avocados were raw and tough, and one of our more expensive rolls had a bug crawling in it. When calling to complain, we were told "sorry" and hung up on. We called back and they told us that there was no bug and that we were "playing" with them and that would be no refund for the food. The food was terrible and the customer service was horrible. Delivery, forgot the rice and sauce to go with my meal, called to tell them and the girl that answered said we'll send it when the driver gets back, no apology no nothing. By the time they brought the rice and sauce my food was ice cold. Husband found a hair in his food. Daughters food was inedible had to run to mcdonalds to get her something else. so i decided to try some place new bad idea i ordered online it took over an hour to get which i called at about 40 min to see where it was at i was cut off mid sentence with whats your address they on their way and hung up on and when they finally got here the total was more than what was said. when i called to ask why i was told my tip was too low. now as someone who has been in the service industry i was not and who are they to say what amount i can leave as a tip anyway. at that point i told the delivery driver that he could leave. after that service i didnt even want to try the food read more
